We stayed with a group of 9 Paris lovers at the Hotel Helussi. The rooms sing quiet, well equipped and have pleased us and our friends. On the 6th floor you have a beautiful view over Paris. The service of the Helussi team was excellent. We followed their restaurant proposals in the 9th arrondissement. Thank you also for organizing the museum visit. Thank you dear team of Helussi, we are also happy to come a 3rd time.

Great hotel. Great location with easy access to the metro and a quick trip on the RER to the airport. All the staff were incredibly helpful and it was an overall lovely experience. While there are hundreds of hotels in Paris, I would definitely pick Hotel Helussi to stay again.

I stayed here with my mom for 4 days, and it was beyond expectations. The stuff is the most friendly, officent, useful and cute I've ever met in Paris. Spotless Clean, not very big room but on the fifth floor you have a very small balcony where you can have a cup of coffee and a chat. Great Nespresso machine in the room, and a small refrigerator for milk. Good shower. The sheets and bedding smells good. Nice breakfast, coffee, some pastry, fruits, cheeses and meat. (I'm vegetarian so I can't tell about the quality) but all in all, good and generous meal. Will deffdefini come again.

Great experience at the Helussi Hotel. Very clean room, nice and friendly staff. 100 meters from the Metro (Line 7) and within walking distance to the Opera and Sacre-Coeur. We would certainly stay again.

Hotel was great and close to the train station. Small but if you're walking around all day, it doesn't really matter. Very Comfy bed as well. Staff was incredibly friendly and top notch. Only reason I didn't rate them five stars was because the Wifi was too spotty and at times didn't work. For anyone who relying on Wifi to get around, this could be a problem. The heat in the building was also on constantly and couldn't be turned down with the thermostat.

We were only there for a 2 night stay but staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice decent size. Very close to a metro station so getting to and from was a breeze.

We loved this little charming hotel. Cosy and well decorated, it looks exactly like the pictures offered on the website. It's right next to a metro station and is close to some nice restaurants which were really handy. Most importantly though, the staff were amazing — so friendly and helpful, we were very grateful for their hospitality. We will be visiting the Hotel Helussi again.

Nice room I was in the so-called Abyss, with a picture of a diver.
I'm a fan of diving and snorkeling.
Everything is clean, quiet area also.
However, I did not find if it was possible to adjust the heating because it makes negative temperatures outside and rather cool inside.
The staff are very welcoming and polite, I think going back as I did not have time to test the breakfast.

The hotel was nice. Room was tidy, clean and lovely. And above all, staff was extremely kind and gentle. Metro and train station for eurostar are also very close. If you are going to travel in Paris, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay. I should say, this place is “humanistically and geologically perfect”.

Very good reception, room nickel, reasonable price for Paris!

Good, clean and small hotel in the middle of Paris. Rooms are not that big, but very cozy and clean rooms. Good beds here and not those flat pillows, but actual ones you can rest your head on. Staff were very friendly upon arrival and guided us to park the car around the block, in a garage which they have a deal with (€20, — per day). Had to fill in some forms on a tablet and we took the lift to the room. Items in the minibar and roomservice are relatively cheap and refreshed each day (if you hang your sign to clean the room) Checkout time from at 12.00h is not bad either. Enjoyed my stay here! Especially because of the location to the public transport, which is on 1-2min. Walking distance. Would definitely return here!

The rooms in the hotel are very good, clean, spacious, there is a sauna included in the price of the room, breakfast in quantity for the price, the only small problem is the Internet connection not easy.

Arrived yesterday for our final days on Paris. Fantastic reception by the staff who was extremely helpful with directions for anything we needed. Room was great and hotel is very close to metro station to move about.

Very small but nice hotel with cozy rooms. Great location right next to a metro station and 10 min walk to Sacre Coeur. Rooms are also small but well maintained. Little bit pricey. Small sauna included.

This place is amazing. My S. O. And I visited Paris, France near the end of tourist season in August and they were more than kind to us. As soon as we arrived, they had us sit down and gave us cold bottles of water and took our suitcases for us. That may not sound like much to you, but if you've gone to Paris before, you know how much walking you have to do. Plus it was pretty hot outside, so that bottle of water was just about the best thing ever at the time. They gave us a few minutes to relax, and then they came back over and greeted us again. The receptionist took the time to go over a map of Paris with us, showing us the best ways to get to the places we wanted to go. They also showed us other places we may want to visit that not everyone knows about, for instance the oldest street in Paris. Which is gorgeous, by the way. Not only did they do that, but they did it in French and English, because while I speak French fairly well, my S. O. Does not. And to top it all off, they upgraded us to a room that was MUCH nicer than the one we had originally booked, and they did it for free. I was astounded. Every single time we walked by the reception desk, they were always happy to see us and talk to us. It made our stay an even better one, and when I go back to Paris, this is where I will be staying again. They went above and beyond the standard of hospitality we are used to, and they never said anything less than kind to us.

