Great location and wonderful staffs!

Very bad experience with the hotel we took a night with the offer cocooning with hotel night and massage and hamam sauna.
The masseuse did not come for our duo massage it was missing one.
Impossible for us to change the time of the massage and postpone it because we were too short on the timing the next day.
One hour sauna that took 15 minutes to start / no massage / and elevator broken down and we were on the 6th floor.
So disappointed by the thing we wanted to leave because our day was spoiled we were refused the full refund.
No evidence wanted to be given by the manager for the promised reimbursement.
Hotel to flee.

Noise with the room above, the street … breakfast, in short the price and the 4 stoles are not justified but maybe is it because of the Covid?

Everything is perfect, the welcome, the setting, I love this place.

Budget accommodation in Paris. The rooms are tiny. However, the location is great; right opposite of college de France. The staff are friendly and helpful. The elevator is small barely fits two people. There are several restaurants within walking distance.

Disclaimer: I hate hotels, and strongly prefer to stay in AirBnBs, but my husband prefers hotels so we stayed here while in Paris. The location was really good, and the staff were very helpful. The bathroom seemed clean but had a weird smell — not too noticeable. Otherwise the hotel seemed sufficient. Bed was clean and comfortable which was the most important thing to us, and staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in one of the rooms on the first floor, which was great. Good space and nice bathroom. Right outside smoking area, which could have been a problem for us as non smokers, but wasn't. Our friends stayed in upper floors and were very cramped. Upper rooms are much more confined with open bath areas causing water issues and climate controls that reset periodically.

Fantastic hotel and room. The only problem was that the TV hardly worked. No signal on 90% of the channels. The chamber maid forgot to replace the coffee pods every day. Opps. Other than that perfect. Thank You.

Magnificent! From the moment we arrived to the time we left we were welcomed warmly by the staff. They even provided recommendations on restaurants, shopping, and the metro. Our hotel room was cozy and the view was beautiful. Also the champagne bar was delicious with an array of choices to try. The location is prime with only a few minutes walk to the Latin Quarter and places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and thank you for your wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back again to stay.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. The rooms are nice, but the bathrooms, closets and desks are a little cramped for space, especially in the lower priced rooms. The hotel is clean and in good order. The location is supreme.

Our first trip to Paris and Hotel Les Bulles was a great choice. The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. It is a quieter location and we liked that, but close to several cafes and very convenient to bus lines and metro. We highly recommend this hotel.

This is a cute hotel in Paris. The location was very good. The subway station and great food shop was near the hotel. The room is narrow if you were a man. But I enjoyed my Paris life.

Great place! Nice and attentive staff. Rooms are small but this is common in Paris.

Room very small but especially inconvenient: minimalist wardrobe, no storage, no place even to unpack a simple suitcase, shower room that does not allow to put a toilet kit (I la'i ground), and very noisy as we were awakened Every night by young people who drank, and finally we got a little cold.
Breakfast just enough, one rztionne the hot drinks and very average service, not a smile.
The champagne Bar is a fantasy: I have not seen a customer in 2 days. When we see the prices charged and the offer of another world it is no wonder.
There are positive points: willingness to create an atmosphere, a friendly welcome, some services offered (although paying most of the time), especially very well placed I have no opinion on the spa, not had the time nor the envy because too expensive. The subway is close too, and beautiful sights to see just nearby, and cleanliness as well as the possibility of having a real orange juice squeezed at breakfast.
Contrasting balance, I will not recommend because the value for money is not the appointment.

A great experience from beginning to end. Multilingual, ultra helpful and efficient staff. Foreign guests get a mobile to use free of charge. Great idea! Well done Les Boulles!

The hammam and sauna in the late afternoon perfect and have can privatize it!

A beautiful newly remodeled hotel but beware the regular rooms are tiny — — one person max and then you have to be organized to have a place for everything. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is close to many tourist spots as well as shopping and dining.

The hotel is located next to Notredam in the Latin Quarter there are plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops, also well connected with public transport to the Eiffel tower, and other monuments and museums. The rooms of the hotel have a very nice decoration, it is small but very comfortable and clean. The staff is very nice and goes out of their way to speak Spanish.

