Superb library rich of many books and old manuscripts open to all either for a punctual visit or by registering for 15 euros a year. Very nice view of the Seine and the Louvre.

Temple of culture and historic landmark. Atmosphere collected.

Very very nice library is intimate and authentic. Not very large but the seating available and works except also available. Low cost, free for 5 consecutive days 1puis 15€ annual what is justified. Possibility to visit the library.

Great to visit — a beautiful library! To study, I was struggling to concentrate with not enough space between people; The computers all around when I was revising for a review (people with computers should be grouped) and you don't have the right to drink a bottle of water but to go do some work on a computer out there it's perfect.

Surely one of the most beautiful libraries of Paris. The place is beautiful and suspended in time! You will have the opportunity to visit free of charge in terms of the rules of the site. I really enjoyed doing research here. It is very quiet.

It's a very beautiful place like movie scene filled with ancient books. Public access is allowed but no photos no noise and can't touch the books unless you subscribe to the service.

Cross the river Seine through Pont Des Arts. You will find this massive architecture. Originally created by Cardinal Mazarin as his personal library in the 17th century, it today has one of the richest collections of rare books and manuscripts in France, and is the oldest public library in the country.

Wonderful library.

The library (which is open to the public) is housed in the former Mazarine palace, which now is home to the Institut du France. The rooms are enormous, with elegant reading tables, and extremely tall shelves filled with books. There are busts and other historic artifacts strewn about. Wonderful to see the reverence for books and learning embodied by this place.

This hotel is very nice, staff carefully, where convenient, is a unique place.

Its a gorgeous boutique parisian hotel. Its full of character and the breakfast is gorgeous.

Comfortable and kind and very safety area because nearby cityhall I love place and room condition also very nice! If I visit paris again I will stay Villa Manzarin!

Enjoyed the hotel but it was warm and quite noisy. Seems this is a popular area for nightlife. No restaurant. Great walking and shopping though. A mall is across the street!

Don't know if its because we are staying in February, but our room is huge! Clean and in a great location. We are loving it!

While in Paris my partner was robbed. After three hours in the police station we returned to the hotel. We asked the clerk to help us because we spoke no French. The desk clerk told us this was not his problem and we should return to our room. We asked for access to a computer, he declined, we asked him to help us with (French) directory assistance, he declined. We were without cash, without credit cards, and him wiithout identification, etc. And the staff of this hotel was completely without compassion or sensitivity for our plight. The staff provided us with NO assistance at all; we were assaulted on the street and then again at our hotel where we were told, "this is not my problem". Shame on you Villa Mazarin. Shame!
