Me and my dad had the best experience in Paris out of the many times I have been to this amazing city largely due to the amazing Hotel Westminster! Which provided us with easy access to the amazing sites located in Opera and Place Vendôme. We really love the cosy furnishings and classic French decor as well! We will be back for sure!

Very friendly, clean and large rooms for Paris. Very centrally located many attractions to reach on foot. Highly recommended.

Small elevators and bedrooms, very expensive care for what is offered the only thing worth is the very central location.

Being sick my whole vacation. The room service was great!

When we arrived at breakfast 9.30 most things were already empty and it looked really dirty on some food places. The hotel people were so stressed and put that stress level on the guests. Sorry — I will not come back.

The hotel is in a great location, very central. Rooms are small but comfortable, the staff at reception is very helpful and friendly — it makes you feel at home. The hotel restaurant is very good, we had a great buillabaisse (kind of fish soup) which is not easy to find/cook — so see it on the menu was already a surprise, and when I tasted it I was really impressed by the quality. One star less than the max because the room service suggests that some of the dishes are available 24h but it was not the case when we asked for something to eat around 11pm. Overall a good hotel for its price, I would go back.

Excellent location near Place Vendome. Rooms very clean and very friendly staff.

Great staff, great location. Very easy to navigate around and get around. Would definitely stay here again. Really enjoyed out stay here. My only recommendation for improvement is that out room only had one usable outlet. Between my wife and I we have 3 cell phones and 2 tablets. It was a challenge keeping everything charged.

Very nice hotel, rue de la Paix, a few steps from the place Vendôme and the Opéra Garnier.
Very well located, the staff is attentive to its international clientele.
The signature rooms are spacious and very clean, some overlook the squares of greenery which is very nice.
To advise for a stay in the center of the capital, near all the Department stores and the Grands Boulevards.

Extremely clairvoyant and quite years.
In one neighbour's room was a family with toddler who screamed non-stop and in the other a couple who gave "gas" at night. The walls are so thin that we have heard and understood EVERY WORD and barely slept for 2 nights. Then it was enough. Rooms have been exchanged without reason, we think you know the problem, but of course the rooms still forgive. In addition, the first room was extremely busy. Showers were also hardly possible, it came either ice-cold or boiling hot.
Even so, it has to be said that the new room was fine and fortunately quiet. It was customumeable anyway.

Great hotel, good food (amazing restaurant), helpful staff. A 15 minute quick step to the Louvre, 25 minutes to Montmartre, located great.

The Russian barman made an excellent cocktail — l'Escale.

Fantastic boutique hotel located very conveniently to the Opera. It's two blocks from the Roissybus (CDG airport direct) and a block away from the Metro 8 station. The hotel elevator is very small and maximum capacity is PROBABLY two with two luggage each or three people with luggage each. I had the superior vendome "signature room" on the 4th floor with a balcony looking into the courtyard. The room was fitted with a king size bed And enough room for two. I didn't hear any noise from neighborhooding guests and slept soundly the entire week I was there. The bathroom is quiet beautiful and had a window! The shower took a bit getting used to since there were no curtains. There is a heated towel rack that upgraded the whole shower experience! Breakfast was included in my stay although this may not be the case for all. Buffet breakfast in the breakfast room in the RC ground level was buffet style with hot stations, continental breakfast, freshly squeezes juices, cereal, French yogurt and pastries. There was enough variety to satisfy everyone. I was very pleasantly surprised and actually looked forward to this breakfast every morning at 7am. Internet was a bit of an issue because it's limited to 50 mbs. The hotel is attached to the Cartier store so it cannot be missed! Lastly, I am so thankful the hotel ran a February Paris special that discounted the stay significantly with upgrades room, Wi-Fi, and breakfast included! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Superbly located hotel. It offers some great rates for the location and level of service. The rooms are perhaps a touch dated but clean and pleasant. Staff were friendly throughout. A good option in this area.

