Deeply sunk in the treatment I’m getting from your hotel.
I made a reservation for 15 company directors in Paris, 5 to your hotel. 5-6 March.
They charged the guests badly, blamed each other until they found the one who had charged them badly. Today I have helped them to find the fault to collect what they had done wrong, and I do not return the 600 euros that they charged from my card (I was not alone I reserved) in these moments of covid crisis it is super painful to see how you are insensitive to my situation. You’ve been paid double.
More than 30 mails and a month to do your job well that has harmed me. The reception staff, Alexander, insensitive.

Prime location on Saint German nice hotel very comfortable not a large hotel service is good price is good what ever you need is avaluble as walking distance no car needed. Highly I recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Very chic and excellent location. Across the street literally from St germain metro Station. The room was really lovely, contemporary and comfortable. TV /bed/separate toilet and bathroom /tea + coffee /products /linen + towels all was provided and high standard. Quiet and cosy. The l'opera tour bus stops right outside lol! Perfect. Honestly could not of chosen better. 6th arrondis is brilliant for champs, notre dame, effiel Tower, louvre. Mostly walking distance or use bus outside. Really hard to pick which arrondis but I felt it was central, convenient and from hotel to departure lounge took 90 minutes. Using airport bullet train + metro on a Sunday morning amazing! I don't speak French, but I the funky music do the talking… Only joking, was very very simple and easy. X.

Our first time in Paris and a wonderful hotel to experience it from. There is a metro station only a few steps away with great shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, the concierge made some recommendations and suggestions on dining locations and shows. Great Central location within walking distance of so much. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location in St. Germain. Many iconic places are within a walking distance. Great brand shopping nearby. Rooms are clean. Noise isolation is good. Easily accessible by car or public transport (3 subway stations are close-by), staff is friendly and professional.

Perfect boutique hotel in St-Germain-des-Prés, Paris. We stayed for several nights before driving to France's west coast and then an overnight before heading back to the U. S. The reception staff is superb without being overbearing. We added daily breakfast to our room rate. Petit déjeuner in their peaceful little dining room was the perfect way to start each day. St-Germain-des-Prés Metro stop is within feet of the hotel front door. Abbey Saint-Germain-des-Prés, one of the oldest churches in Paris, is directly across the street. Les Deux Maggots and Café de Flore are diagonally across the next intersection above the hotel. We stored a piece of luggage and a garment bag before leaving for Normandy… luggage was delivered to our room upon our return. Guestrooms and elevator are, in European city fashion, tight. Years ago we stayed at the sister property in Saint-Germain, Hôtel Bucci. Hôtel Madison was more contemporary (ie fresh and airy for a small property) and extremely convenient to the Metro stop. We will return. Enjoy!

Great location, nice hotel. Our room hadn't been cleaned properly before we checked in so I had to request for it to be re-done. Best to do your own research on restaurants as we weren't impressed with the ones that were recommended to us.

The hotel is located in the beautiful area of St. Germain. It is close to Notre Dame and St. Chappelle. The internet has worked about 65% of the time, hence the deduction of one star. The bed is comfortable and the room is quaint modern. The employees are very helpful.

Hotel is centrally located very freindly staff and good service. Prepared good breakfast and etc…

Hotel Madison is absolutely fantastic. Great location with the shopping district on the same street. Friendly & relaxing environment. Had a couple dealings with one member of staff in particular ' Malik ' and he was an absolute gentlemen and very helpful. It was that great we booked an extra night and will definitely be back when next visiting Paris.

We loved those place! Right in the heart of Paris, in the St. Germain district-very art oriented-tons of galleries and right around the corner from the Louvre and Musee D'Orsay. Restaurants abound. Great staff.

I went there in February as a family holiday! It was brilliant! The staff were really helpful even though the room was quite hot at night times. But the rooms was wonderful and the staff were as well! I would recommend this hotel to everyone. 5 star-rated! Xx.

My husband and I have just spent five nights at the Madison and thoroughly enjoyed the exceptional service, comfort, cleanliness and the incredible location. We will come back with our daughters and grandchildren in July and look forward to our stay in the Madison in our favorite city. I would especially like to thank Caroline and Emmanuel for their graciousness and hospitality.

Very well located. Hotel personal very kind and helpful. As almost all Paris hotels it is expensive as far cost/benefit is concerned.

I've been staying regularly at the Madison for years. The location is lovely. My wife loves the fact that it's in the middle of her favorite boutique district; I love the galleries. The hotel is small, friendly, and comfortable. They've just done a major overhaul of the rooms, and they're even nicer. They've managed the rare balance of being modern and comfortable at the same time.

A comfortable hotel in the center of Paris but small and very old rooms good cleanliness.

I first stayed here in 1979. This is the best location in Paris. Off the main Street but close enough to the real action late at night.
