We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Atlantic. Room was a bit small but the bathroom was huge! The front desk staff was so very welcoming and helpful if we had questions! It is close to the train station and the metro! I would certainly consider staying there again.

Hypocrite! I reserved a room for 3 adults and got one double bed and something of 1.5m long and bounded on the short sides which I don't think can be called a bed not sofa. One of us was forced to sleep on the floor the whole night! The manager says they are sorry, but all they did is to tell me that thing is 1.7 meter long (including bound maybe) and is big enough for adult, then charge me of a "Deluxe Double Room Superior" instead of a "Deluxe Triple Room", 195 € instead of 215. What a good way to sell out rooms that nobody wants! If I didn't have a flight to catch, I would spend a day arguing with them. Oh, wait, they also blamed me for not telling them directly after receiving the room, but at 11pm when I first tried fitting myself in that thing. Great, I shouldn't put faith in those people and natively think the "bed" is of the right size, but have a ruler with me next time. It's the room 622, a floor that doesn't have a lift to it. Maybe this is why it's called "Superior".

Location was nice and convenient. I was not pleased with their policy of leaving the room key at the front desk at all times. When you return there is no verification process (they don't even ask your name), so any individual can ask for any key. This was still the case when I returned late one night to a night attendant I had never seen before. One time I was given the wrong key by mistake so I imagine this is a big risk. They misheard me when I said the room number, so clearly there is no double-check.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 7 night stay at the Atlantic Hotel in Paris. Our room was nicely arranged and the bathroom was large and nicely laid out. The hotel staff was amazing, shout out to Simona! It was our first trip to Paris and they were extremely friendly and helpful with restaurant recommendations and assistance with metro and taxi advice. The hotel is very charming — set in a neighborhood in Paris. We were half a block from the Metro, RER, and taxi stand so it was very convenient to travel around Paris. We were close to numerous restaurants and the train station had a mini mall. I highly recommend this hotel to my fellow travelers. I will definitely stay here again the next time I stay in Paris.

This place was fantastic. From all of the staff who were very helpful and friendly. We had a fantastic time. And would say here again.

The Atlantic Hotel was the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed walking to the Seine River and found nearby subway stops to visit Versailles and Montmartre. The staff is exceptional and our room was exactly like the photo. We will definitely stay here again. Air France was on strike and we were forced to fly out two days later than expected. We were able to lengthen our stay and did not even have to change rooms! Excellent, friendly service.

Check in was done in a timely fashion after coming off a 21 hour flight we were in no mood for any delays. The receptionist was very welcoming. Definitely try the breakfast they provide we have tried the express breakfast, great price and we felt spoiled. It very grand, like what they would serve at a high tea.

We have just returned from a 5 night stay at the Atlantic Hotel and were extremely pleased with the quality, cleanliness and comfort of our room. The staff were very friendly and professional — we would not hesitate to return.

Went to check in at the hotel and already had a bad experience. Had an infant and they wouldn't let my sister keep the room stating some bull shit that it was policy and safety issues. The infant can fit in their bed but they made us give up our 3 person room and made me pay for a single room. What pissed me off was right after I paid she offered my sister a cot! If that was the case, then why did she say it was safety concern anyways?! Oh I know. Its not safety — its about money! First time in Paris and we chose this hotel based on reviews but obviously wouldn't recommend.

The hotel was nice, clean and the staff was friendly. I had to give it a one star review because of my awful experience. We left for dinner and when we returned the door was wide open the room was upside down. We informed the receptionist and he did nothing but tell me to calm down. I asked to change rooms because I did not feel safe and by now it was 11pm he said he had nothing and I had to wait till the next day. Very unprofessional and did not show any kind of empathy. I would expect them to call the police for a report but they did nothing. I also did not receive an discount or any kind of solution to the problems. The next night, we walked back to our room and we found another room in the same condition as ours. We informed the receptionist again an all he did was go and close the door. Ugh, makes me wonder if it’s an inside job. Don’t stay here.

The only thing to improve would be the breakfast, it's OK but it could be improved with some more cariedad.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Paris! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and a manager Philippe. The staff was extremely friendly, and deserves special thanks. We had the great time in Atlantic Hotel, which obviously also added up to the experience. It’s a great place to stay… Staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. Manager is very professional and extremely nice! MONISIEUR PHILLIPPE YOU ARE THE BEST! Note, this is not a 5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the manager Philippe who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality! Best! T. Room 224

The Hotel itself is quaint. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff always nice. The Concierge were always helpful especially with suggestions for impromptu eats our Family did not plan for.

The hotel was pretty nice. It's very pretty 9n the inside and the rooms are comfy. The only downside is the hotel breakfast seemed a little pricey for a little amount of food.

Small but comfortable room. Cable TV (not like you should waste time watching it when you have the most beautiful city in the world right outside). Very clean. Great location. My only complaint is there is no shower in bathroom only bathtub, acceptable rates.

Atlantic Hotel was a good choice for us because it is located close to a metro station and the staff was very accommodating in several ways.

Great central location. Beautiful large room with full-sized bathtub and shower, and separate WC. Very quiet. Very professional, yet friendly, staff. Immaculate housekeeping and freshly renovated. Suberb value for money. Highly recommended.