Nice hotel with themed rooms (Champagne)

I spent two nights at the hotel during my trip to Paris. Overall, the hotel has a good location near to the metro and the Latin quarter is Central Paris along with plenty of small shops and restaurants within walking distance. The price is quite reasonable too given the high cost of hotels in the area so if you're traveling on a budget it's a pretty suitable Choice when it comes to somewhere to stay. The check-in process went fairly smoothly except the young girl checking me in didn't really give me much information about the hotel or anything to do in the area. I had to call down ask about breakfast and to figure out how to get on to the Wi-Fi. The hotel itself is fairly modern on the inside with lots of chic design features and everything was very clean and well put-together. The elevator was a bit slow although this is quite common in Paris and I didn't find it to be a problem at all. Right away I noticed that the room was very small with the double bed taking up the majority of the living space and hardly any room to move around inside the room. For example, I wasn't even able to do a single push-up anywhere in the room as there wasn't enough space for me to stretch out either length-wise or width-wise. Considering that you're visiting Paris and you're not going to be spending much time in the room anyways it shouldn't matter that much but it was comically small in my opinion compared to all of the other hotels that I have visited in Western Europe.

Great location, it's about 10 minutes walk from the Louvre and loads of bars and restaurants just accross the river, rooms are lovely boutique hotel and staff couldn't be more helpful.

Very accommodating staff, one of the best I've come across! The building, and the room were quite nice. The only setback, and the reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is the breakfast. It was a bit small, but decent. It consisted of the typical French breakfast (croissant and such) and some tourist/foreigner extras, but I wish they also had something more substantial.

Excellent location, very close to Notre Dame with plenty of places to eat nearby. Clean, funky, champagne themed rooms. Friendly staff. Breakfast prices seem a little steep but overall qould be happy to stay again.

Good location in Latin Quarter, right between Notre Dame and the the Pantheon. Has walking distance metro stations to get to all the places you'd like to visit (Champs Elysees, Eiffel tower, Versailles, etc. ). Rooms are a bit minimalistic (literally just however many beds you need plus a bathroom, plus the amenities), but what they do have is very nice. The service is in point in my opinion. Would recommend the hotel.

I came to Paris for the First time in early March and chose to stay here based on location and price. And it was the best decision. When it comes to location, this place is awesome, it is so centrally located to everything in Paris basically walking distance or just a short taxi drive away. So if you are looking for a great centrally located hotel this is the place to book! The staff when I got there greeted me so kindly despite the language barrier and they made sure that I had every amenity. Although the rooms are small they are still comfortable, clean, and cozy. The shower was AWESOME! the water was so hot and the pressure was AMAZING! SO just based on the bathroom alone I was impressed. The breakfast that they offered was like an american continental breakfast which gave me a great snack right before hitting the Paris streets. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely book her again and again.

Room excellent theme but lack of space for storage of business (clothes), lack of storage in the bathroom for my toilet business.
The suite! was small it was rather a room! Very spacious bath… and comfortable… but for the breakfast in the room I am disappointed! We had order some products that we did not have… and no management for the small lunch… (on single target) …

The room electricity had problems. It disappears each five minutes. Charging plugs did not work neither. I needed to tell the reception twice until they change the room. Very bad impression. I booked through a Japanese travel agency. I strongly recommend not to choose that one. You will feel disappointed.

Superb hotel in a neighborhood between the pantheon and our Lady… very nice and very professional staff. A sommelier has listen and very good advice for good tasting champagne. We were upgraded to a suite… wonderful room decorated in the color of the House of Lanson… very very nice. Breakfast well trimmed… nothing to say. Thank you to you.

For our short break in Paris, we have here a beautiful, because individually furnished accommodation had. The proximity to the centre at a reasonable price was more important to us than the lack of perfection to the last Detail. The basic standards for a feel Comfortable in a Hotel to be met here.

Got a ridiculously cheap deal on Orbitz. Rooms are small, but perfectly nice and clean. Nice tiny balcony. Friendly staff. Yes, the showers are more like you're in a dorm room, which is fine for a couple nights in a great location.

The hotel is stuffy, very dirty. The locks do not work. Dated decoration. The plugs are next to nothing and are useless.

Stayed there a couple of years ago. They were tiny rooms and the shower impossible to use. However it was clean and centrally located. It looks like they upgraded the TV's. They staff were very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was great as was the atmosphere. But we were not there for the room but to see Paris which is not in the room. So it was a place to stay — centrally located.

I can't believe some of the comments. I had a great time in Paris for a week out of the Hotel California. The facilities were clean and more than ample. There was a little balconey overlooking the street, all amenities were within a block, and a short walk took me to all sorts of places. If you can't have fun from here, you need an imagination tranfusion. Staff was great too.
