Could be much better. GREAT location. Steps from Eiffel Tower and fantastic view. Good facilities (stove, fridge, etc) but it's a bit run down and service is lacking. Breakfast is overpriced (13 euro continental). They say the pool is being renovated but I'm not convinced there even is a pool.

Terrible service, rooms with fittings falling off and paint peeling off the walls. Mould as well. Having to wait at reception while people book in or out just to ask a question is time consuming. There should be someone like a concierge to ask about taxis etc. We had no phone in our room the whole time we were there and they said that they would fix it. They did not. So to ask a question we had to go to the ground floor and wait in line. The management comments that they try to improve things after bad reviews but they obviously do not. Whatever you do, don't use the dry cleaning service — they nearly destroyed my jacket. If you get a view of the Eiffel Tower it almost makes up for the service issues. The are renovating starting in September 2018 but there is no discount now for the fact that maintenance has stopped prior to the renovation starting.

We had a great time. Among the employees were two Russian-speaking people. We would like to thank them for their help in booking tickets for Paris. Thanks also for the wonderful view from our room.

The room was very good. The hotel is well-placed and the staff is very friendly. No parking even paying and nearby streets saturated.

The hotel is located 15 min walk from the Eiffel Tower and 8 minutes from the nearest metro. Strategic location. My room had a view of the tower and it was a really beautiful view, enhanced by a glass window that filled an entire wall. The room also had a dishwasher and microwave. The only flaw is that they should improve on cleanliness, outside of my room the carpet was dirty!

We arrived in our Studio for which we had requested a view of the Eiffel Tower. 17th floor, a shell right in front. Beautiful view. We are also happy to know that the person before us made the L thanks to a label that remained on the floor. Bathroom mirror cracked. Paint that bursts in some places. The tiles are moving. Dirty joints. Mould in the bathtub. Traces on the walls. Bulb that does not work. Iron full of limestone. What about a welcome gift? A sock that does not belong to us underneath the bed (which is not really one. Hard mattress like wood and pillow much too soft) with a nice empty candy paper in a closet. Taxi booking that never arrived. In short. Is not worth at all its price. Flee, you can only find better!

This is not 4 star accommodation. If that's what you're expecting then do not stay here. I stayed with four colleagues in 5 rooms and each of our rooms were poorly maintained and badly needed updating. Beds/sofa beds were hard and uncomfortable. There is no way to contact reception other than to go there, I tried calling and emailing and got no luck. Public areas of the hotel were unclean and we noticed they stayed that way the whole time we were there (cigarette butts in the stairwell for example were unmoved the whole time I was there). There are plenty of similarly or better priced 4 star establishments over toward Trocadéro that I will definitely try next time I need to stay in this area.

High price compared to the service! Poor quality of rooms. Damaged furniture. Cleanliness to review: found used peanuts and handkerchiefs by opening the sofa bed! Receptionist very rude to the reception when we asked to have seen on the Eiffel Tower. Only positive points: well placed and beautiful view of Paris.

Stay of 2 nights in room of 53m ².
Very well located hotel in quiet area, close to the Seine and 1/4H walk to the Eiffel Tower. Good size of room but housekeeping made a little quick and whole establishment a little dated. A little bit of young would do good as much in the rooms as in the common (at least to look more like the photos of the website…).
No recent comparison point, but for €250/night excluding breakfast, we imagined a service a little + upscale (the breakfast buffet was rather correct and well followed by the hostesses).
We did not eat in the room, but the fact that the Windows could not open could certainly have created an odor problem throughout the room.
Finally: no TV in the separate room (only in the living room) ; even if it is not indispensable, it is a pity.
In short, although it has assets, we would not recommend this hotel at this price (for 100 or €120, this would be a better compromise location/obsolescence/price).

Adagio Aparthotel is a very good and clean Hotel Apatement. I am very satisfied, Especially rooms that have the landscape of the Eiffel Tower and Seine River. It's easy to walk to the shops, Starbucks, McDonalds and the Eiffel Tower and Seine River.

