After traveling for more than 26 hours from Maui, I arrived at the hotel at 9 AM, well ahead of check-in time and utterly exhausted. But the wonderful staff worked to get me in a room by 10.30 and even provided a complimentary breakfast while I waited. What a wonderful welcome back to Paris—it truly made my day!

The staff was great — they were all very nice and helpful. Overall the hotel was very clean, and I think they were replacing our towels every day even though we weren't leaving them in the tub like the note in the bathroom said. The location was perfect — near the river and the Eiffel tower, and right next to a metro line (6) and RER-C. Some smaller things did frustrate me though. The water pressure in the shower was really low — my husband had a hard time just washing his short hair, and mine took ages to get shampoo out of. The sink in the bathroom was oddly small (as in short from the wall outward) which made it hard to wash my face. There weren't any drawers in the room, so we didn't have anywhere to unpack things like socks and underwear. The bed was really uncomfortable for me, as I could feel all the metal in the mattress. There was a mini fridge, chock full of drinks that I assume are not free. The breakfast that was included with our room, but is 12€ otherwise, was fine but I wouldn't pay for it separately. Would probably be good if you just want to eat plenty for cheap before a busy day. There were: small cups of scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage on toothpicks, a variety of breads and pastries, two cereals and a granola, meats and cheeses, yogurts, occasionally pancakes (prepackaged and room temp, but not bad), jams and syrup, coffee, apple and orange juice, water and milk. Despite the things that bothered us, we enjoyed our stay, and I'd recommend it.

Hotel with very good attention of all its employees in all orders. As for the room was there, just no frills. But France with so many things to see or visit everything is comfortable and pleasant for me. Regarding the location near the metro and learning to use it at the end you are close to all places by 1.9 EUR this last one is fabulous.

We love this hotel. We got a "superior" room and were glad for the bit of extra space. The location could NOT be more convenient: directly across the street from an RER-C station, a short walk to Champ de Mars/Tour Eiffel, within walking distance of a dozen places to eat or drink. The staff was friendly and helpful, the bed comfortable. We booked through the hotel website which entitled us to free breakfast, which was continental but filling. Although it would have been challenging with small children, so would the rest of Paris. Absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris for the usual tourist sights.

For the value, I think the hotel is a little overpriced. I assume the cost is for the location near the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is nicely decorated and looks modern. The elevator is very small, like a coffin, and made me nervous to ride it. My room was tiny, but the decor was nice. They do have bigger rooms available, obviously for a higher price. The bathroom was super small and the shower was disappointingly weak. Maybe the bigger rooms have better showers? The AC stopped at 68, which we felt was too hot. But opening a window doesn't work as it is very noisy outside — metro, major road, nightlife. Breakfast was very nice and the breakfast area was roomy. The staff is excellent. The front staff were very helpful with answering questions and arranging things. I would rate the staff a 5. It is a little annoying having to drop off/pick up your room key every time you leave/arrive, but overall not a big deal. The location is a short walk to Eiffel or Seine, but otherwise not that great. The sidewalk outside the hotel is very tiny and super busy. Most restaurants nearby are tourist traps. There are numerous trinket sellers everywhere getting in the way and harassing you to buy something. A small grocery store nearby was a nice thing to have. Overall I would give this hotel a 3.5, but decided to round down as the price value just isn't there.

Lovely, quaint hotel in a great location, directly next to a train station and just 2 blocks from the Eiffel Tower! The room included a balcony with a wonderful view. The room itself was nice. Staff is very nice and helpful. They offer two breakfast options in the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very nice. The elevator is very small, only large enough for one person with luggage.

Good and budget hotel and very close to the tower. Opposite to the the there is a metro and easy to reach any destination from there. There are eating joints as well at door step. Breakfast is good.

Well located, but the service is not of the best. Any lack of preofesionalidad x part of the employees… but good for 4 days in paris.

This hotel fitted our needs and that was being centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. The Eiffel Tower is walking distance. Our room didn’t have a view except for the room windows across the building. Rooms are very very small. The elevator is even smaller. Bathroom is so small that there is no shower door. Just a small piece of glass. The breakfast wasn’t bad. The staff was great. They called us a taxi whenever we needed. I think it’s overpriced as far as hotels go but you really are paying for the location. They have this closet that will hold your bags if you’ve checked out already and still have some sightseeing to do. It was nice not having to carry around all our luggage. One thing that I didn’t really care for was the 2 different pending charges on my card. One was a “hold” fee then the final payment. It eventually cleared but a couple hundred for a hold fee is a bit much. They also have a cat. I don’t know who it belongs to but it just chills in the lobby (sleep both times I’ve seen).

Beautiful modern hotel in the perfect location. Small rooms are expected in the center of Paris but contained everything that was needed. Very close to metro lines with helpful staff.

Perfect location just crossing the street to find bir Hakim metro station, very friendly staff, good cleaning, nice breakfast, rooms are small but convenient, I recommend it to anyone going to paris.

