Great locations, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Just been renovated so everything is new and current.

Great location with a stunning views on the Opera Square. Very good service and dining options, additional bonus is a rooftop bar with live Latin music. The rooms are very spacious. Mine was overlooking the square and had a balcony. The decor and furniture are quite dated though well maintained. My biggest disappointment was super soft mattress and I couldn't sleep well. That's the only reason I went start again Otherwise girl is great.

Ok, sure, the carpet may be a little tired, and the tan leather furnishings a little dated, BUT, the staff and the service more than makes up for that. The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the sights, plus enjoying a drink overlooking L’Opera and the Continental is a treat. I had the concierge booking spas and hair salons and cars, then changing the times, it was never a problem! My room had a great view of the river and I really loved relaxing my the window seat watching the river traffic. The beds are fabulous, and the bathroom was lovely. I needed more toiletries and I rang for a pillow from the menu, both arrived quickly. I really recommend this hotel, AND, most importantly, when I return to Saigon, I’ll be staying here.

I really like this hotel. It’s in a great central location with all that you need nearby. I was in town for a night and I decided to stay here. I have always wanted to try it out. It did not disappoint. The staff were mostly all friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and quiet. Overall, a solid hotel and a solid choice when in Saigon.

My goodness — if you have the money to stay here, go for it. Staff are of course super helpful and attentive, hotel room was spotless, location awesome. Didn't use gym/swim or restaurant facilities, but what we did see was excellent. The bar area was extremely bizarre, I kind of neon dance-club disco… Seemed extremely incongruous, maybe appealing to Chinese/Korean market… recommend you skip the bar and just go somewhere cheaper and less garish nearby.

A 5 Star luxury hotel indeed. Worth the price for the (almost) full length window to have a nice view of the sunset. Sipping tea or coffee over the view is a marvellous experience. The hotel amenities comes with hot/cold jacuzzi, suana and steam room. The steam room here is a little unique than most that I have been and is a must to check out when you are here.

Hotel that is worth the 5 stars… Nothing to say about the room, spacious and comfortable. Great view of the opera and part of the old town. Superb breakfast with a wide choice of fresh fruit, still hot pastries, fresh fruit smoothies plus the usual English breakfast with bacon and eggs made at the time as one wishes. In short, to return.

We had an amazing stay here. Located in the center of ho chi minh city, within walking distance of most attractions. Good customer service, helpful staff.

Positive points: location, pool, sauna, bedding, friendly staff.
On the other hand, a badge problem reported to 8pm, repaired around midnight after several reminders. What sense of service for a simple battery change? Worn carpets, a bathroom vetuste, the least pleasant welcome of our stay.
We will be looking for another hotel next time.

One of most famous hotel in HCMC with history. Has been served with good quality and will do renovation for better experience of customers in 2018. Expecting the result.

This hotel has beautiful clean rooms with an amazing view of Ho Chi Minh City. They restock the room on room service and the room service food is excellent. The breakfast is a huge spread of different foods, plenty of fruit and healthier options. I stay in this hotel every time I come to Vietnam.

I have been in this hotel for 3 night during a business trip. My room was a standard room. This is not a true 5 stars hotel but obviously for Vietnam is a big standard. In any case the room was clean bathroom is old but clean too. The breakfast was satisfied. I took a dinner only one time at the buffet and also was satisfied. The hospitality was very kindly.

Excellent except the desert. 8€ for a piece of cake not larger than the head of a tea spoon. Imagine my surprise for a place like that Caravelle. At least I expected a really tasty pastry for that price but that wasn't that good. Go there for everything but not for the brownie.

Great hotel, service is quality. Only I find that for a hotel of this renamed it is not normal to have lost 2 pairs of earrings in my room… I warned room service and the only thing they could do was ask the housekeeping staff… and then thank you to the R Evoir… more than €200 at night, we stay four nights, I do not find normal… and then the rooms is not really great for the price… Nothing special, it lacks a bit of freshness, not great view… so we quickly left to the Grand Hotel which is at 300 m!

Excellent location. 5-minute walk to supermarket. 10-minute walk to Takashimaya. The room is clean and spacious. The city view is great. They offer 3-4 choices of pillows, but the mattress is soft. Nice swimming pool and gym.

This hotel is beautiful and luxurious in here. Its located at the heart of Saigon, but hasnt very good view. The staff is nice and the service is ok, but there is a bit of sadness here because of space of hotel age or something that makes it is. Anyway, this hotel is well to stay and for the convenience of travel.

If your budget will run to it, it is the best place in town to stay. Saigon Saigon roof bar may not be the highest but I has great ambiance.

One of the best hotels in Saigon. Close from the city centre, Ben tan Market. An high level nice option in Saigon.

Beautiful oasis in bustling Saigon. Each room is filled with beautiful furniture and comfortable beds. Bath products smell great, and they keep them smartly stored in a drawer made for that! Marble tiles are in both the bathtub and waterfall shower (which are connected). The location (District 1) is also central to many tourist destinations!

Accessible location — Saigon Square is 10 minute walk away from the hotel. Accomodating staff, breakfast buffet and if you stay for 2 or more nights free 1 way airport transfer.

It's a beautiful hotel with the best mojito in town & nice live music in the Saigon Saigon bar. But the service and the room was not better compared to hotels for only a quarter of the price — so you mainly pay for the name. Besides, I was surprised when I ordered a freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast but got a sugared juice from a carton package.
