Pictures did not reflect what was given. Air con did not work. Only one power point worked. Dirty walls and dirty carpet. Reception was unattended 4/5 times we needed assistance. Location was good but that is all.

The hotel shows its age a little (we were mysteriously missing a bedside lamp one day after cleaning came through, the grout in the bathroom was a little gross, and the toilet flusher was trying to fall off the wall), but a relaxing stay regardless. The a/c worked great, it’s a very convenient location, and our room (facing a wall) was very quiet (not a great view though! ). I’d recommend staying here if you favor location over luxury. There’s even a little elevator that can fit ~2 people.

Nice hotel. Rooms are on smaller side but typical for Paris. Rooms are clean. Staff friendly and bilingual.

The location is very close to the train station. The room was very small You can enjoy the view on Rue de Rivoli. Nice and friendly staff.

We can not booked because not possible to put are baby in the same room WTF!? Operator in the West!

Decent bathroom clean bed OK DPJ OK but the wall of the room side façade invaded by mold… If you are allergic, to avoid…

This is a tiny hotel but you probably already know by other comments. I chose this hotel because it was close to the terminal. It's a nice hotel.

Location is perfect. Near the Metro and well served by bus. Walking distance from lots of the beautiful sights of Paris.

Well located, clean and friendly, inexpensive. Only room service should provide water again on the 2nd day.

Good welcome but small and noisy room. Hot water in the shower available 3min only shows in hand… Hair dryer and towel heater doesn't work… very bad experience, I advise against.

Perfectly adequate. The rooms are small but in a great location. Bed is comdy and the linens were surprisingly nice. Made a great place to rest after a long day of walking around the city. The rooms are similar to the microtel brand. Also a major plus, I forgot my tablet and the staff contacted me to let me know and so I could arrange to get it back.

The cosy rooms and friendly staff made my stay an enjoyable one. The hotel is close to several metro stations which made traveling very convenient.

This place is nice. The front people are very friendly, sweet and they help you answering any questions you have. Is close to good walking areas. Our room was nice, clean and yes great beds and excellent pillows. Thank you.

The young man who was at the reception our last night went above and beyond to help us with some transportation issues we had. Breakfast buffet was really good and their breakfast room was adorable. Comfy and clean. Amazing location and great rates. Will come back.

Good location but very cramped and dilapidated, poor quality bedding, the bathroom is not better with leaky toilets and a slippery bathtub.

This is really just barely one step above a hostel. The rooms are small and dirty, they don't even give you a bar of soap, just shower gel, which doesn't matter because the shower is 2.5' squared and you have to set the shampoo and gel on top of the toilet. Carpet is really gross, I wouldn't walk on it without socks. Linens were at least clean and room is private in a very walkable neighborhood, and staff are very nice.

The location was great. Very close by all tourist locations. Clean rooms and easy access make this super convenient.

This is a great little hotel! The location is fantastic: walking distance to many popular sights, and just around the corner from tons of neat shops and restaurants. Our room has everything we need: a really comfortable bed, closet, and bathroom. There's a lovely sitting room overlooking rue Rivoli, which is a nice spot to sit and hang out when you need a break. Something to watch out for: I had read about how there's a nice breakfast here in the mornings but somehow without having the option during booking we ended up with breakfast not included. So, that's a little disappointing. All in all, would definitely recommend.

Small price. Room pleasant but Bruillante car overlooking the rue de Rivoli.

Room ridiculously small for the price, hygiene of the bathroom dubious and bathroom to renovate, soundproofing lamentable side street of Rivoli without window to sleep in the dark. Friendly staff and lunch OK, but in a hotel, you sleep first!

Wastes not luxury but sleeping this well.

The location was great! Room were small, but cozy. Beds were comfortable. This is s very historic hotel. Very old but well kept. I belive this hotel was built in the late 1800's. Had been updated. I'd would stay again. Location was graat!

The hotel is very pretty and Nice. We stayed here as a family a week within the framework of a week of tourism and we do not regret!

Sorry but they scam. Small rooms, no A/C probably can easily find better nearby. Stayed there ten days for business, was asked to pay for room after six days or so. Wouldn't give me an invoice or bill! I was pretty upset but paid anyway. When I checked out they still refused to give an invoice or bill. After I insisted they gave me an invoice with an extra day on it. When I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do that until nine. Of course they knew I had a plane to catch. I am still waiting for my refund. Avoid at all costs. Oh yeah never pay for a hotel without reviewing the bill.

Small but excellent location The room was tiny with barely enough space to get our suitcases in. However the room was clean and bed was comfy. A tiny cubicle bathroom but the shower worked well. Excellent location for sightseeing. It was suitable for one night but for a longer stay I would choose somewhere else.
