Unquestionably the best breakfast in Paris!

Big name … amateur service. Paid extra for an upgrade to a suite. The manager gave me a view of a bar with a bunch of waiters smoking cigarettes and told me it’s a beautiful view. This place is a joke. Mandarin Oriental hotel is a better choice or perhaps Motel 6.

Spectacular experience, perfect hotel wit an amazing atmosphere and beautiful decor, you feel like you in Paris beautiful modern twist with a old world charm and class. The staff is top class and you will never make a mistake to come and stay here and experience the magic.

We went there, my husband and my two sons for breakfast 8 days ago. The setting is beautiful, the service very efficient but the breakfast below everything!
normal coffee and hot chocolate, common pastries and the rest (pancakes, waffle and exotic fruit salad) bad and overcooked scrambled eggs!
the very thick and hard pancakes, the buckwheat waffle, flavorless and mushy, the whipped cream that accompanied it, too unsweetened and thick and the fruit salad? iced, cut several hours before and without real flavor… it consisted of mangoes, pineapples and kiwi. I was disappointed, do they expect to have this in a palace as exotic fruits? and moreover flavorless because not ripe…
My sons knowing the price of a breakfast in this palace, did not dare to tell me until they had almost finished their plate, it was by wanting to taste that I realized that it was not only my fruit salad that was of poor quality… What a disappointment! we rarely make this kind of getaway and what a bad choice! I was so disappointed and vexed that I didn't have the reflex to talk about it at the moment, it was while chatting with friends that I made the decision to make a comment right here.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Hotel. It’s staff is super efficient approachable and friendly. They catered for every little need with great care.
I left an item behind in my room and they went out of their way to make sure it gets back to me safe and sound.

What a fantastic place! spoiled us for any other hotels. Service was impeccable. Food was delicious. Quiet rooms. Perfect location if you like to walk to. See the sights like we do. We hadnt pla Ned on staying here but glad we ended up here. Turned our entire trip around.

Hugely disappointed part of this palace problems in my TV room normally down in a palace everything must be faultless, I did not feel listen to the person at the reception that I had at my arrival very limited in the reception I had a blue card problem it pull brutally so it marked card snatch the service on the other hand I made purchases at Chanel Louis-Vuitton etc. And my card worked very well since they removed delicately and inserted into the device delicately so I think there was a big problem of blue card terminal so it's too easy to put the fault to the Customer the Room service leaves to be desired dishes are too salty while I had made the report, I know we are in Covid period and it's complicated for everyone will come back more to this hotel as I did not have the service worthy of a five-star hotel said palace, on the other hand I thank the manager for trying to find a solution and offered me another room except that cala did not suit me and the other rooms, was not checker for Covid because of the cause, so very little room, too bad the view on the Eiffel Tower is splendid so everything is not negative.

Everything is perfect.

We went there fore breakfast and was not our best experience. It started with getting seated. There were plenty of seats inside, but because we were not staying at the hotel, the hostess insisted on seating us in the very cold patio. Fine. Then, it continued to go downhill from there. We ordered our breakfast. I got mine, but the server got my husband’s order wrong. That’s ok, it happens. However, when his meal was ready they gave it to the wrong person which caused a further delay. By this time, I’m already done with my omelette, which to be fair, was good. The server put in my husband’s order a second time and the server dropped it. Yes, this is true, and so he waited what seemed like forever to finally get his breakfast. By then, he ate too many croissants and our coffee was cold and we didn’t get any warm refills. By the way, they offered me a blanket because they saw that I was cold, but then took it away to give it to a hotel guest. The Manager came out, apologized, but offered us nothing to compensate. The server handed us the full bill and sent us our merry way. Wow, you can’t make this stuff up. Clean up your act Peninsula Hotel and behave like a 5 star hotel that you are!

Amazing hotel that provides an amazing experience. From the property itself to the warm and inviting staff, this hotel provides it's guests with the classic elegance of Paris, along with every modern amenity you could imagine. The Peninsula has mastered the right balance between yesterday and today. You should expect to pay a high price to stay, eat and drink at the Peninsula, but you shouldn't let it dissuade you. After all, you came to Paris for something special, why not enjoy it!

We organized a private event for a family celebration in the hotel ballroom, we were 75 people, we invested a nice budget and a lot of thoughts and efforts to organize a great event. What a disappointment, the name Peninsula is appealing but run! Don't organize anything there, my reasons to say so: — The event department had been nice until we signed the contract, then they started to be inflexible and very unprofessional, changed our contact person very frequently. … — Head of department surprisingly rude, no sense at all of what is customer service, really shocking — Their own chairs were all damaged, we had to pay to order some or the option offered was to cover them with some awful old fashion textile not well ironed.
On the evening of the event, the chairs they ordered for us were wrong — One appetizer was simply missing during the cocktails — There were a lot of back and forth at the end, we got confused on the number of appetizers included for the cocktail, before the event I realized they put the wrong number in the contract. I had emails as a proof but they didn't want to do anything about it. I heard a discussion of the general manager talking in English to the person in charge saying "whatever what is she going to do now… " that's very very shocking and dishonest for an hotel of that category.
They are so many other details to add to that, if you're looking to organize an event in Paris they are so many other fantastic options.

Restaurant seems good but even if I was not feeling well they refused to let me take just one course and wanted to force me into a menu. View is nice. Ability to listen to customer is much less so.

The hotel is truly one of the best in the world. We felt at home from the first moment. It was as expected: pure luxury at the highest level with very friendly staff. In addition the good food and extremely good location. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Magic Palace, the bar at the 6th the White Bird offers a reproduction at scale 0.75 of the real airplane of the same name, all the decoration of the bar is dedicated. A real trip in the past with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower. A fantastic moment (which has a price…).

