This hotel deserves 5 stars at every aspects. But I wish we could give 6 stars because the receptionist lady Ilona was amazingly helpful. Enjoy your stay if you ever get to visit.

Room was comfortable but staff were most unhelpful both at breakfast and when we needed help after being robbed. To make matters worse we had booked a taxi through them but they seemed unaware on the morning that there was a strike and left us stranded.

Love the luxurious rooms in this hotel. The bell-desk is also very helpful, and like everywhere in Paris these days, they speak English. The refrigerator is stocked with food snacks and alcohol. So if you are very busy, or just tired, you don’t have to run out. It’s walking distance to the Opera house, and depending on how much you like to walk, the Eiffel Tower. Otherwise everything is a short taxi ride. Good location, room, and amenities. Elevators were quick, I never found myself waiting.

I will leave 5, for transport is not to what (and so it was desirable). The room size is good, there is a bathroom! Nice bathroom! Always changed soap and towels. The breakfast was good and the food was good. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful tourist area. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, opposite the pharmacy.
The rooms are very nice and walk.
And a little farther the opera house, how beautiful it is!

A 4 * hotel, discreet, ideally located in the heart of Paris near the theatres, the opera, and Galeries Lafayette. Rooms of honest size (a feat in Paris), good comfort, quiet, with charm. Very friendly and very helpful. A pleasant stopover to enjoy the Parisian life, day and evening.

It is a very nice hotel, clean, spacious rooms and the service is great. To improve is the breakfast, the juice is not natural and they charge you if you want something special.

The rooms are huge for Parisian conditions, no problems to accommodate the stroller or to be three at the same time in the bathroom.
Only the wardrobe is a little short…
If you like us to plan a visit to the concert hall "Olympia" You are perfectly accommodated in this hotel. It is right next to the left exit and after the concert you will be back in the room within a minute! ;-)

Hotel was great, only disappointment was we had booked a room with a balcony and that wasn't available due to work being done. It was a small thing and don't spend much time there and staff was very great in explaining and setting up another room. In addition, our alternate room was ready when we checked in at 9 am after our flight from a US so this was a huge plus! Very satisfied with our stay. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Booked a room with a balcony, it was comfortable and in a good location. I would have given 4-5 stars if it was not for the breakfast — this was poor. No tables to sit at, dirty plates and mugs everywhere, not enough staff, they had run out of certain foods. I complained and was told they would be renovating in November, wasn't that helpful considering I had already paid for breakfast and I was staying in October! Overall it is a good hotel but there are better — and don't pay for breakfast!

We stayed at the hotel recently after arriving from London. Sadly we were ripped off by a nasty little taxi conman. Asking Stephan what should have been the fare from the Gare de Nord to the hotel, he duly advised. When I told him what we'd been charged, he was genuinely angry with the taxi driver and advised us to ask him to arrange taxis in future. The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. I would highly recommended this hotel for anyone wanting a central location in Paris. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Stephan is a complete gentleman. Thank you Hotel Saint Petersbourg for a making our visit to Paris so memorable.

I was a few days ago and it's a disaster, pure pinta, and the rooms have mattresses sunken in. Wi-Fi say there is but after 21 horass not there When I leave on Sunday, 3 am had no staff to lower the bags… The towels are a paper onion… That is, if a lot of paint in the bedrooms and in the entry part of BUT it IS A DESASTREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

The day before my departure, I inquired about rooms with Olivier for my next stay, probably in Spring 2018. As chance would have it, the French air traffic controllers strike prevented my flight from leaving. Stranded, I booked a room in Saint Petersbourg for a very reasonable last-minute rate. Olivier was there to help me with the check-in. He was very welcoming and offered great late-night restaurant recommendations. The room was perfect. It was very elegant in design yet functionally modern and spacious. There was an excellent variety at breakfast and check-out was smooth. On this trip, I also stayed at the IHG Le Grand and the Astotel nearby, but my best experience was at Saint Petersbourg and I wished I booked my entire stay here. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris.

I found it clean, safe a bit old fashion but I enjoyed the Parisian flare. The breakfast was quite lovely and more than I expected. I fell the staff was helpful and accomodating. I can't wait to go back! The prices were affordable.

The service is perfect, the room very clean and pretty. Lunch was excellent, however we had to ask if they had gluten free bread. We were told Yes and on the spot he had only biscotti.
The air in the room was very dry and it was very hot in April after only a day of sunshine.

A Hotel highly recommended in terms of location, very near the Opera and the Madeleine and a very short walk from the place de la Concorde and the Champs-Elysées. The rooms are correct, as I have found to be as small as other hotels that I have known in previous trips. Maybe the breakfast could be more complete. The staff is very kind and some striving in speaking Spanish We have been satisfied and yes we would return.

I hosted 3 days at the hotel. Attention excellent, I attended and took care of me permanently, they gave me every day public transport information and excellent room service, full and varied breakfast. Very good quality and price, quiet and very well located within walking distance of the metro and the most emblematic places of Paris. Highly recommended.

Let me start off this review by saying that I worked in Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas for 5 years. This review is for my mother in law. We live in Brazil and my mother in law had health issues so was unable to leave the country to Paris. My wife called the hotel the day she was suppose to check in to cancel the room because my mother in law was in the hospital the day she was suppose to leave. As for the hotel staff the manager was not there and the staff told us they couldnt cancel the room or give any kind of credit. My wife talked to the manager Marie the next day she told us that hotel policy that we cannot refund or issue any kind of credit. I worked in a hotel and there is always exceptions to this rule be it a refund or issuing a credit for a future date. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and payed for the rooms in full without staying there. We tried to email there website corporate ladder but it was the same manager that responded. For this review of losing money and no sympathy for a old lady I have to give this a bad review because my mother in law isnt a tech savy person and I wanted to blast this on all there pages. This post costed us 2, 000 Reais for a hotel that we never stayed at.

Very good place to stay in Paris! it is a great location for metro stops and restaurants, as it is only 5-10 minutes walk from Madeleine or Opera and less than 15 minutes from Chatelet thru metro! Breakfast was delicious and the staff very nice and helpfull.
