Hotel a little far away but well connected. It has everything you need except washing machine. Ideal for families.

Two bedroom apartment at the top! Clean and very functional. A second step from the subway. Parking under very very nice and easy to access. We are conquered!

Apartment was ok. Comfortable beds. Had things like dishwasher, microwave, oven, iron etc, but not enough utensils for cooking. Walking distance from metro station. There was no fan and as it was very hot we had to keep the windows open. The street can be very noisy even late at night (we stayed 4 nights). Housekeeping is not free. The apartment had only one toilet, one shower and one bath. The bath is not easy to get in for people with arthritis etc.

Great location, roomy apartment, friendly and helpful reception staff — only thing that would improve our stay would be air conditioning.

Excellent value for money. Friendly staff, convenient location. It's a great apartment.

Extremely poor internet service. Impossible to find transit info, flight info etc. Staff was unable to help us upgrade to the “premium” internet service they advertise, said they don’t know how. The hotel is surrounded by apartments and a school with no validation on the network, I would assume this is what’s causing the issues. Likely the whole block is piggy backing off this hotel. We paid $300/night for 5 nights, I expect, at minimum, usable internet for transit etc in 2018. This was unacceptable in my opinion. Rooms are decent, but no exhaust fans in toilet room or shower room, shower curtain too short so the bathroom floor would be flooded after each shower. If not for the internet, I would give this 3 stars.

Difficult to give an opinion on this establishment which cancelled my booking by making me believe it was me! In wanting to redo a reservation the prices had doubled! Thieves in power double-crossed with dishonest people! Bravo.

Friendly staff The apartment was clean and comfortable. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A little dark on the first floor due to the trees of the alley. Parking in precious basement in Paris.

Perfect to spend the WE. 5 minutes walk from Metro Line 7, station Botsaris. The apartment is very well equipped, towels and toiletries provided.

Very spacious rooms for 6 people. Enjoyed the stay and the rooms were very clean and maintained.

A great welcome with Plan de Paris and advises for the Metro. Good breakfast the parking under the hotel is a real plus cheaters with enfts.
Apartment very well equipped it is very nice but from the lack of vmc of mold in the bathroom.
On the other hand the inhabitants are very noisy in the street, awakened several times by cries or laughter from 11pm to 5h…

We stayed from the 6th to the 11th of April of 2018… absolutely compliant of all the services… this a little far from the center but the Metro unites each and every one of the points of attraction… I would have stayed to live in that APARTH!

A place ideally placed, quiet, clean, quality welcome, functional and friendly apartment. Only problem: The elevators too often broke down.

Well-equipped and functional apartment. Very quiet place. Ideal for a stay in the capital.

Very well located 2 minutes walk from a simply market (at the end of the alley where the entrance to the hotel is located), 5 minutes walk from a metro station and park, several small breweries-restaurant nearby, Lidl 10-15 minutes walk, a bakery 5-10 minutes away. Very clean. Staff really friendly, very spacious apartment.
Only downside, very little lit.

Well clean, comfortable ones that sleep in beds and not on the microscopic sofa for the 5-6 tenant. Full kitchen, two toilets with shower and one with toilet. Close to two metro stops one was Jourdan and another line 7bis. To go with friends and family is decent. Nothing from the other world. With supermarket almost at the door.

I'm giving 5 stars even though the property has a few flaws, because the apartment and the staff were amazing overall. This is definitely a value property, for the price I paid I got way more than I expected. The location is fabulous. You're surrounded by bakeries, groceries, laundromat, and more. One note. If you're arriving on a Sunday pick up groceries on the way because nothing is open on Sundays especially in this area. There was one small shop open on the Sunday I arrived so luckily I was able to pick up some cheese, bread, water, pasta, sauce, and popcorn. Metro and RER is easily accessible for all attractions. Versailles and the Airport (CDG) are only about 1 hour away. Louvre and other central attractions are about 30 mins away by Metro. Front desk staff when I checked in and out were exceptional. Explained area with a map, got me a room even though I was early, and really took the time to make sure I had a great stay. Also they spoke perfect English and were very patient. Apartment I had was huge for one person. Bedroom has sliding doors for privacy if you have people sleeping on the futons in the living room. There's also a small dining table. Theres ample counter space and storage in the kitchen. Apartment is equipped with TV, dishwasher, stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, vacuum, all the dishes and cups and cutlery you might need, also includes a pot, pan, strainer and some larger serving bowls.

This os a Nice place to stay but someone enter my Room durinho my stay in a day that wasn't a cleanning day.

It’s nice and clean. Staff are very friendly. I really recommend this place.

Stayed here for three nights with six people in a six-person apartment. Quick walk to two Metro lines (20-40 minutes from city core depending on where you are going), a few restaurants, grocery store and shops in the neighborhood. Rooms in good shape and clean with enough space for six of us. Wi-Fi decent.

There were three bathrooms, one with a shower, one with bath, and one with a toilet. All relatively small but the toilet room was tiny. There were few electric outlets and most of them weren't in convenient places; and if you have a large plug, you won't be able to fit it in. The other amnities were satisfactory.

Good and practical experience. To have an equipmented apartment is very important in Paris. Recomended Place.

Very good value for money to stay in Paris. The 6-person apartments have a very large living room. You can easily settle down for a meal. Full breakfast. I recommend. 2. Metro lines in 2mn and 5 minutes on foot. The little less would be soundproofing. I would recommend this property.

For me this hotel is the best ever. We book here at least 2 times a year. Very good Location. The Metro is a 5 minute walk away. Very nice, comfortable and clean apartments. Family friendly, Beautiful surroundings, friendly and courteous staff. Great Shopping. You feel at home here. Just Perfect.

A little distant from tourist city centre, but with underground it is easy to reach. A little noisy — school near by, but it is city centre all around… Quite modern standard rooms — no Paris magic but decent. Suburb feeling.

A good place relating to his price. It's quite far from the city centre, but in less than 5 minutes there is the metro station (metro n° 11 — Jourdain). There is a Simply in front of the entrance. It's not a wonderful area but not dangerous.

Absolutely great hotel for a Paris stay. (5) we found an apartment with enough space. (Cleanliness is point deduction, French just ;-) ) Restaurants, a supermarket and Metro station are in the immediate vicinity. Apartment hotel is situated in one calm zone, so no traffic noise, and only the "noise of neighbours ;-). "

Great for families. Very cheap. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. With the Metro in 5 minutes in the Centrum. The apartments are very neatly and with less Küchenniche to the Cook himself. There are also several supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

My parents stayed here for the holiday season. Staff is incredibly rude and lazy, facilities are broken and badly maintained, the elevators grind against the shaft keeping people up at night, no English option on the televisions, few channels, spotty internet. Overpriced and mis-advertized. Only good side; bathtub and balcony in the room.

Excellent apartment for families. Two adults and two children have easy access place. Kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator and dishwasher is available, a balcony as well. Very quiet area.
