It is a cozy and clean hotel located within walking distance to several attractions.

The location is what makes this place worth It. Very easy to walk to multiple restaurants and easily walkable to a lot of the sight seeing locations. There are lots of small shops in the area and very close to the train. It's a clean and safe location of Paris. When we visit Paris this is def the part of Paris I would stay. The hotel it self was ok. The rooms are very clean but small but spend more time out in Paris and less time in the room. The bathroom was nice and modern. Most of the staff were friendly. No fridge in the room (this was a bigger deal then what we thought since a lot of shops close early and we bought drinks and water from the grocery store but had no way of keeping them cool) There was construction during our stay so we often heard construction noises from our room and the hallways smelled like wet paint a few days. We put up the privacy tag on our door one day but the staff ignored it and came in anyway to clean our room. One evening after an entire day out we returned to our room to find the door not fully closed after it was cleaned by the staff, luckily nothing was stolen. Anyone could have just walked in and taken all our stuff. One evening the power in half of our room went out, we assume it was a blown fuse since it came back by the morning but our TV went out and the outlet that our phones were plugged in died also. Glad we were awake still to figure it out or our phones would have been dead by morning. I would def stay in this area of Paris.

Great rooms and great servibe?!

Arrived early… Was asked to return at 2pm (expected checkin time) … 30 minutes after 2pm… Still waiting for our room to be ready! 3:00pm still waiting… Finally got into our room… The room is very small but nicely decorated and clean. Bathroom and shower is tiny… Not much bigger than the single cupboard for your clothes. There is little room to unpack your suitcase. There is no fridge in the room. Bed is nice and comfortable. There is no thermostat in the room as the air conditioner control is disabled this time of year (April).

Quirky place, at 1st we wasn't too sure as definitely a Parisian style property but once you have taken it all in the place is spotless and comfortable with a good shower which is all you really want in a hotel… the location is just perfect for visiting the Louvre etc and for some great restaurants. We would totally recommend if you are thinking of visiting beautiful Paris.

An OK hotel with exaggerated price because of the location. Decent staff, but breakfast is really miserable even compared to cheap hotels in Paris.

Pleasant and friendly staff. Great location. Steep stairs with a cramped lift though We stayed on 6th floor — view from balcony of room 162 is attached.

The location of the hotel is very convenient: close to a subway station, the Louvre and many choices of restaurants. The room is comfortable, the bedding also, presence of kettle and cake on the first day. The curtains are very obscuring. Good value for money. We had 2 small annoyances: The elevator that crashes and requires to walk up and the opening card of the chamber door that has degaussed several times. I would recommend this hotel.

Located in a charming part of Paris, this hotel is what we were looking for. A great location with great amenities made for a nice stay. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Would recommend to our friends visiting Paris. Stayed October 2016.

Rooms are very clean and beds are super confy. The staff is amazingly helpful… whether you need restaurant recommendations, to book a cab or just help in any way possible. Location is great! Walking distance to the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc. Breakfast is very good, the croissants were to die for. To sum up, I completely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and perfect room for at Family with two children and two adults. We would love to stay with you again next time we visit Paris :)

We occupied two single rooms, my daughter and I. She had the chance to occupy a very flirtatious room with a very nice terrace. Mine was clean and quiet.
For the district the rates are quite correct
The reception was smiling and I kings having found a drop point for the next stays.

I was very happy with my stay at Hotel des Deux Continents. The double room actually turned out to be bigger than I expected, was clean, had a private toilet and shower with the best water pressure I've ever had at a hotel, free Wi-Fi, and an in-room coffee and tea maker. We actually booked a room without elevator access but might have been upgraded, because the elevator was right around the corner from our room. The Rue Jacob location is on a quiet but safe street, walking distance from the Louvre and Notre Dame, near some cute cafes and bakeries, and just a couple of blocks from a Metro stop. The staff was always very polite and willing to help, even though I spoke very little French. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone else I know who is visiting Paris.

Very nice hotel, clean, well maintained. Located in the most convenient location for tourists. All major attraction nearby, close by and a branch of the suburban rer and Metro. Can be reached via rer regional train to Versailles, a branch runs there, we were comforted that not wander astray during. Close to shopping malls and market. Internet good. The only thing was missing-no fridge in the room. It's a pity to leave but the money ran out.

The Two Continents was everything we wanted, close to museums; restaurants, shopping. The staff was helpful with directions, arranging a taxi, and supplying a wall adapter and use of a screwdriver. The room was warm, clean and everything worked as expected. And the price very reasonable. We will certainly consider staying here in the future.

I was at this hotel in Sept. Of 2015 and it was great! It's small but is so ideally located and was a wonderful home base from which to go and explore each day! The staff couldn't have been nicer!