It is a building with many departments which makes it difficult to wait for the elevator. And the reception has little staff for so many people during 24 hours. One night we ran out of hot water. I went to reception where there was another person complaining about the same and the receptionist answered Q The Lee what he can. And now there was nothing I could do. The apartment was small but complete. Too bad it lacked lighting and some maintenance.

Pathetic, Rooms are not well maintained and rude staff. Got locked in laundry room for almost an hour due to faulty latch. Overall worst experience…

A very flirtatious room and a full bathroom overlooking the Eiffel tower. Perfect.

Highly recommended place to stay in Paris. Just a few blocks to the EiffelTower and for those who prefer the hop on-hop off bus tours, this is near the converging point. Near the Seine Riverboat rides for a romantic dinner date.

The lobby is refined in a very Scandinavian style. The rooms are very welcoming and comfortable. Made even more warm by the presence of wood. The possibility of having two independent rooms with a common entrance is particularly interesting. The location is ideal thanks to the proximity of the Eiffel Tower, the House of Japan, the new centre of Beaugrenelle, etc… it compensates the hotel's unfriendly surroundings.

SCAMMERS Be very careful with this hotel, I have been stolen 1164 € by charging me a reservation canceled by overbooking credit cards without my permission or authorization, from booking they ask for the refund or proof but they do not deliver it because they do not have it. Do not make any reservation with them, or much less than say the data on the cards. Thieves that is what they are.

Bad maintenance. Bugs are the rooms. Good location but in the area there are better options.

A destressing hotel, the rooms are nothing from the other world but the service is lousy. We arrived at the hotel at 12 and were told that the rooms would not be ready until 3. We went back to three and they weren't ready either. In the end, after dealing with the receptionist who by the way, had no idea of Spanish, we got the room at 4. We went two couples with 4 kids and got each room at one end of the hotel. The hotel is too big for the tiny dining room where they serve breakfast so they pretended that we would take turns for Desayuar and that Desayunaramos at 7 am. If this were not enough the air conditioner in the room was spoiled and very cold. We warned the front desk and after a long wait came the technician who didn't fix anything and we had to spend the night there and get cold. Definitely a horrible hotel.

Comfortable and clean room with a breathtaking view of the 33rd floor. Beautiful ´ to fall asleep at the crackling of the Eiffel Tower. The studios are suitably equipped and the staff very nice.

Estoy hospedada en este citio en estos momentos y estoy a punto de enloquecer del calor. Regrese temprano de visitar todos los citios y poder descansar pero aqui no hay quien duerma, horribleeeee! No vale la pena, llamamos para ver q pasaba con el aire y dijeron lo habian arreglado pero mentira esta igual de malo. La cama esta durisima, nos la entregaron con sabanas solamente, nonparecia q la habian hecho, hollos en las paredes y parece todo sucio con mucha peste a comida.

I stayed 3 night in this Apart'hotel at 25 EMAS floor There's a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower This is the only positive point there is plenty of fault the Windows does not open the AC does not work it is very very hot even in the middle of summer I imagine not. And the pool we were seeing she was in maintenance it's been 1 years!. I hope that the ruler would reflect on this message anise 10 years.

Good location, large rooms, good value for money.

Nice and smiling team, good value for money, unfortunately for us the pool was closed for technical problem during our stay of 3 days… In return the management makes us a commercial gesture and offers us the underground parking space (€20 per day)

Got a room upgrade with Class View over the city. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Large room with its own small kitchen, a sofa, dining table, work space and a bedroom.
There are some unsightly flaws on the walls. The hotel is recommended.

