Great cheaper hotel. Rooms are clean and well equipped. We had a triple one which left plenty room for pushchair and baby crib. Gents at reception very helpful and kind. Wi-Fi connection great. Can even watch online movies. Only drawback is that the lift starts on 1st floor so have to carry all luggage there. No air con but nice bug fan and rooms well ventilated. We stayed in mid summer with well over 25 Celsius daily. It was fine in the room. When I get back to Paris I will consider staying here again. Close to centre and restaurants. Good pizzeria with take away close by as well as supermarket with all u need.

I don't understand why my money gone twice. Otherwise place is ok to live for couple of nights.

Room small but refurbished. My 1m75 110 kgs were just in the shower and WC. Big problem of soundproofing at the gates of the corridor, limit they are useless because we wait for everything: the disrespectful who laugh at the Tel at 11pm and put the TV at 6h make that the one hears almost as if they were with us. Good bedding, and clean room (clean even in your absence…). By cons at 20 degrees outside it was too hot in the room and the duvet style winter bcp too hot for me. Nickel for the cold of the blow. Breakfast good and hearty. I'll go up to 3.5 in note thanks to that. Good location and nice employees.

Unfortunately there is not 0 star rating. The arrogance and the lack of guest service is below the 0. Avoid this place.

It was a very nice room.

DOV:1-3Sept2006 Stayed here for 2006 CIGRE event. Located at the core center of the city and within close proximity of Paris monuments & convention center. Rooms were good & well maintained. The breakfast was excellent that time — Need to check the present status as the visit was 10 years prior!

The elevator is not spacious enough.

The soundproofing is bad, as very often in Parisian hotels. We hear the neighbors.

The managers are kind but we can doubt their honesty. They wanted to charge me a room that I had cancelled late when it had been rented. When I said I was coming since I was paying, the cancellation was gracious. I said I went several times to this hotel.

Friendly staff but small room, small WC, expensive breakfast (14, €5) per night is at a reasonable rate.

Very noisy. Wifi works badly and with interruptions. Access to the elevator from the first floor, not from the ground floor. Reception is OK and welcoming unless one's request goes beyond something simple and standard. Had interruption with hot water supply. And price is not justified after all. Rooms are more or less OK.

Clean, pretty and perfectly situated. Metro is 50 m from the hotel. The neighbourhood is quite charming and is rather upper class. A lot of cafés, supermarket, bank, stores, and restaurants around. It takes 15 min with the RER to reach the Eiffel tower (Champ Mars). It has a small stair and then a lift (uncommon in Paris). The rooms are quiet, even though they're on a main street. The staff was very nice and friendly. Great value for money. Highly recommended.

Hotel 3 * But in the low fork of a 3 *, however very well located: bedding and bathroom correct but painting of the room to be redone quickly.

We took a box to choose a hotel after having dinner at the mesturet restaurant. Good breakfast correct breakfast certe in a room a little small but good build.
We recommend you without problem.

Nice enough room, great location but biggest let down was that there was no warm never mind hot water.

Good quality price in 17th.
