Nice looking hotel, but the fact that I have at least 9 mosquitos in my room (7 are dead already) is giving me one of the worst hotel experiences ever… after 3 hours of hunting them I am considering to book a hostel nearby so I can sleep. A nice room is worth nothing when you can´t sleep… if you have place directly at the waterside a fly trap or something would be higly recommended.

A wonderful place to stay in Paris. We we're visiting in June and the party scene outside the hotel with school kids out was pretty interesting. The views from the shallow but chic pool is worth it. The hotel has just right amount of amenities on the water and they provide very good service. I would recommend this place to any young couples who would like to enjoy Paris night life.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The staff were awful, the room had a great concept but was poorly executed. It was loud and we were unable to sleep at all every night. When we told the staff about our grievances they had little care and were never resolved. I would never recommend this hotel. Around the hotel was quite rough and particularly scary at night…

A lovely location for brunch on a boat with friends. A fair selection of food and drink and friendly staff who were quick to clear plates between helpings. Great value. They don't take bookings and most of the tables were full for the 4 hours we stayed so get there early!

Fantastic! Lovely experience & stay! The room was very fancy, clean and a good bed! The hotel has delicious breakfast and a lovely view on the Seine.

Rooms are very small and unconfortable. Too much noise from the disco and from the bar itself. It is a good location for party but absolutely not for a supposed 4 stars hotel. In addition to very poor hospitality, staff is also totally unprofessional. They took my ID card to make a copy and didn't gave it me back immediately. I had to go back from CDG Airport to collect It! Absolutely not worth the price.

Excellent hotel. It's a very well located boat. You have two train stations next door: The Gare de Awsterliz and the Gare de Lion.

A view of the scene and Paris illuminated at night, cosy atmosphere, ideal for a drink between friends. The tapas are good, the staff discreet but present. Their attitude sticks perfectly to the place that is cosy/chic/intimate.
Hyper Positive Point: You don't feel the boat moving, so no sea sickness:-D.

The place is really beautiful and very original. Really very disordering for the city. Then the staff of the hotel is lifeless, they do not notice you, do not speak to you. Only the staff at the bar are more pleasant and smiling.
The cocktails and the food are good without more.

Magic Night. The suite is very large over 25m2 and the design decoration is very sought after (yellow bathroom furniture, yellow bathtub) metallic grey wardrobe and breathtaking view of the Seine, very well insulated. Breakfast will remain in my memory.

Very good stay in this atypical hotel. The decoration of the room really enchanted us just like the young man at the reception who knew how to meet all our expectations. We are conquered and will definitely stay at this hotel.

Floating Hotel on the Seine. Modern, classy, moderate room costs. Nice aperitivo/dinner.

Lovely hotel in good position, great bar, very contemporary, second time we have stayed there. Rooms a little small and the 24 hour disco on the boat on the other side of the river can be distracting to sleep.

Although this place ticks all the boxes in terms of luxury, quirks, service and location, the single most important thing a hotel needs to do is give you a good night's sleep. From about 10pm, the river bank fills up with students, bringing with them decks and speakers and having a full on party literally metres from some of the rooms. It was so loud our bed was vibrating. Didn't sleep for the entire stay and left feeling far from refreshed. Not necessarily the hotel's fault but I cannot give them more than one star if I was unable to sleep.

The most over-hyped worst hotel in Paris. It was a vary special occasion and they booked the wrong room. We ended up paying a huge sum for the nicer, quieter room that we DID NOT sleep in. They “overbooked. ” The shower in our room was also broken. So we stayed up almost all the night because the hotel is next to an extremely loud area. Then, when we asked to only pay for the less expensive room with the broken shower and recieve our money back for the overcharge, they refused unapologetically.

Nice small hotel with a special location. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast is very good. The breakfast room invites you to relax. :) Our suite was not vacuumed the three nights and the floor was quite dusty. If you go to the waterfront the room, you can not open the window at night. Since each night exactly in front of the hotel is celebrated and the quite noisy. The selection of beer and wine is very small but good.

Very nice design hotel. Great location. Choose if possible a room with view on the river. Some problems with the reservation of the taxi to the airport.

Lovely place, we stayed in the orange suite, stunning room. Food is lovely, nice variety at breakfast and the scrambled egg was delicious. Very attentive staff. Only downside was the Disco boat opposite which plays loud music all night into the morning : (. Hotel is fab though!

