If I could give this hotel a zero rating I would be generous. First, I don't know what pictures they are showing on their this page but it is in no way conducive of the horrible room we had. This hotel has a mold problem. One I told them about the first day we were there as I could smell it. We were on the 6th floor, no ventilation and the air conditioner never came on. Very hot, stuffy and moldy! We also received very poor customer service from the front desk people. We never did figure out how to use the metro train cards once we actually found how to get there. We were told they would write down the stops to get on and off for the sites we wanted to see. Something they skirted around and did not provide for us. When I confronted them about this I was told I was tired and needed a cup of coffee by the front desk lady. I don't even drink coffee and I was not tired I was getting sicker due to the mold! My entire trip to Amsterdam was ruined as all I saw was the inside of my hotel room and a doctors office. Thanks for the horrible time, the mold poisoning which led to a massive sinus infection and a ruined vacation.

Comfy and cozy with a great location near the museums. Our triple room was very spacious. The staff were very friendly as well. Would highly recommend it!

Good Hotel Very Good Location Very Good Team Worth the Price!

Nice cozy rooms, great location right near a metro station, decent breakfast and excellent service. Rooms have air conditioning.

Everything was fine except for the night my friends and I got stuck in the elevator in between two floors. We had to find our way out opening by hand the doors. Elevators should have safety mechanism that block them if weight is exceeded or there is any other kind of problem.

Very disappointed for our 25th Anniversary. Just arrived with many problems. Bathtub doesn't drain. Sent somebody to fix it.
Still doesn't drain. They basically said sorry. Will see how it

Location is perfect! I felt like maybe this hotel was in the process of updating — curtains and wall decor is super pretty, but doesn't match carpet and bathroom tile was in really bad shape. One mark off for finding other's hair in the bathroom on the walls and counters, but I'd stay here again for location and price alone.

We rested with friends, booked two identical rooms, one room was normal, the second room was horrible: different rooms, courtyard windows, the room was dark, the impression was that you live in the basement!

Lovely rooms, lovely staff. Not far to anywhere. Would stay here again. Very enjoyable.

The staff is very friendly and actively try to make your stay the best possible. Great location, just around the corner from the Musée du Louvre, and a 20 meter walk from the start of the main string of shops and stores. Wonderful place, wonderful stay. Don't pass up on the coffee either!

Suite with Terrace No. 171 cozy, quiet, warm and romantic for a love getaway.
Delicious and complete breakfast of sweet and savory goodness.

Very justito for a four star. The best place to see Paris, correct rooms and nice treatment, breakfast 19 euros. The worst thing is that it is all carpeted and in the halls smells something unpleasant.

Loved your employees. Helpful and very nice, and also the gentlemen that helped with the luggage. The room was fine, but the bed too hard, the noise was not good. You need windows that are sound prof.

Terrific location for access to Paris center and attractions. Wonderful staff! Great value. Would definitely return when in Paris. Thank you for making Paris so much fun.

Friendly service and large rooms.

We stayed 2 separate times during our trip to France. The room was nice enough. The interior decor a little out of date and the shower/tub trim not clean enough for my standards in the room during our first stay. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable. The staff was beyond helpful! They were available, courteous and helped us every day with taxi reservations and tour follow up inquires and dining suggestions. We had the opportunity to stay again the following week and our room was what we would consider an American in Paris dream hotel room. Our room was large with walk through windows to a small terrace. We give our first room a 4 out of 5 (due to shower/tub) our second room a 5 out of 5 and the staff a 10!

I Spent one Night at the Hotel and Love every hour spent there, although the room was Small, but very comfy… I love the Feeling of Chic-Ecletic type of Boutique Hotel! With my Family I'd probably not pick Hotel Cambon, due to space, but for myself, YES!

I will be back. We booked rooms here in early october. You can't ask for a better location (it's walking distance to many places people want to see in the city. A metro station running multiple lines is within 2 blocks. ) the staff is ultra-accommodating… even upgraded one of our rooms. The modern, boutique atmosphere is great. The next time I visit paris, I plan to book hotel cambon.

I have stayed at Hotel Cambon multiple times and will stay here again. Great location, friendly staff, and nice rooms especially the deluxe rooms.

Very central, two steps from the Louvre. A hotel that puts great emphasis on art (I love their multi-quinconce of mirrors).

Bad surprise for a hotel that takes advantage of 4 stars: tiny rooms, paint chipped, bad maintains general, dust.