On checking staff was very professional and friendly. Originally we booked a panoramic view room for 4 people and spent 4 nights and it exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded on our second day. At the evening when we enter the new room Wow! It was a amazing surprise! We were upgraded to a Eiffel Tower view and the view was breathtaking. It was a modern, spotless & spacious apartment. In addition, one table was left a bottle of chilled Champagne&flute glasses, beautiful white rose, sparkling water including a note “from reception team wishing me a Happy Birthday”. We are very Thankful to Director Manager Elie El Hayek & reception team for their high professionalism, kind gesture and delightful surprise. Previously at Reception I mentioned to Elie that it was my birthday. He did not forget and he made my birthday a very special one! My family & I celebrated my 60th birthday drinking champagne overlooking the shimmering Eiffel Tower. Unforgettable! Highly recommend.

Spacious room and comfortable. It is an aparthotel, so in addition to bathroom it has a living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen with everything you need (sink, burner, dishwasher, microwave, fridge). The landing on my floor (15) was quite dirty and neglected. As for the breakfast it was buffet quite poor and with little variety.

In general spaces elegant and comfortable but too dark lack of light in the rooms. Very good views. Nice staff.

I could not spend the night. I left the accommodation without sleeping there. The atmosphere was very small. Never seen that for the Accor group! To renovate completely.

Very good the room and the attention. A hotel this close to everything especially the Eiffel Tower and bus tour (walking distance). At 200 meters from the supermarket Monoprix and the shopping centers. I would certainly return.

The location is excellent for transportation as for the attractions everything is at the steps of the place, excellent service staff immediate assistance, I Thank you for your service, the rooms are small (some) low light in the kitchen.

4 stars with very low expectations. We got a timeshare deal for a week's stay. Couldn't imagine staying here at the regular rate. Good for the family as it allowed us to walk through a part of the city that wasn't as touristy. Close to 2 metro lines, walk to the Eiffel tower. Units were small but that is to be expected. No free cleaning service for is and the units are hard to keep clean for a week. Pool was too cold to swim in so there was nothing to do in the hotel with the kids at night. Service was always friendly.

The rooms are well equipped, but the presence of cockroaches disturbs a little… It is also very hot in the rooms, and the fact of not being able to open the windows is disturbing. The cleanliness of the hallways is to be revisited. However, the staff is very nice and the hotel is very well located, the pool is small, but perfect for relaxing.

Filthy, disgusting, damaged, should be condemned — avoid this place at all cost! Due to ongoing family health issues we decided to book a stay near the Eiffel Tower. I was so excited, as an Accor Le Club member, to find what I thought looked like a truly magnificent apart-hotel and although very expensive I thought what the heck I will upgrade to a superior apartment with panoramic view overlooking Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Imagine our surprise to walk into the most horrific, dirty, disgusting, nasty apartment I have ever had the displeasure to have stayed in and that is not an exaggeration! Our major problem was that it was the weekend before Christmas and at this late stage we were not going to find anywhere else so my Wife, my 10 year old Son and I had to endure this horrible place. They say that pictures paint a thousand words so please take a look through just some of the photos which I am almost embarrassed to show. Accor ought to be ashamed of themselves for keeping this place open as in the UK it would be condemned. When I showed the duty manager my photos compared to what was on the website they said what do you expect the website pictures were taken 10 years ago!, Wait what? They showed me another two rooms which were even worse (yes even worse! ) and when I asked for a refund I was told no.

Ideal place to stay in Paris. Very nearby you have the metro and about fifteen minutes from the Eiffel tower on foot. Is provided with a simple kitchen where you can heat up something. There are cooking utensils and everything is very clean.

Great room, great view! Loved that the toilet and the tub were in different rooms. Loved the sliding glass to allow privacy for the room with the couch/futon.

Just came back yesterday from the beautiful Paris. Reluctantly I must say that the apartment of Qst hotel left a lot to be desired (considering the fact ke you talk about a 4 star). I paid x sleep on a double bed and instead I found myself with 2 single beds joined together. Hygiene ZERO: In the bathroom dirty water, splashed palette of pee, heating not working and in the tub C were hairs. The kitchen cabinets I suppose never cleaned and the dirty cutlery kept inside the special dish holder. Kitchen chandelier bulb electrocuted and what else to say? … The reseption nobody spoke the Italian and made you clearly understand their discomfort in not understanding you. Too bad! Really a pity xke the hotel and the apartments would have a good potential if minimally cared for by a more efficient staff.