We went there on Christmas Eve, and the experience was great. The welcome, the setting, the live music, the tableware, the service, the wine were all very good. The food was tasty and very nicely presented. There was however no ambiance at all, it was very rigid overall, borderline stuck up. What almost completely ruined the experience is when the staff started putting away chairs and closing down the restaurant while we were still eating. I mean if you're going to act all "fine dining" have the courtesy of respecting your guests at least. The dessert was great though, it almost makes up for everything bad.

My stay there rank as one of the best. Yes its kind of expensive but the room is so elegant and top of the edge with technology. Staff was very nice with us. The location is good. Quite no noise from streets.

The location is not the best when you are a tourist, but the hotel is… just perfection! all around. So you will need a car to go out because walking from there is not the best option. We really need 2 rooms, side by side for the family and the layout works really well for us. Big bathroom, big walking closet, electric toto toilet and comfy bed. The restaurant had a beautifull selection for breakfast. For sure the chef enjoy his work.

This was my second professional stint for bridal styling and honestly this palace is really wonderful as in a dream the staff is at the small care.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. We had booked with child and little dog. Gone to the restaurant, the second bed was prepared for our daughter, a basket installed for the dog. To get down in other 5 * Paris, the peninsula is at the top of the rankings in my opinion. With a very small exception — which will not change the note — everything was perfect.

It does not leave indifferent the luxury that squanders on ground floor. They squander attention that touches perfection and at Christmas they mount an ideal Christmas market.

The tea time on a rainy Saturday is delicious, the dessert buffet is the highlight. On the other hand, the salty options were below my expectations. Another downside: wait 30 minutes for us to pick up the order at the table. In this hotel category this is not justifiable. But the overall experience is excellent.

Beautiful rooms wonderful service. I love to have lunch on the terrace and the huge lobby with the marble floor. I go again this year for "Le Bal Paris" great charity in November. The ginger juice at the bar is delicious.

Fabulous hotel in Paris. Arrived for afternoon tea in August and it was lovely from start to end. We sat out on the terrace as it was a lovely hot day and drank iced Jasmin tea, which is my favorite. Pastries and scones was amazing, of course — No one does them like the French! We shared one and it was plenty for two of us. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality and service that you get. Highly highly recommended when in Paris and you want to have a great time.

High Tea at the Peninsula was a wonderful experience. The wait staff was mostly very attentive and they were always helpful. The food was awesome as were the drinks. Overall, I would highly recommend going to High Tea at the Peninsula.

My original plan to visit the Peninsula Paris was to have breakfast at L’Oiseau Blanc, which I have seen on instagram as the spot to have breakfast with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. But apparently it’s only open for lunch and dinner. So my party ended up having breakfast at Le Lobby, which is the lobby restaurant. I must say that the next time I’m back in Paris I should stay here. The service was immaculate and I had the service desk staff personally showed us to the restaurant. Breakfast was via a choice of Continental, American or even an Oriental breakfast with some additional ala carte items in the menu. The pastries were simply delicious and the atmosphere of the restaurant was sufficiently posh enough to make this breakfast a really luxurious one.

We went to tea that day my friend Virginia and me at the Peninsula.
The setting is beautiful, the service impeccable, a true palace as we love them. The rates are very affordable.
We finished by a Mojito just delicious.
Conclusion, we had a great time and enjoyed particularly this side where we don't push you to quickly finish your glass to order another.
This hotel really deserves 5 stars and we'll come back with pleasure.

Here we are in the dimension "luxury hotel" or "palace" of Paris. As part of the day I had the opportunity to visit this hotel. There are 2 large and beautiful entries majestic and lush to access the Hotel. From the start, you know immediately that you are in another dimension. Beyond 5 stars. The staff is professional, friendly and welcoming. The first entry avenue Kléber, makes you go through a tea room in very very high class! With high ceiling of 3 meters, all decorated with a France revival spirit.
The main entrance is located on the Avenue of the Portuguese: she is beautiful and impressive. The main aisle of the Hotel shops are luxury shops and they overlook two famous restaurants: Lily gourmet and the bird white on the 9th floor on the terrace of the Hotel! The ground-floor bar is a lovely well decorated place where there is peace and discretion. Rates are not excessively excessive as the cocktails are generous. However, the bar is small and if you have to choose, I will say that he must at all costs go to the bar on the 9th floor.

Same standards as any other luxury hotel. My room was exactly the same as the one I had in the Peninsula Shanghai. The fitness instructors are very professional and helpful! I had incredibly workouts 3 days in a row with them. As they just opened this location in August 2014, there are a few things they need to improve such a room service and the functionalities of the tablet in the room. Healthy business breakfast was delicious.

Ho my goooood!. The interior design is already oldfashion between Asian style and French one. It is pity they do not ask French professional. However, the staff is normal for the price.

We wanted to take the Afternoon Tea of the Peninsula.
We go through the lobby and are amazed by the place, we go to the lounge which was almost empty. We were so excited and eager to move us to taste the Tea Time of Julien Alvarez.
But no big disappointment!
We welcomes us by asking us if we are customers of the hotel? We answer in the negative and there we are informed that there is no place and to book.
No place? Only 3 tables were taken.
In short we have wonderful addresses for Tea Time (other luxury hotels or hotels in 10 minutes drive) where the reservation is not required, where to be a client of the hotel is not a sine qua non and where the staff has the sense of service and is not pretentious!
It was the first more than disappointing and it is also the last time that I set foot.
