We do not recommend to choose this hotel. We planned our trip to Paris far in advance, but due to force-major circumstances (health issue) it was impossible for us to go.
The hotel refused to cancel our stay or even block the amount paid for the room for the future stay (as all the hotels normally do upon request), even though we were ready to present all the necessary medical documents, proving the health condition.
It is literally the first time we’ve come across such customer-UNfriendly attitude of a hotel administration. Keep that in mind when considering choosing that hotel.