Very nice hotel just a few steps from place Vendôme. Beautiful Lobby. A decorator regularly changes the decoration (different themes). Very attentive and friendly staff. Bar Luxueus (woodwork and leather) which is very British. Wide range of beverages. Impeccable Service. Very cosy. Exquisite Restaurant. Beautiful, good, very refined. Very nice and cosy rooms. If you are visiting Paris you should try your best to stay at the Westminster it will make your stay complete. Classic French elegance with a touch of "Old English". You'll be happy in a regular room but try for one of the executive rooms. They are much bigger than in most other Parisian hotels. The hotel is perfectly located on Rue de la Paix in between the Louvre and the Opera. It has everything from parking, spa, Duke's Bar to a Michelin starred restaurant — Celadon. But despite having all the amenities that you could possibly need, I still maintain that what makes the Westminster stand out in a class of it's own is the hospitality. I have not visited another hotel that displays such a consistently high standard of care for its guests. The indefatigable Lidia, two award winning concierges, Nicolas and Jean-Charles and Katarina the Front of House manager who never ceases to amaze — nothing is impossible for her — all the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. On this trip I had the pleasure of meeting the new manager, M. Billy, and like his predecessor, he really understands the hospitality business. I highly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

A very cozy, perfectly located hotel in the centre of the city. On Fridays and Saturdays, pleasant jazz evenings at the hotel bar. Particularly discerning may seem to require repair, but for Paris it is the norm!

Location is amazing, I didn't taste the food. Services are horrible, because there exists none. When I asked for water, the room service replied saying if you want a bottle, you pay for it. This is the first hotel where I stayed and the hotel didn't provide a single bottle of water throughout the day! Everything is overlay expensive in comparison to the quality. I will never go back.

On rainy days this place smells its age and gets my allergies on overdrive. It's an old building. The service was ok.

Second time staying at the Westminster. I love this hotel it's very elegant and the rooms are massive! Housekeeping is very good and rooms are always clean and stocked up with showergel etc. They have room service which came in handy one evening for me. They even tailored the menu as I am a vegetarian. Ac works great. Always hot water in the shower. I wish I could have spent more time in my room but I was there for work purposes. I didn't get breakfast included this time.

This place was amazing! The hotel and room decor was very elequant. All staff were multilingual and went out of their way to meet all guests needs and request. The fitness center was small, but the amenities that came with it made it luxurious.

Hotel quiet and very well placed, the rooms are comfortable, spacious and well equipped, especially air conditioning.

Luxurious and chic. Experienced as part of a simple professional seminar, I also enjoyed the cocktail aperitif of quality.

Thank God for making me live this experience. Well thanks to Mr. O… (Concierge), Mr. D… (Head of Guard that day) for having made me change my mind to put one foot in this establishment for my future wedding, whether for the lodging of the guests or reception. I might as well go to the hospital alone!

Hotel under renovation. Attention the internet photos of booking are deceptive. What the latter call a suite action is in reality only a simple room with a small fridge and an adjoining bathroom. For our part, we will not go back. Very disappointed.

Had a lovely stay at the Westminster, staff could so friendly and went out of their way to help, highly recommended for its location, walking distance to most of the main attractions. Michelin star restaurant the food is to die for. Many thanks to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.

Hotel located in the centre of Paris, very close to Place Vendôme and the Opera metro station. In the square and in the adjacent streets there are also convenient buses to see Paris on the surface.
In the hotel the very kind Laura is available to the Italian guests to satisfy them and help them to acclimate.
The rooms are spacious, warm and quiet. The reception kit is not missing.
The breakfast is superb. You could not ask for a wider choice of sweet or savory.

Rustic hotel at the center of Paris. Walking distance to major attractions, eg. Opera, Galeries Lafayette, Musee du Louvre.

Small rooms and a little tired, and no kettle or iron was a negative for a 4 star hotel, should maybe be a 3.5 star but not a 3. But staff very good and great location, considering you're only there to sleep and make base I would recommend on location above all else.

Although the room was small, very comfortable, clean and the staff wonderful. Would highly recommend staying here. The front desk was desk was very helpful in booking restaurants and making great suggestions on our stay in Paris. Merci.

The hotel only has a small, gray mouse. Who's afraid better not to risk it.

Its old and sometimes shabby. But staff is helpful. Altogether ok.

Lovely hotel. Attentive staff and the location is superb: you can wander down to the market near Place Vendome or walk to the Louvre or just go shopping. It's clearly a French person's perception of Britishness but that turns out to be better than the real thing.
