Beautiful cosy 4stars hotel in a very nice area of 17th arrondissement, walkable to Champs — Elysees, lot of restaurant nearby and fruitstand. Love to stay here again and we'll recommend to friends & family.

Stayed here on our first trip to Paris. Air conditioning in August was much appreciated. The elevator was small but large enough for 2 people and 2 suitcases. We stayed on 5th floor and were exhausted after sight seeing all day. Again, really appreciated it. The view out the window was of a typical french street/alley looking at another building. Saw nobody in the windows in building across from us. Felt very private. But could occassionally hear music or talking when we had the windows open. Bathroom had a hand held shower head. We got used to bathing, as opposed to standing to shower. Tub was narrower than a standard American tub but it was fine. Windows had no screens but also no bugs. Amenities included slippers, shampoo, shower gel and lotion. Mini bar with snacks. We drank tap water and it was just like bottled water. Enough closet space to hold our suitcases and shelves to spread our things out a bit as well as hanging space. Terrine metro very close and bus stops galore. Convenience store across the street with liquor and snacks. Cafe on corner was delicious and great staff. It was a great experience. And finally, the desk staff were kind, helpful and really got us out of a bind at 530am when our uber (bolt) didn't show up. Thank you Morris! We'd stay here again.

We thought the hotel was closed during the works but we found rooms in June 2018 (248 euros per room).
I complete because we are now in August 2018 and noisy works continue (sawing etc. See new photo) — continuous nuisance for 3 months.

A 4 star hotel that has broken walls, and a receptionist that does not know how to do his job. Terrible service and atmosphere.

Neat place and close to Arc de Triomphe.

Really nice home! Excellent geographical location (transportation, restaurants. ). Hygiene is correct and could still be improved. Very varied breakfasts and impeccable services. Establishment to recommend.

Friendly service, however weird smell in reception and rooms. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls so could do with a refurbish. I was overcharged and not refunded but I’d still give the hotel 3 stars for location.

Worst experience of my life, the room is super small because what you see in the photos is only lie. The reception is super cold, in the morning you are embarrassed by the noise of the works and the gossiping of the household ladies, the elevator steps not and to finish it makes me pay all that there was in the mini bar (€20) in the room by not specifying at any time that it is PA knowing that I was at another hotel, prettier, bigger by having this damn mini bar offered.
Flee, much too expensive for the proposed quality which is mediocre, it is a scam!

Great hotel, good cleaning, nice rooms, very friendly staff. Its very conveniently located, so you can very easily take a metro. Lots of restaurants and things to see nearby, also lots of shops. And the best small little italian restaurant just around the corner, I definetly approve this one!

This is a hotel where we go regularly, the home is good and close to my meeting place, I like to take the little one. Lunch in a hushed setting.

Rooms very small for the price.

The home and the availability of staff was just perfect. Small flat it was at the level of the cleanliness of the room : The bed was covered in hair when you first walked into the room and the same thing for the towels. In the morning it is a little too noisy when the cleaning lady does her work. I have a lot of doubt at the level of the sound system of the room because we could hear everything côter. In short, it was my first and my last from you unfortunately.

Very good reception, clean, well located not far from the Champs Elysees, difficult parking in the street but car parks with customer prices…

The standard Parisian hotel is nothing special, the price is very economical, so the facility level is so-so. The room should have everything, warm and comfortable. The hotel reception is very helpful. Any questions you can ask them!

Quite what is expected of a hotel.

Very patient and friendly staff. When we complained of our room being too small they immediately gave us a bigger room.

Not common design of Starck, lounges and corners where you can enjoy a drink in the music.