A funky floating hotel, only a short walk to the Gare de Paris Austerlitz. The rooms are comfortable, perhaps more for couples with the frosted-glass shower set-up. Air-conditioned and with mini-fridge. Breakfast is an option. Being on the bank of the Seine, it is an area where there is much nightlife — many people will gather to socialise, picnic and drink. There is a nightclub directly across the river. Some nights you can hear this. The hotel has a bar — Thurs, Fri & Sat night it was booked to host events — it can get a bit busy. Our only complaint was that our room had been charged with room service & mini bar … which we had never ordered/opened. We picked up the mistake and the receptionist said he had corrected it — but then ended up charging our card for it anyway. We were about to leave when he admitted his mistake and it took a while to get our refund when we needed to leave. Please check your bill thoroughly for this kind of mistake.

Beautiful hotel and concept on the river — unfortunately the loud disco tech noise from the surrounding area made it very hard to sleep (I live in central London so am used to noise — This was terrible). I suspect the hotel knew of this problem as ear plugs are supplied in the room which were useless and did nothing to block it out. My relaxing holiday did not turn out to be so. Not a place to stay with young children as my baby kept waking throughout the night from the noise.

Floating Hotel on the Seine. It is quite far from the center and it is hard to find it. The rooms are quite small. In ours there was also a mosquito stamped against the wall, with the mark of the shoe, as a welcome gift. In case it wasn't enough, the shower was broken. As a solution the hotel offered us the free breakfast. We stayed on a Saturday and that at night turns into a bottled area and there is quite a bit of noise. For the price you pay is not worth anything. I won't come back and I don't recommend it.

We spent a few days in the Horizon Suite, nothing to complain about! Very good time! On the other hand, I don't recommend cocktails at the bar, they're really not good.

The location is terrible, the rooms facing the pier are the horror and the shower was broken. There was an insect smashed against the wall above the bed. The solution of the hotel was to give us the free breakfast, when it is normal to have located in another available. The attention in the hotel was very good but the amenities and facilities are lousy. I don't recommend it.

Beautiful location over the water, perfect for a brunch, a drink afterwork, or a romantic getaway. Friendly welcome, zen architecture is surprising. Bravo, very quickly.

We chose this place for its brunch menu and its location on the banks of the seine. We have not been disappointed! Pleasant, the servers at the small care, a view on the Seine… The brunch is good and varied in flavors. I highly recommend this place. This establishment also offers hotel rooms.

What a fantastic hotel! View is nice and noise from around the Seine is actually blocked out fairly well. The metro can be heard at night, but it's only faint and my friend and I didn't find it disturbing — rather, a little charming being in Paris and hearing the city live on at night. I do agree with some people that rooms are a little small, however they're very modern with RGB color lighting and a very, very nice bed. There's a clean, nice length pool and all staff are very friendly. The breakfast is add-on, but the selection and seating is nice. Overall, it's a very down to earth, cozy place with a great location, close to restaurants and other amenities.

A wonderful place to share the weekend brunch. The best views to the Siena and Paris. The design of the place is contemporary.

Magical, the hotel is splendid, very beautiful materials, wood, copper, bath room with bay window changing color, excellent bedding. Very quiet, compared to the opinion previously read… well, it was during the week. The bar is also very pleasant little world, very intimate in the evening, magnificent view, server, and waitress are adorable. Plate of cold meats and cheese gargantuan! Having a wonderful time. Keep a little secret! Only downside breakfast served from 7am in the morning… 6: 30 is will be excellent for business travel.

Nice modern room, has everything you need. Compared to other boots I've slept on it is as quiet as it gets in a city. Friendly staff.

Moored at the foot of Austerlitz station and with a fascinating design, this is the first hotel and floating bar in Paris. It has a spectacular swimming pool and a marina on the River Seine.

We had a fantastic few days. Very friendly staff who were so helpful, delicious food (breakfast and dinner), comfy beds and a great location. We were worried that the location was too far from the tourist centre but it was only a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame along the Seine or the bus and metro were very close and easy to use. By the second day we felt really at home and loved sitting on the sofas looking out at the pool, golden swan and the river boats drinking cups of tea or glasses of wine. Thank you Off Paris — we're already looking forward to our next visit!

I had a nice stay here and enjoyed the novelty of staying on the river with a gold swan. The bar was great, staff were friendly and breakfast was good. The room was small and would be quite intimate if you were sharing but had all the essentials and a comfy bed.

Cool place. Not so sure about the team who seem to be a bunch of students trying to run a hotel. We had a nice stay. Be aware of the dance club across the Seine on the weekends if you want a good night's sleep.
