Very nice stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, there is this side ' human ' that we can no longer find the large hotel chains. Moreover NS were a 9 month old baby, they had the necessary.

Amazing hotel! Everything ranging from location, room, and hospitality were superb! Location was a AAA at this hotel! The lourve is just a 10 min walk away! As a solo female traveler, I'm very careful of where I stay. I often stay at boutique hotels because I find staff be friendlier and welcoming! That was definitely the case here! Mrs. Rollins, Ben & Fammy really made sure I felt at home! Especially after having such a horrible experience at a previous hotel I was staying at. After telling the staff (ben) about my ordeal at my previous hotel (first half of my stay in Paris) he was nice enough to upgrade me to the 800 suit! Super cozy with amazing views! My favorite view (curtains drawn) was falling asleep to the effiel towers light show! Can't wait to be back! Thank you all again!

Missing personal items from my room, the staff did not bother to solve the problem, nor to reply to my emails in the days after departure!

A bit noisy but super service and warm welcome. Plus I really liked the simple but restful breakfast.

This is a little boutique hotel, just off the Rue de Richelieu. It's about a 15 minute walk from Chatelet des Halles, making it well positioned if you get the RER from Paris CDG. It's small but has everything you need in a hotel. Room was clean and tidy, and big enough for us — we were there for the weekend and didn't spend much time in the room anyway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and the ensuite was fine. All the usual amenities: Wi-Fi, hair dryer, te…a / coffee. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on that. In terms of getting out and about, 25 minute walk to Moulin Rouge, about the same to get south of the river into the St Germain area. Louvre is 10 minutes away, and Eiffel Tower prob about 30-40 (we didn't go there, having been before). All in all a nice hotel in a good location, and at a reasonable price. Would stay there again.

Good value for money. Small but honest rooms, service good. It's on a quiet street and well communicated with the rest of the city. A bit expensive, but well, it's Paris.

The Icon Hotel was a great discovery for us. The staff is at the small care, it immediately feels like home. Breakfast is outstanding with quality products. A big thank you to the whole team for this memorable stay.

Good impression at the beginning, hotel correct… but bed bug infested room, including two of visible, impossible to sleep at night, stings all over the body, and when talking to the reception no comment from them, no excuse, no gesture, No information if they will act or not. Unacceptable for a hotel "* * *" stars. Good luck.

Reception staff nice. Room looks nice, but very dirty. Pillows smelled very bad. Most annoying thing is place being dirty…

Our stay could not have been better at the Hotel Icone. The location is perfect for any trip into the city. All the staff are super friendly and help whereever they can. Rooms are comfortable and clean. We got a free upgrade since it was our first trip to Paris and our first stay at Icone, which was lovely. We certainly know where to stay the next time we get to Paris. … Merci to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing hotel in a great area for everything sightseeing, shopping, eating from the old to the new this hotel is great. The staff are welcoming and so helpfull nothing is to much trouble if you want anything the front desk will have it ready for you when you exit the lift at reception. We visited paris in the springtime for our silver wedding and got a lovely upgrade from the hotel to a very lovely junior suite. The room was lovely huge bed, sofa, table, chair, safe and a small fridge godsend for cold wine and water. Huge bathroom with double shower, huge bath, hair dryer, and a very large sink. Hotel was that lovely we have booked again for paris in the Autum so looking forward to Paris again.

What to expect at Hotel Icone. (Free Wifi! ) Small European sized rooms — my friend and I requested 2 singles and the room served well for what we used it for, which was just sleep. The beds are comfy and extra pillows are in the closet. I've read some reviews on the AC not working and all that, but our AC monitor worked perfectly well. Almost too well that we got really cold and had to turn it off. House keeping is on point. We would leave every morning to start our excursions by 830 AM and sometimes made a pit stop at home to drop stuff off at like 11 AM or 1 PM, and the room would be spic and span. Maybe its also because its a smaller boutique type hotel with only 7 floors and a couple rooms each floor. But either way, I'm happy to come back to a clean room. The location is very convenient to the Metro and great cafes around. Very close to Galeries LaFayette — 5 minute walk. The location is actually very convenient all around central Paris. Although the entrance to the hotel is in the back alley — my only complaint is the construction and the garbage. There were a couple nights where construction happened at like 3AM to 7AM and garbage pick ups at like 5-6AM. You can most definitely hear everything. So Light sleepers beware. The service was good. The lady receptionist was really really nice! She is super sweet and helped us with all our directional needs and if we needed extra plates/utensils for our room. The main receptionist guy had its good and bad days.

The Hotel icon is a hotel very well located in Paris with a welcome and a very professional service. The modern rooms are very functional and very nice design.
For me the best ratio quality/price/location of the capital.

Great small hotel located in the middle of the "Golden Triangle". Hotel recently renovated, very elegant and refined. The rooms offer a great comfort. It is rather in on a standard * that *. Good quality/location compromise for my appointments on Paris.

Cute little place and had what you needed if you're a tourist who is looking for a place to sleep. The breakfast was nice.