Q I can say to my loved the site and will again repeat for my taste all very well a site in the Q you can rest at ease.

I recommend it! I thought it was very modern. The Wi-Fi was good. The location is good. It is close to the tower and you can reach the center quickly through the RER. There is also a supermarket two blocks away.

Dirty, shabby, didn't clean my room. Did not even apologize when I mentioned that to staff. NOT recommended!

The room was very good, even though I missed having a closet. The breakfast buffet was a bit scarce in terms of variety, but they constantly reposed and all the staff are very friendly. I was somewhat displeased by the smell of the hallways of the rooms, although it was probably the mixture of smells from the meals that each one cooked in your room.

Pesimo Hotel. Cockroaches everywhere, facilities in bad condition, the entrance is in a horrible alley besides.

Rooms are clean. Has a dark decor outside the room, but the rooms are bright. Bring your own coffee and augar. They are not provided by the hotel. Located close to the cafes and restaurants and walking distance to all the tourist spots.

Rooms extremely small, not so Clean. Buffet too small, Metro 800m far and and and…

No gym, no pool, poor ailing equipment, unfaehiges staff.

Good site. The staff is very kind and friendly. There are various kitchenware in the room, it's very convenient. But all the facilities are outdated. Especially there is a problem with drainage of bathrooms and kitchen. Additionally the fan is too noisy to sleep. If you stay in this hotel I recommend you the Eiffel view room.

The location is good. Doesn't deserve to have 4 stars like Hotel. Our apartment really needed maintenance.

Very clean, friendly staff, our room still big enough for two people. Well located, grocery near, restaurants and the Eiffel Tower a 5 minute walk away.

I stayed in eiffel view room at floor 18. The view is amazing, especially when the sparkling lights are on for 5 minutes every hour after sunset. Hotel is in nice place. 5 minutes walk from Seine. You can get onto bus 42 and reach eiffel. Hotel room was modern, sofa bed is actually spacious and wonderful, with a slide door for privacy. Kitchen was nice with all the cook wares, dishes and cutleries, a small refrigerator. Good bathroom and a separate toilet which saves time if you are more than 2 people staying together. Only issue was the staff is too short for the size of property and your issues do not get proper attention, for example the Kitchen chimney filter fell out for us on day-1 hour-1 when attempting to switch on the lights, called up the reception and they assured to send someone. But no one appeared for 2 days we were staying there. Overall nice experience. Would recommend the place.

Reception staff always willing to help. What let the place down was the room could have been a lot better. It was in need of a lick of paint the bathroom tiles were quite dirty one of the bedside lamps did not work and a plug socket was hanging off the wall. When we arrived there was no kettle in the room but they promptly put that right. Plus point it is extremely well placed for the Eiffel tower.

The hotel is within walking distance to the Eiffel tower about 15 minutes. You are also within walking distance to market, Starbucks, and McDonald's. The room is spacious and clean. Basic and plain decor. The kitchenette has a stove top, microwave, small fridge, cofee maker, dishwasher, pots, pans, and utensils. The bathroom tub does not have a regular shower head. It has a handheld one and it makes it hard to shower since the tub has a glass that covers half the tub. You end up wetting everything outside the tub because of it. The tub is also higher than normal. An older person would have a hard time getting in and out. The sink in the bathroom would back up. The walls a bit thin. I could hear the next unit in the mornings when I was trying to sleep. Overall our stay was satisfactory.

Good, good welcome, but a little old furniture. Breakfast was OK Parking at €20 with direct access to the hotel.

Studio with breathtaking view of the Magic Eiffel Tower for children. All of the staff adorable and available. Too bad the pool was in maintenance.