This hotel is great. I stayed for 7 nights and was provided with incredible service. Since I was there for 7 nights I was upgraded for FREE to the duchess. A room much more expensive than I had booked. The manager was extremely pleasant to speak with and was very nice. The receptionist provided us with a map and took the time to go over Paris and all of the attractions to see, as well as the best ways to get there. The location of the hotel was easy to find. I requested information from the hotel regarding its location and was provided with multiple options and very detailed instructions. They have breakfast in the morning which costs €10 per person, although we did not try it because there are cafes right down the street. There is also a free spa which only requires 30 minutes of notice. There is a lot to do in the area which means the hotel is positioned very well to start walking and exploring. I very much recommend this hotel.

Very hospitable and friendly staff. Stayed on the first floor and the room was a decent size with a large comfortable bed. On the same metro line as the Louvre and Lafayette Galleries, as well as other tourist destinations. There's a free sauna too.

Nice staff, spacious rooms, quiet neighborhood, near a metro, good electrical outlets (and right by bed so I can charge my phone at night and use as an alarm clock which is super convenient), Wi-Fi did slow down in the evening but was good during the day, does have breakfast but it's extra, spacious bathroom and modern design, clean, and room had a lot of natural light, and I could close the curtains to block light to sleep early as I had a very early morning flight. They also have a sauna. They have a shuttle service for a fee that's cheaper to get to the airport as compared to a taxi. They also let me print things I needed and use a computer. Oh yes, staff spoke English. Room was ready on time. They have a elevator. 24 hour concierge. Felt safe for a solo female traveler. I would stay again. Close to Montmartre and I could see the top of the Sacre-Coure from my room which was on the top floor. I think it's a 20 minute walk to that area which is my fave but still close enough to eating and coffee shops (like KB cafe), which I recommend too!

Love these small personal hotels. The staff here are incredibly helpful… with our lost luggage episode w Air France. Location, while far from many tourist sires, gives you a neighborhood experience, particularly in terms of dining. Def would stay again.

What a fantastic staff and a lovely hotel. Very friendly and eager to please. A short walk from main Paris Est train station, and very close to the subway that takes you everywhere in Paris. My family and I were very happy and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris! Thank you Hotel Helussi for a great experience in our first visit to Paris.

Helpful, friendly, welcoming staff. Helussi is well located just a short stroll to Parisian cafes, shopping and city tours. Highly recommend this location. Great continental breakfast and very comfortable room.

The friendliest greeting I have ever received at a hotel, bar none. The two gentlemen who greeted us were extremely helpful & eager to assist with luggage, transportation to the airport, and even looking up reviews online to ensure that the restaurant we had chosen for dinner would be a good choice to celebrate our anniversary. They were genuinely eager to find out how it was and asked us to report back so they could tell other guests. (As we told them, the nearby Restaura…nt Petrelle ($$$) is fantastic & highly recommended for a special romantic dinner. ) A different receptionist was similarly helpful & friendly at checkout, calling the airport shuttle for us when it failed to arrive on time & assisting us with our luggage. This is a small hotel in the 9th arrondisement with 6 floors and one elevator. The location seemed just fine, near a couple of metro stations, but not particularly close to any major sights — it is pretty close to Gare Nord if you're taking the train into or out of that station. It is a "3 star" hotel in France, which is roughly equivalent to a 2.5 star hotel in the U. S. We stayed in Room 61 on the 6th floor, which has large sliding doors onto a decent size balcony with a couple metal chairs, and also has the best view in the hotel — facing South, with a great view of Montparnasse (not to be confused with Montmartre) in a gap between buildings, as well as both directions along Rue de Bellefond.

Stayed here on are honeymoon and what a great little hotel it is.

If you are going to Paris, especially by Eurostar, you should stay here. It's a short walk from Gare du Nord station and really close to a metro stop. The hotel is clean, the staff are totally brilliant and the breakfasts are the best. The whole place is very modern and all the rooms are fitted with the nicest fittings from the beds to the bathroom. Thoroughly recommended.

Very nice small hotel, friendly, contemporary decoration, quiet street. For once, the pictures correspond to the reality. There is even a small sauna (to turn when in wants to use it).