It was much more quiet than the room we had a week earlier. Maybe because we were nested in a courtyard area and not near a street. One to two person elevator was a little tight and my husband chose to use th stairs most days. Staff was excellent, every single one we came across was perfect. The only reason not to give them five stars was because the lobby computer was down for a day or two and the hotel Wi-Fi logged you out after two hours only. But, if you like to shop and eat wonderful food you are in the right place here.

The hotel is good located near the museums D'Orsay, Louvre, Rodin. Also near two metrostations so communications with other lines is perfect. Rooms are clean, bathroom is small but you've everything that yoy need. Good beds. People are friendly and helpfull. Service is OK. Breaktfast is solid but every day the same. Maybee ther should be al little bit more choice. We can recommend this hotel.

Excellent Position to visit the center of Paris. Very clean room. A good idea a computer at the entrance with the ability to print. Nice stay.

The hotel is in a strategic position to vist the city. It is very clean and people at the reception are very kind and professional. I was absolutely happy to stay it. Maybe 12€ for brakfast is a little expensive considering the offer.

Excellent hotel. Fabulous location. We've stayed there a number of times over the past 8 years — it has been much improved over that period. The people working at the desk were very helpful. I have recommended this to friends and would continue to do so.

This was my second stay at the Hotel Des Deux Continents; my first stay was in December of 2011. I was in France for business meetings outside of Paris, but I stayed one night each trip at this hotel before moving on to a hotel closer to the office. I really enjoyed my short stays at this small hotel. Since I had a single room, it was fairly small, but it was big enough to be comfortable. The room was clean and inviting. The staff was very accommodating and the location was perfect.

I spent only one night in this hotel located in the heart of Paris and not far from where I had to work.
The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly.
But the room is too small, the shower area too!

Perfect location (close to the Luvre and 15 min walking to D'Orce museum and to Notre-Damm de Paris), friendly stuff, very nice hotel, we'll definitly come back again some day.

We had an enjoyable stay at this Hotel in a triple room. Location is very convenient, the room was clean with comfortable beds and good bathroom. Reception staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay again.

I stayed in this hotel for the third time at the beginning of April 2015. It is a perfect hotel as it is very centrally located, very clean chique rooms and friendly helpful staff. If I had one criticism it would be that the breakfasts could be a little better but that is a very minor criticism of a near perfect hotel experience.

Great location, close to the Church of Saint Germain des Pres, helpful staff, the room was quite small but clean and comfortable.

Good location. The lady who greeted us was very friendly with us and knew how to speak Spanish. The very nice room a little tight and we spend a lot of heat, the heat was very strong. Otherwise everything very well.

Excellent location! Close to the metro and walking distance of pont des arts. Very friendly hotel staff, always available to help you with any questions. Clean room and bathroom and great beds. Point of attention: our room was very hot and we could not figure out how the thermostat worked.

A very decent hotel, located in a very nice neighborhood. Clean, tidy and quiet. Good beds, and good amenities — TV, Wi-Fi etc. The rooms are quite small, so light travel is recommended. Much worthwhile for the money.

Very charming little hotel in a fantastic area of Paris. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful (although the server at the continental breakfast in the morning knew absolutely no English). Yes, the elevator is tiny, the steps are narrow, the rooms are small and the amenities are few. But the air conditioner worked great, the room was set up exactly as we had requested, and the continental breakfast was easy and convenient.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Pertinho do metro Saint German Des Pres. Fica próximo da Rue Du Buci que é recheada de bistrôs, restaurantes e cafés. O comércio do bairro é de nível elevado com lojas como Louis Viton, Tod´s entre outras. A recepcionista fala portiguês e é muito atenciosa, semre pronta a ajudar. O quarto é pequeno para 3 pessoas, os apartamentos do fundo não têm elevador. Falta um cortina na banheira para evitar alagamentos.

Hotel Deux Continents was the perfect location for our stay in Paris. Rooms were so beautifully decorated and equipped. The comfortable beds, large towels, shampoo, dryer, closet, hangers, cleanliness, air circulating through large open windows, quietness (in a room on the courtyard). Grandson and I explored all five floors on both side climbing up curving stairway. Do not believe we missed an inch of the hotel! Being on rue Jacob in St. Germain opened the world of the 6th arr. Where we had never stayed before. Of course fame of patriots, poets, writers and Les Deux Magots, Le Cafe de Flore, Cafe le Procope etc. Well-known but never seen. The convenience of Metro, ATM, famous churches, old narrow streets of lovely apartments, cafes, bistros, patisseries, etc. Everyone at the hotel was so very kind and helpful with no exception. How delightful begin the day with smiling "Bonjour" and that extraordinary coffee. *** We appreciated both French and English papers which we read when we had a minute or two. It was one of the finest traveling experiences we have enjoyed at Hotel Deux Continents. With highest praise and endorsement, to all who are considering accommodations in Paris, our family (ages 12-80) recommends Des Deux Continents with utmost enthusiasm.
