Great stay at this hotel. Clean, personal nice, and above all very well located.
Room a little small but bedding very comfortable.
This is a hotel that I really recommend as I really liked it.

This hotel has incredible value for the price you are paying. The modern design inside makes the hotel very stylish. The beds were comfortable and the service was great. I would recommend.

Good for short stay, and not too many lugage. Clean and organized.

Room for two people is too small. Bathroom was a good size. Disappointment that only soap was provided. Front staff were excellant. They answered our questions. Helped me with the Buses. Breakfast was good. It was always kept clean.

With my husband we stayed 3 days (2 with Smartbox) and I must say that I found myself well. Good breakfast, the room was well heated and there is a projector (not the TV). Well connected with Metro and with 72 bus that takes you anywhere. I don't put 5 stars because the room was quite small.

Room was ok most of the staff were friendly breakfast was arful cramped seating.

I bought a stay with the smart box plus one day paid in cash. After asking for the room arrangement the change of towels and the Bath paper directly in reception, after having assured me that shortly they would have provided for I was twice disregarded.

I did not like the service, very small room, not clean, not change the tuallas although it is asked of him in the Resepcion, lousy service with the client.

Friendly staff, clean rooms although a bit small, but the bed and pillows comfortable, and repeat. Very friendly staff. It is very central with bus stops very close. There is a supermarket 100 metres away and is only 3 km from all tourist. If you take off to see the tower, only you have to take him num 72 of the bus and in 7 min these throughout he center. Very good location we are happy.

Lack of cleanliness in the Commons, very limited in the rooms. Location for breakfast too small, you have to wait for your turn to be able to sit and to serve.

Not a good experience! The bathroom is so small that the loo seat doesn't open fully because the wall get's in the way… No hot water either for my morning shower, I can understand that can happen but what I don't accept is the fact that they knew about this and never told any of the guests — good luck for the shower tomorrow morning as I am sure it will not be repaired. Sorry, but I will not return as you were not honest with your guests.

Escape this hôtel if you want to enjoy Paris Rooms very small Shower cabin is broken Breakfast is totally insufficient : no yogourt, no cheese, no fruit there is every day not enough.

Nice Hotel but rooms and bathroom tiny, breakfast little plentiful.

Room is clean, we stayed for three nights, the second day they didn't even fill up the coffee capsule but only the sugar (I don't know why do we need the sugar for if there's no coffee and tea left) the water bottle they didn't fill up the next day either.

Nice hotel with positive and negative points.
The room is very modern (no TV but a video projector…) and clean, and the bedding very comfortable. However it is not very spacious (difficult to sit in the office without bumping into bed).
For breakfast there are convenience stores and a very good bakery nearby.
Negative Point: Wi-Fi network very slow.

Worst place to stay… rooms are very very small. Can't even stand in washroom… The person at the reception was very rude and passed racially colored remarks… worst place.

The hotel is nice, quite central position with several public means of transport nearby (bus, RER, tram, metro). Not all staff were friendly and the hairdryer in our room was broken. On the other hand, breakfast was really good, with typical croissants and cheese.

I'm staying here for a week with a class. The hotel is very small but very well maintained and the staff is absolutely friendly. I would recommend anyone stay here.

Cozy but rooms and small bathrooms.

A catastrophic hotel, which is not at the height of its stars. A fairly mediocre performance. Dirty cutlery for breakfast, and products that have largely had to pass the conservation date. A lost reservation, I had to change rooms between two nights since it had been assigned to someone else. A terrible staff, who thinks that displaying a false smile is enough to satisfy the clientele.
To escape as possible…

The most horrible experience… I stayed here with my wife in our honeymoon trip from June 27th — July 3rd. At first everything was OK. Of course it was not perfect, but for 3 stars hotel was OK. On the last day in this hotel, I found that a gift from my French friend to me for wedding has been stolen from our room. I informed about this the worker of the hotel in reception, he told me that as the director (Bruce Ziesler) is at home, he is not able to call him, which was ridiculous for me, as in my point of view director must be informed and be in charge for cases like this. Anyways, the director wrote me 2 days later regarding that, telling that they have a new room service worker who probably stole the item, and so, after our talk he agreed to refund me for the gift, and then, after more than 10 days of ignoring my mails, he finally wrote me offering to buy and send the same gift to me. I was agreed with that, but then he was lost again. And when I called again to talk with the director, they said that the director is in holidays and, thus, again they are not able to call him. After all this ignoring treatment to me, I wrote Best Western main customer service. At first they agreed to solve this problem. But after couple days they just wrote me that they are not responsible for the lost item. Of course this incident affected negatively on my honeymoon. I have all the conversation with them in my mail.

Cozy atmosphere, exceptional climate. The staff is always very helpful. Rooms not very big but provided of everything. I thank the hotel staff for making us feel at home.

Basic hotel. Rooms small but had everything we needed. Close to Metro. Some nice pubs and restaurants close by. Quiet area. Not close to main sights but easily accessible by Metro.

Very practical hotel, close to metro station. Look out for the exact lane to exit from Metro station. There is all possibilities that u might get lost if u do not know French.

We were 3 Nights in the small Hotel! The rooms are small, but equipped with all the comfort for a city trip, where you the whole day on the road, needs. Also the small shower-toilet-bathroom has everything you need. The beds were super comfortable, the room very clean, with air conditioning and coffee and water were self-service ready! The Service at reception extremely friendly and helpful. The suitcase can be guarded under will be provided, so that the day of arrival before arrival and after check out, still can take full advantage of. Last but not least is the small Breakfast Selbstbedienen and the evening red wine with a Snack, if there is the right complement to an active day — or Nachtausflügen! We've probably felt and it can only continue to recommend to guests who are normal weighted) and not to two showers!

I highly recommend it.

Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast served in a paper carrying bag with cereal and milk served up in a paper cup. Refurbishment going on, was not told this was happening as if I new would not of booked here as suffer with asthma and dust agrigates it. No lift had to walk up and down stairs (on 3rd floor). Do I have to say anymore.

I and my fiancee were in August 2014 at the hotel. We were very well attended and received. Very friendly hotel staff. Best of all is the breakfast. Enjoying breakfast of Brazil will never be the same after we tasted the cheese brie and paris croissant.

The rooms look bigger on the pictures. The breakfast is not fresh made. The breakfast hall is too small for the visitors it houses. My bed was worn out with a pit in the middle. the shower took 7 minutes to get warm water. Overall not something I would advice any of my friends to visit.

A good, clean and secure jump-off location for your Parisian excursion. Situated in a neighborhood with cafes and restaurants and walking distance from bus and metro station Port St. Cloud this is a good location from which to start and finish the day. Parking on street or in garage across.