Good location close to the Eiffel tower. Room was adequate in size but dimly lit, got an extra lamp after asking for it. Amenities were satisfactory. 3-4 metro stations in walking distance giving good access to the city. Supermarkets are close by, which was a convenience. The locker room has good space. Desk staff was responsive, but a little curt. Overall had a satisfactory stay.

Located near the Eiffel Tower and the Metro stop, you can easily get around to the most important Parisian tourist sites. The rooms are large, spacious, with kitchenette equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hotplates, crockery and pots perfectly clean, my wife has washed them, however, before using them), vacuum cleaner and safe. The furniture of the rooms is a little shabby, it is not as it appears on the photos, however it is kept well given the remarkable "transit" of people weekly… At the reception not everyone speaks Italian and, some times, to make us understand "sported" our French school and English, among other things spoken perfectly by our daughter. Beware: With the French it is always better to try to speak in their own language, otherwise they are offended. If they give you rooms with the view of the tower you will enjoy a beautiful view. From our room they saw both the tower and the Seine, this last crossed by the many tourist boats. Three supermarkets are located nearby (Carrefour. Carrefour Bio and FranPrix, also supplied with many Italian products), a pharmacy, a shopping centre, several French and ethnic restaurants, bakeries (Council one near the Carrefour supermarket) and a Starbucks coffee shop, in addition to the many shops Located in the area.

Happy with the price we paid for this room. We had pretty much everything we needed to live for the week except from hand soap. Room was a little rough arounf the edges but still very homely. Swimming pool is incredibly small however, if you've got it too yourself it makes for a pleasant exercise. Staff were very polite and courteous. Recommend staying here if you're on a budget.

Poor cleanliness of the rooms, small and uncomfortable beds, low-level furnishings not suitable for a 4-star establishment. The location and the view on the Eiffel Tower are only positive.

When we first got to the hotel, we were blown away by the customer service as well as how good the apartment hotel looked on the surface. Once we started settling in however, we soon realized just how deceiving looks can be. First, the walls are almost universally scratched and in desperate need of a coat of paint as there are gashes all over the place. There used to be a curtain in front of the kitchen area and now there's just mounting hardware, the dishwasher was missing the wheels on the rack making it difficult to load and unload. The towel warmer in the bathroom lit up a red indicator showing that it was on but never actually warmed up. The toilet usually had to be flushed ~4-5 times to get everything to go down. There's nicks and deep scratches in all the furniture and the couch cushion that is supposed to become one of the beds is so deeply pressed into a bowl like pattern that it's murder on your back. They have a sauna downstairs that must have broken down but instead of fixing it or putting up a sign indicating what was going on, they put up a 90 degree bracket that prevents you from opening the door but allows it to move enough as to make you believe that maybe you're just not doing it right and should continue trying. The fitness area is a joke as it has about 3 cardio machines crammed into a space that looks as though you'd be hitting the walls or other machines while trying to use them.

BEWARE… we walked away from our reservation because the conditions were so bad. This place has been heavily used but not well maintained. There are several items I consider unacceptable and feel I should share. The toilet had used and and not flushed… gross! The walls had stains all over them, especially around the beds. The linens and couch had stains and the furniture seemed flimsy. I brought up the front desk staff to see these items and they said nothing could be done. We also felt uncomfortable with the location. It felt like it was in a bad neighborhood and I didn't feel safe. Do not stay here!

We stayed June 2013. Best view, best price and near a lot of things. We had absolutely no complaints. Would go back in a heartbeat provided we get one of the top floors.

Very nice. A staff gave us very romantic eiffel tower view room. Big supermarket, shopping center, and metro are very close. Also this place seems really quite :) love it since first night!

It's very nice hotel but some of the recition is not helpful and you have to discover some things by your self such as the access to the Wi-Fi. Over all it verey nice and at quite place.

Hotel 20 minutes from eiffel tower. Metro and monoprix to 10 min. About the apartment: smell of cold tobacco unpleasant, spacious and well equipped apartment. Dependent on staff. We had the unpleasant surprise of not having a cot as we booked it.

