We really enjoyed our stay for location, comfort, services and to highlight the VERY GOOD treatment and attention of ALL the staff, without exception!

It's a cute hotel when it comes to finishes, seems clean, but also austere, the double-sized-bed room was cramped and really was slightly difficult to manage by two people. Overall I liked it, rooms and halls just a bit small and getting in/out after 11 required a guy to manually unlock the door for us. Also, the stairs up from ground level had no lighting at night.

Pretty boutique hotel. Small rooms. Near a metro stop and surrounded by several stores (right by the new Forum des Halles), restaurants and bars. Very central. They give you a cell phone to take around with you and make free calls on. Although each room has its own thermostat, the central AC is used seasonally. While we were here, it was cool outside so it wasn't being turned on. We opened the windows which was great for temperature but loud. I woke up to a guy yelling in the street around 3/4 am for a good while. Make sure to note whether your reservation includes breakfast. I thought it was included in mine but found out at check out that it's 12€ per person each time. The front desk is very attentive and lent us an iron and umbrella when needed.

Excellent location and Structure!

Staff is friendly. We were able to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-in. Location is good with an easy walk to an adjacent metro station serving several metro trains and RER trains. Easy walk both to the Louvre to the west and to bars and night life to the east. Rooms are small, but average for Europe. Bathroom is larger than expected. Decor is modern and clean. The room comes with a complementary cell phone to use so that you don't have to have your own data or voice plan for Europe. The lift is very small, so if you have luggage then you will have to go up one person at a time. However, when we stored our luggage before check-in the staff delivered our luggage directly to our room before we returned to the hotel, so we didn't have to carry our luggage at all! If I were going to complain about anything, it is that the window is not soundproof and lets in conversations and noise from the street as if they were in the same room even on the third floor; fortunately, the night life on the street by the hotel seems to die down by about 22:00 so the noise doesn't interfere with sleep.

Perfect price/services, very accommodating staff, for Paris beautiful rooms with a pleasant size! Breakfast is simple but delicious and fresh, coffee too. Absolutely recommended!

Room very small but nice decor and central hotel.

The hotel was in a great location with really friendly staff. The rooms were small which I'd as to be expected in Paris but the bathroom was particularly tight. There was a fair amount of street noise too with it being in a busy area.

Beautiful hotel and very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is in a perfect location next to a lot of great shops and restaurants. The left bank is close by and made for great morning walks!

Perfect location, right next to the tube and 10 minute walk from the Louvre. Room was tiny, but we'll though out and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall a good hotel.

Boutique hotel in great location arriv 1. Trendy area like Surry Hills australia. City fringe but easy walk to notre dame and louve. We walked to champs elysse and tower too. Great breakfast included. English speaking helpful friendly staff. Rooms very small but perfect for short 2 day stay only for sleeping nevertheless clean and fully serviced. Small lift one person at a time. We had level 5 with a terrace. Beautiful. Not all rooms have a terrace. Highly recommend for short stay. Great value. Deb & matt australia.

Great location near chatalet metro station, lots of shopping, and lots of cafes. Clean, beautiful, full of character, friendly staff. We stayed in one of the smallest rooms and to be honest… it was small!

Pros: -The location is impeccable, 1 minute away from Chatele station and also there are so many restaurants and shops nearby as well. -Easy access to and from CDG airport. -Staffs were really nice, specially Ousmane he received us with a big smile and was really helpful during our entire stay. -Room was really clean, and comes with a smartphone that you can use during your stay, with internet, GPS, and free domestic phone calls. -Wifi available. -No curfew -Free croissant by the reception! Yay! -Rooms are well decorated, I like their style! Cons: -The room was not really big, but well it does its job. -The elevator was really small, maybe the smallest elevator I have ever seen, so if you are traveling with big luggages it's not going to be handy for you. -One outlet did not work in the room. Price was acceptable! Overall the stay was nice! I like their style! The receptionist Ousmane is a nice/kind guy, he speaks good English and is a fun guy! We enjoined our evening talk with him!

Amazing hotel for a 1 night stay in Paris as a single traveler. If we were 2, I don't think I would've enjoyed it as much as the room, corridor and elevator were quite small. Amazing area (les Halles) with lots to do and many good restaurants. Conveniently located next to the RER B which allowed me to jump on the train to head to Charles de Gaulle airport in the morning. Friendly staff, clean room, amazing decoration and great concept. I wish I could've stayed longer to take advantage of the free smartphone service offered by the hotel! Will definetly look for more hotels of this chain in the future.

Pro's : Location is excellent. Easy to get on the metro. Always felt safe, even late at night. I liked feeling close to big attractions without being in a super touristy area. The location made me feel more like a local. The staff was very kind and helpful, with good english. Clara was the best! Great recommendations. Cappucino machine made starting my day a lot easier. Con's : On the next to last morning of our visit construction started at 8AM in the building next door, on the wall that our room shared with the building. We had a late night and were looking forward to sleeping in, but it was impossible to sleep because the construction was SO LOUD and right above the bed. I ran down and requested a room change, but I was told there was nothing open that was clean and I'd have to wait until after 1 or 2. I begged for some other alternative so we could get just a little more shut eye and it wouldn't throw off our entire day. The receptionist asked me to wait for a moment, and then ran upstairs to check. She gave me the room key to the room directly above our's which was obviously not occupied because they were airing it out from someone smoking in it. The stench was fine after being in the room for a minute, so I settled so my wife and I could sleep just a little bit. We could still hear the construction a little bit, but definitely not as much as before and it was enough that we could both go back to sleep. We slept there one more night and then left the city.

Cozy, quaint hotel in the Les Halles area. Close to shopping, bars, and restaurants. Rooms are very small, but very well done. Stayed in room 302 and it was great. Recently redone. Great bathrooms as well.

Casual but kind service. Room is small and elevator and corridor is small too. If you have big luggage then you should consider it. But. Location is convenient and room is small but clean and fashionable. Someone especially to woman coming alone and want center location with quiet area then I will definitely recommend it.

Very nice hotel close to the city center. Elevator is funny, holds 2 People but gives possibility to take a selfie with integrated camera inside the elevator :) Rooms are clean, small but not too small. Very friendly staff, and the breakfast was awesome! Great taste. Hotel even borrows a free smartphone with unlimited calls and internet for every guest!

Good location, very comfortable bed, kindness, give a smart phono to use and manage in Paris, events, streets, restaurants, in the entrance t wait with lemonade, coffee, tea, croasans, very good everything.

Ideal location in the centre of Paris (really 1 minute walk from the halls). Great cozy. Small room but superb decor. Great shower Nice.

Fantastic location. I was told that this hotel was only 5 months old when I stayed. They did a nice job renovating the interior. The elevator only holds two and is slow… I never had much of an issue waiting that long. Breakfast is included.
