Had a good stay at this hotel for 2 nights. Major train station across the road and Galeries Lafayette within walking distance. Traffic is very noisy as hotel is on a main intersection but with the windows closed it blocks most of it. Also if you don’t mind the sound of rumbling thunder then the metro won’t bother you. Trains travel underneath the hotel. Rooms are spacious enough, beds and pillows very comfy, and bathroom is lovely and modern with good water pressure and nice hot water. We had to keep asking for teabags as the staff would make up our rooms everyday but not top up our tea bags.

It is a hotel that is very central and the rooms spacious bathrooms very well the hotel staff very nice, I recommend it.

The rooms very average like any motel 6, but it had great location and breakfast so that helps. Probably wouldn't come back for the price I think I could have done better.

Nice hotel though rooms are dated, blind bathroom small and barely passable. The staff does not strive to help the customer. It is better located in the same area at better prices.

Pleasant little hotel, we loved its location, pleasant staff, ready to come to the rescue, just pleased that the bakery hotel makes itself, in the morning we woke up to the smell of coffee and freshly baked bread) ) )

Really nice small hotel near the metro and walking distance of Galeries Lafayette, Opera Garnier and many other places. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Staff is realy friendly and very helpful when we needed information to get around.

We stayed here while we explored Paris. What a great centralish location. Just outside the front door was the entrance to the subway that will take you to any of the "attractions". Great breakfast, and they were super accommodating when we checked out and needed our bags watched for the day. I would definitely do this again.

Good hotel, very well located between the Gare Saint Lazare and the Department stores. The rooms are quiet.

For the proposed price (more than 100 euros) very average. Sad room with an unpleasant smell. Little comfort. Only advantage is its proximity to the Gare St Lazare. But there's probably better around here.

A smal hotel in a nice location and was within walking distance from a lot of nice attractions. The room was simple but nice. The breakfast buffé was smal, but tasted okay. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

Besides being a nice and warm place it is located in an excellent place to get around in Paris. Moving around San Lázaro Metro station. Greet 2 towards Huvre Square. And you get out exactly at the mentioned Hotel.

Situation unbeatable in front of the estacion San Lazaro, very comfortable and very good service.

The hotel is very well located with the train station just opposite 100metres and stops of Metro, bus and taxis at the same door 100% advisable. Clean and some of the reception staff speak Spanish.
The only thing you hear at night is passing the subway if you are awake. But the subway at 1:30 closes.

There was only one good thing about that hotel. The Location. The Hallway, Room and Bathroom smelled like mold. Even the carpet and the carpet-like wallpapers did. I am allergic to mite and dust and my allergy flared up immediately. The result was 3 nights with no sleep. I couldn't breathe through my nose and had burning eyes and a serious headache. The Breakfast was just lazy and mediocre at best. Friendly Staff but the Buffet was underwhelming. My Colleges and I simply did not go there at all after the first time. It was not worth the money. The guy at the reception was barley talking. And after friendly asking for another room, he declined with a "no" after 2 minutes of loud thinking. No checking the system if any other rooms where available. Nothing. That is just straight bad service and ignorant. Apart from that, and that I never saw in my life before. There was a foil at the ceiling of the whole room. I could push it until I reached the real ceiling. That is probably what created the mold. Since foil isn't really meant to breathe. I still do not know what the meaning of that foil is. I am underwhelmed and disappointed to be honest. This experience hence this hotel is not worth the money. It is now on the black list with my employer and on mine as well. I would never recommend it let alone book this hotel again. Shame on you guys for "running such a dump" but I guess things won't chance unless the money doesn't stop coming in.

A nice, well-visible hotel, in front of the Gare de Saint Lazare, the FNAC, the great recess and many shops and banks that surround it. The reception is warm. Its website also has its various services. One would think a priori that this establishment is not large. Well, No. Just go home and realize it. My opinion.

A small Cosi room (double standard) on the 3rd floor of the hotel, consisting of a main room with a 2-person bed and a desk, and a small bathroom with shower and toilet.
I was pleasantly surprised by this very Parisian hotel.
The location is ideal if you want to shop at the department stores or go to the Mogador Theatre.
A simple but sufficient breakfast.
I would add that the staff is very nice.

