Good value for price that was paid — as this place is in the center of a city and is a clean, modern hotel. The staff spoke English and was very friendly.

We are here at the time and must say the Hotel is only about 7-10 min walk from the Eiffel Tower! There is a small shop /KIOSK right around the corner. The hotel is small and very clear! The staff is very nice! We have small rooms about 12 — 15 m2 with a nice bathroom (the shower is a dream)

We loved everything about this place! The staff was friendly, and accommodating. Muhammad was especially great, he helped me celebrate my birthday in the best way and gave us some of the best suggestions of places around. They worked with my boyfriend and I because we don’t speak very much French, which was absolutely fabulous.

Hotel ideally situated however doesn't have nice views. Amenities limited. Hotel decor to a good standard. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Ok for a short stay.

We stayed here in may, almost a week. What can I say? The place is amaizing. The staff is also amazing. Many thanks to everybody, especially to our favourite receptionist MAX and also to Valentina, the lady from the Breakfast Room. We love you! For sure we will meet again next year.

No nonsense clean hotel — very small rooms but decent sized bathrooms. Staff is friendly but the amenities are minimal. The hotel serves a breakfast buffet at a reasonable price. The eiffel tower is about a 12 minute walk from the hotel.

Great location near at the Eiffel tower & Beaugrenelle mall. The receptionists are good and kind. The room & bathroom are ok.

Terrible terrible service. Worst service hotel that I have ever been, and I have been to a lot. The concierge old man with glasses and partially bald, named Differnoud or something like that (he wouldn’t show me his name), was ignorant, arrogant, and stubbornly refuse to admit his mistake. I was checking out on the Saturday morning on April 14 around 7:50, and I asked him to call a tax for me in 10 minutes to Airport. He confirmed and ask me if it’s CDG, and I said yes. I went to get some bread and came back in 10 minutes, Then I sit right in front of him on the couch. I saw couple taxi pass by in the next 15 minutes but none stopped, so I started to get worried. Finally, I asked him if my taxi is coming. He just casually answered, “No. ” I couldn’t believe my ear, he said it like it’s most normal thing in the world and not a big deal. I was like, what? Excuse me?! Didn’t I asked you 25 minutes ago to book me a taxi to airport? He just replied “yes, but taxi company didn’t answer the phone”. I was amazed and passed the point of madness! That’s the most lamentable excuse I’ve ever heard! And You could have told me 15 minutes ago and I can get an uber in 5 minutes. He said “I was busy” (!? ) busy at what? Busy living or dying? He was chatting to the house keeping lady and made couple phone calls. There was no customer for the entire time I was the only one in the lobby and sitting right in front of him!

I was devoured by bed bugs. I spent a terrible week to cure myself and more than 300 euro laundry… I called to inform them and they called me again never…
I will never come back…

The staff is very friendly. The location too is extremely good with lots of good places to eat and hang out around the hotel. The rooms are a bit too small, but then I guess thats just because its in Paris!

The staff is uneven, you can either very well fall (professional and competent staff) or on the contrary fall rather poorly (it felt to disturb more than once) close to the Eiffel Tower and small restaurant Nice (the small neighbor in the same street)

Cozy hotel near eiffel tower, but so small for room. No bottle water provided as well as cattle for boiling while winter session.

Hotel in general very nice. A little warped the mattress and the room is small for someone who wants to work from Paris. But the location is excellent, very close to Tour Eiffel and the Duplaix Metro. The cleanliness is more than correct and the service also very good.

My Hotel if I go back to Paris very good room TV Co cable and Wi-Fi to and attention 10 points, the concierges a kindness and a lot of patience for me that I went to Paris alone with Castilian, the truth I had a great.

It's a great location. Rooms are very tight BUT its Paris so Americans should keep that in mind when booking their rooms. The bathrooms have been updated and brand new. Bottom line here is location! Close to eiffel tower. You can see it from your window. Close to public transportation.

Nice and clean hotel with comfortable bed and modern shower. The best part was the view on the Eiffel tower. It's 10 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower. The hotel is on the quite street with many shops and cafes by Saint Charles-Michel metro. There is no complementary coffee or tea in the hotel though.

Location is great but overall rating is average only, Very small in size, no breakfast.

A downside to the room for "Hobbit".
Point low, breakfast coffee which rendouille and staff more attentive to your room than to rid number the tables, too bad because its proximity to the eiffel tower could earn him a 5th star.

Seeing this facebook page brings back great memories from 2 years ago. We highly recommend to stay here for many reasons. Thank you Emily for a wonderful stay :)

Big rooms, not too close to the Eiffel Towel but nice neighborhood.

10 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower, Central, super friendly staff and one of the most beautiful and cleanest hotels!

The staff was helpful and kind, the breakfasts delicious (we loved having hot milk for the very good coffee) and our room warm and cozy. The heated towel bar was a lagniappe. The little bar at the reception area was lovely for a quick espresso or leisurely glass of wine before leaving for the evening. We loved being able to see the Eiffel Tower from the street corner — and that it was within walking distance (along with several metro stops). My daughter and I had a magical trip to Paris in January — this hotel and its very professional and welcoming staff were a large part of it.

Room was very small but clean. Enjoyed the stay at this hotel.

Staff very welcoming. Room is very small, but since I was spending more time outside, it wasn't really an issue. Noted that the lift works slow and could only take myself and my luggage bag only, mainly took the stairs anyway. Had a wonderful view of the Eiffel Tower from the room. Room and bathroom neat and very clean. Did not utilise the breakfast/meal options. location, close to use of train stations, leisurely 15 min walk to Champs de Mars, and local bakeries, coffee shop, small grocery store and pharmacies. I would stay again.
