Review of Ampère 4*

The hotel is excellent. Everything is immaculate and high quality. Staff are very friendly, always helpful, and provide excellent customer service. The deluxe room was spacious and had everything we needed including a tub, separate shower, crib, and mini fridge. These were important because we had our 1 year old with us. There was a Mono Prix a short 2 block walk away for groceries, diapers, wipes, and fresh milk for the baby. Room had Wi-Fi which worked most of the time. Occasional drops on the network but no major problems. It was much better than relying on T-Mobile roaming (which was a life saver throughout the city). Climate control allowed for + and — 5 degree controls. Windows admitted extra air when we wanted it. Breakfast was high quality buffet and service as fast. Room service did a good job cleaning. Lobby was always staffed. Reception always was willing to call taxis or stores and speak for us if we had special requests. Also in walking distance was the Metro 1 block away. There were a large number of excellent cafes and restaurants at the circle a block away. In the area were also toy stores and clothing stores also a couple personally owned mini market about a third of a mile away (open Sunday when Mono Prix was closed). Bread stores, pastry shops, and chocolate shops also only blocks away. The Arc De Triumph was under a mile away and walkable. Champs was then less than a mile further along. In short: excellent location, excellent rooms, excellent staff. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris.