The Hotel is very good and the staff are very nice and clean.

Rooms are clean however I could smell the mold order through their drain pipe. I reported it but seems like nothing was done. I have allergies so I can pick? on this issue quick. Internet was not stable either.

The room was rather not bad but the sound of the doors slamming as early as 7am is much less good.

Next to everything, hotel rather nice.

Very kind and helpful staff. Especially front desk officer Mr. Khalil (sorry if I misspelled) who has helped us alot. Clean room. I was at 314 room, the shower spray was slow / weak. This hotel will be on my "Paris hotel list" to consider for my next visit to Paris. ❤

Small cozy rooms very convenient and has good breakfast.

Beautiful view towards Saint-Lazare and a very clean, nice room. However, internet was extremely slow (never fast enough to watch a short video and at times too slow to browse for weather) and staff was not attentative and spoke only broken English.

Great location and easy to find. Front desk staff spoke great English and was accommodating about keeping our bags after we checked out and before our train left. Room was clean and bathroom was more than ample. Great hot water! Windows looked out on a back alley and it was very quiet all night. A great option if you are looking for convenience to the train station!

It was my second stay at this hotel, the first time was in 2013, I appreciated everything about this establishment, the friendly staff, thenview from the room, the comfort and the location. When I decided to go there for the second, I sent an email to ask for the same room, they emailed me back right away to ensure that I will get it. When I arrived, the room was not available ut I got one with the same view at the same floor. I really appreciated it and will definitely go back there and recommend it. Thanks for everything!

Stayed with the family (9 year old, 8 year old kids) during a family trip to Paris. This hotel was not bad. Well situated. Easy access to the Metro. Adequate breakfast included. We'd stay here again.

I travel a lot, over 150 nights a year and this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in MANY years. The towels are worse than a Best Western, the air conditioning does not work as advertised and the answer to a HOT room is to "open the window". Wi-Fi is slow and prone to outage multiple times a day. The only place I have experienced the "rude Parisian attitude" is here in this hotel by the desk clerk. I will never stay here again. Save yourself the aggravation.

Hotel is very nice, with directly at the entrance of the benches that are reversible, the door is clean in rooms beds are quite comfortable, the bathroom is pretty clean, the only terrace is that some components are crack in any case in the 287 room.

I spent just one night (Thursday 30 May 2012, chamber 112). The price was disproportionate (250 euros per night plus14 euros per breakfast). The noise was impossible to bear. Not only the room of the street, which was bearable, despite the inadequate isolation of the "chambre". The room was in the first floor and direct above the metro station (the room trembled like in an earthquake each time the metro train passed, which was every 5 minutes until half past one and got back to work at 5). The room was big — for French standard — but there was a step in front of the closet and I slipped several times because of this step in the room. As it was impossible to sleep, I requested a change of the room (the clerk told me "desolé" there was no room left). I recommend any one going to this hotel to check that they are not receiving any room on the first floor unless they like the movement of the room each time the train passes. At 5 metro resumes its work, so you can hardly have 4 hours sleep. I am astonished that the first floor had authorised as a use as hotel. I think they reserve the first floor to people that spend just one night, as this will be a one-off experience.

Great hotel, very clean, room not huge but well furnished, good breakfast and especially very friendly staff I went there with wife and daughter of 5 years central location that allows long walks without taking the Metro in the evening.

We stayed at the hotel for a week, with a young child (1.5 years old). The service was excellent, the room was tidy and clean, and the location is superb (right above the metro). Although overlooking a very busy street, the noise isolation is great, and the room was quiet and pleasant. The only thing is the fact that the elevator is small and slow, which encourages you to take the stairs often, but it's not anything you can't tolerate (we were with a stroller, so we just waited a couple more minutes for the elevator to arrive). Breakfast is sufficient and fresh, so you shouldn't worry about that either. In the bottom line, I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the area.