I don't know where to begin. With the basics I suppose. We asked for a room with a view of the Eiffel tower and were given 2103, a room on the corner of the building that not only faced the Eiffel to the north but the Seine on the east. Not a panoramic view but spectacular nonetheless. The layout was very efficient. As the largest person in our family I'm the first to feel claustrophobic but never did here. We had a small dining table for four, couch, and an easy chair in the kitchen/living area. Unlike other hotel rooms with narrow paths for navigation, we could all move freely about without taking turns. The kitchen has a sink, full sized coffee maker, water heater, four burner electric stove, mid sized refrigerator, and dish washing machine. Liquid dish soap and machine tablets were supplied, as were pots, pans, utensils, cups, plates and cutlery. Filters for the coffee maker I purchased from one of the many little "bodegas" within easy walking distance. They also have a nice selection of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as packaged foods. Many restaurants to choose from of that's your preference and a McDonalds and Starbucks if you're from the US and get homesick. (We are and didn't! ) The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Myriam who checked us in and gave us a choice room.

I stayed there with my family in July 2013. The view from the window is wonderful! The only con is that they don't have Wi-Fi.

Worst hotel ever! Maybe can be useful for big family or community but don't choose it if you stay alone or 2. My room wasn't really clean, no Wi-Fi, internet acces only by cable but if you have a macbook air you can't use it and even if uh want to watch TV programs you have to be patient because TV system really sucks. I had to do my bed by myself. So many disappointments. And 230 eur for that. That hotel is just a bad joke.

לא מומלץ! My wife and I stayed twice in the last three years in the Adagio Paris Tour Eiffel in Paris. Both years the electricity was cut off during the night till about 9 in the morning. The hotel management did not inform the guests that it was going to happen. There was no way to call the desk as the telephone in the room was not working. There was no light or any way to see or even make coffee. There was no water in the bathroom or kitchen. Our room was on a high floor and we were afraid to use the elevator. The hotel demanded that we pay an extra 50 Euros for a room with a the kitchen but after the problem with the electricity the management promised to give us the extra back. They never did. It is quite a long way away from the Eiffel Tower and the metro station, and one needs a taxi to get anywhere. We will never go back there.

We made a reservation at this hotel via a 3rd party website. When we contacted the hotel and asked them to fax the reservation confirmation to the French embassy for our visa paperwork, we were told it wouldn't be a problem (and the agent on the phone proceeded to pull up and confirm our reservation). The agent then asked us to send an email to a specific address and that he'd make sure confirmation was sent to the French embassy. While at the embassy, we found out the confirmation was never sent. We contacted the hotel again, spoke to another agent, who insisted that they never send reservation confirmations via fax, but they could definitely do it over email. 3 days later and no confirmation email, we contacted the hotel again and now we were told that they can't confirm our reservation because the hotel was booked via a 3rd party website. This was BS since the first two agents also knew it was booked via a 3rd party website and could still pull up our reservation details on the hotel's system. I offered to cancel my reservation to free up the room, and then have them re-book it over the phone and charge me upfront to get the confirmation. The agent just said "not possible, we won't do any confirmations". This was the most horrible back and forth experience I've had with any hotel staff anywhere in the world. Needless to say, I cancelled my reservation and found a much better hotel with a staff that knows what they're talking about.

This aparthotel is located near by the Eiffel Tower. We stayed with our 5-and 6 years old daughters in a 1-bedroom apartment with a sofabed. We had enough space and the kitchenette was a pro. We had a great view on the Eiffel Tower. But. I will never stay in an Adagio Hotel again due to the bed mattrass. The matras is extremely hard.

We recently stayed at the Adagio on a student tour to Paris. Items were stolen from our students' luggage. This must be an on-going problem due to the signs posted in the elevator and on the walls. The management was notified and gave a "who cares" attitude. Very disappointing for such nice accommodations. Would not recommend staying there due to thieves on staff.
