Such an amazing hotel. The rooms are so cute and clean. The bed was super comfortable and I loved my view. The hotel is quiet and is a quick walk to the metro station. It's situated in a great location in the midst of pharmacies, many restaurants, and other stores. The staff are phenomenal — — impeccable customer service from walking in the door to my departure. Each member was so friendly and attentive. When my flight got cancelled, they allowed me to sit in the lounge area while I got stuff sorted out, and even offered to help. The next times that I come to Paris, this will be the only place I'll stay. Mercí!

Very friendly staff able to speak English, very helpful for finding special destinations like the Eiffel Tower, relatively close to the metro station, the rooms are pretty decent everyday they clean your room and give you extra coffee pods and clean although it had a bit of a bad odour as we came in but went away short. I enjoyed the watching the World Cup on the TV. I had a great time at the hotel.

Service is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern, although on the smaller side. Location is pretty walkable as well. Overall good hotel, just not spectacular.

Good location, clean overall, good breakfast, small rooms.

Very good price/quality ratio if you make your reservation through Booking (excluding tax and breakfast, we paid 83€/night). The hotel has been redone recently and the new décor is nice. The rooms are not very great, but we had enough room for a cot (provided by the hotel), the room on the courtyard side was quiet and the breakfast was of high quality.

Very nice surprise for a premiere in this hotel, I highly recommend it.

Ok for free Wi-Fi. The breakfast service is very good. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean I really enjoyed my stay. Well placed. Not far from the Arc de Triomphe. Well served with nice shops and restaurants nearby.

We had one night in Paris and chose to stay here. Our room was beautiful and very well air conditioned which was a pleasant surprise to come back to after a long humid day of exploring the city. Our room had a nice deep tub to soak in and the water was able to get super hot! The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to eat and sites to see. I loved the view and would love to stay again if I came back to the city.

Good services for Paris. Nice location, quiet rooms, nice staff, parking access right in front of the hotel. On the other hand, difficult access to the rooms with luggage because of the stairs, complicated with children.

The staff is very friendly Only downside no air conditioning in the room, I got very hot!

A small a cozy room, the lady of the reception was very kind and great location, we had not problem at all.

The hotel rooms are okay; a fair space, clean room and bathroom. However the inconvenience is that the elevators happen to be in between floors. Not so convenient for carrying heavy bags. The location is good. Close to tube stations and shops.

Super pretty modern and quiet hotel compared to the arc de triomphe. Good breakfast, very clean and comfortable rooms. Good beds, good cushions, nice bathroom… just a little TV and not HD.

We had a small but comfortable room, which was really really warm. Would have been more comfortable if we could cool it down. Fantastic bathroom and location was excellent with a 5 minute walk from the Arc de Triumph and metro and RER station Charles de Gaulle Etoile. (Ternes metro station is just round the corner too) Loads of food places nearby also. Would visit again!

The location near the Arc de Triomphe and very close to the metro line 1 makes it comfortable to visit Paris, even I could stroll up the Eifiel Tower. If you are flying with Ryanair to Beauvais Airport, the airport bus drops you off a 10-minute walk of the stop, this is great.
A renovated with a good bathroom and a bed, which complies with the requirements of cleanliness and soundproofing. Expensive breakfast, but there is a bakery in front of the hotel that breakfast of Spanish price fear. It is certainly highly recommended.

Noisy, not clean and bad service.

My Kids and I stayed for 5 days in June. As we entered, we were shocked how small the entrance was, but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she answered all my questions. I had made a reservation by phone with Jeremie, he was also very friendly and helpful, he even helped me take my suitcases to the room, as there was quite a few steps to get to our room. The room was small, but very clean and had comfortable bed and amazing pillows. All the people at the reception from Nadege to Amandine, always had a smile and were very helpful and again answered all my questions. The only thing I did not like is that there is no space to sit in the extremely small lobby, when my friends came to see us. I did not try the breakfast as the room did not look appealing. The hotel location is great, a five minute walk to the Arc De Triomphe. My kids and I felt save in the area walking back late at night back from the Champ Elysee. We were easily able to catch the hop on hop off bus tour, from the Champ Elysee.

— Our iPad was stolen from the closet while we're were away, despite the room being locked — Nobody among staff tried to help us retrieve it — They refused to let us contact the hotel manager — They charged the stay tax fee twice for no reason — Staff was extremely rude to us when we asked why — A friend of mine was able to walk in and get to our rooms without seeing one employee. Terrible security. My girlfriend and I put the iPad in the closet and left for the restaurant, when we came back the iPad wasn't there anymore. We made sure the room door and window was locked. The hotel staff declined to investigate who went into the room while we were away. They also decline to let us talk to anyone in charge. They promised to get back to us but never did. The man fixing the wall plinth was listening to our conversation and interfered.

This hotel has just decided to cheat. If you book this hotel and want to cancel it, just discard. Not even with an advance of 2 weeks. Not even asking to pay a late payment and not the full amount. Will demand your blood, without regard to or come to terms in any way. Bad service.

Incredible, one of the only hotels in the world, or if you wish to change your reservation a week before your arrival date you will be charged full price for your two stays: result two nights = 638 euros for one person, breakfast not included while he had been paying in advance! In addition, a hellish heat in the rooms in winter, so impossible to sleep! Look elsewhere, the neighborhood is full of hotels and there are necessarily better, less expensive! The Director doesn't have anyway of customers because it makes no concession.

Terrible. The people at the front desk was aggressive and dishonest. They want to charge us at the end of our stay 80 euros for our baby. The room was clean.