The rooms were good fitting 3 adults and 2 children. But it could have been improved. The bathrooms were tiny. Could have had an indoor or rooftop pool. A world-class restaurant would look amazing up there. However, it was good for the week I stayed there.

The place is cute but very small. The Wi-Fi signal only reaches the hall. The staff very friendly and speak all languages.

Loved staying here. It’s very central you can easily walk to most places of interest. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. You can enjoy a late drink in the reception area. Rooms are small but clean. This is the centre of Paris so you would have to spend big money for more luxury. My biggest problem was with parking. This hotel said on their website that parking was “available”. What they did NOT say that it was in a public carpark of another hotel a few blocks away and that it costs about €40 a day. That was extremely disappointing. I don’t like to be conned like that.

Service worthy of a great hotel. We enjoyed this hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is located at 10m from the Metro exit Bir Hakeim (Eiffel Tower). The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. The most: To find in the evening in his room the suitcases deposited in deposit!

This hotel was in a good location, right across from the subway station and just a few minutes from the Eiffel tower and many good restaurants! The rooms are pretty small, but we didn't spend a lot of time in our room so it was fine! However, there was a lot of noise from the street outside throughout the night.

Eiffel tower is very nice hotel located just a few blocks from the tower. It has the M6 just in front and de RER C a few blocks away which is very convenient for fast travel anyway. Breakfast is served from 7am and is very good so it is a good way to start your day.

Very well placed hotel at 2 steps from the Trocadéro and the Eiffel Tower, reception and service without a false note; I enjoyed a quiet room on the courtyard side; Good breakfast with the basics; Only small downside: the flow of the bathtub was clogged and the bottom of it was chipped, for some time apparently; In the end a good location-quality-price ratio all the same.

Super comfortable, clean and tidy throughout the day. Staff polite, friendly and ready to solve any difficulty. Recomandable and taken into account in a next stay in Paris. Location just a minute from the Tower, can not be better.

It's a nice hotel very near to Eiffel tower. You can walk to tower from here. Decent sized clean rooms. We paid for breakfast included package. Breakfast was nice with the options for breads, cereals, juices, milk, tea, coffee, cheeses, meat &;eggs. Breakfast area was very clean & cozy & the staff serving there was friendly & prompt in service. A day before leaving we were asked if we want to use shuttle service from hotel to the airport. We chose to do so & it was very economical & convenient & we avoided paying expensive taxi fare. As the hotel is very near to Eiffel Tower, there are many options for restaurants nearby. Person at reception provided details about attractions in Paris & how to get there & we also got Louvre museum skip the line ticket from the hotel itself.

Very clean! The rooms are a bit small, but it is perfect for the international traveller that does not intend to stay in their room. It is walking distance to the Eiffel Tower! Literally like 5 minutes. The metro is just steps away! The staff is friendly and they speak English for those of you who speak no French (or if its rusty lol) and you get a continental breakfast every morning consisting of croissants and other pastries, cheeses, juices, yogurt, cereal and coffee/tea.

It's a cozy little place with a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The free breakfast is tasty and the staff is friendly. The only downside is that the room was quite small by Canadian standards (but that could be because it's Europe).

Very little communication between staff. We asked 3 times for our room safe to be opened, it didn't happen until the day before we were leaving. Breakfast was good and available on time (a big plus! ) Room was neat and clean. Very little available in bath. Shower cap soap and body wash. No shampoo, no lotion. A good basic hotel, but nothing special.

Not too expensive, very friendly staff, nice and clean room with a very nice bathroom. The room was not big but it was certainly big enough. The breakfast was pretty good as well. Most importantly, the location is amazing. It is very close to the Eiffel tower and right in front of a metro station. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this beautiful city.

Excellent hotel, located just in front of the bir-hakeim metro; 5-10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. The hotel is clean, quiet with a nice and smiling person. Room of sufficient size, with towels and necessary shower. The air conditioning is a real plus. Available a kettle with coffee and tea. The hotel offers a very good and varied breakfast for 12 euros per person.
Next to the hotel will find all that sound you will need: restaurants, transport, pharmacy, minimarket.
A real pleasant stay spent at home for this long weekend of August 15th.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size and looked out onto the road (which we liked) and even with the window, there was no excess noise, which was nice. The breakfast was delicious. The water pressure and the temperature was good and consistent. The hotel offers Wifi. The metro station is right across the street. Very nice place.

Great place to stay with family very accommodating and good value for money. Staff were friendly to us we brought our children toddler and baby and we have a good time. Location is perfect for Paris experience everything is near, great view in the morning at night even if theirs no eiffel tower view their is still a lot of nice things to see. Bed is comfortable for European standard, elevator is small but not a problem since they really just maximize what they have. Breakfast is typical European breakfast not elaborate not cheap choices of cheeses and bread are great if you pay for it its worth it since choices are quality cheese and salami my kids love the bread! Highly recommended… front desk and Catering in the breakfast are hospitable I like when they talk in French and they translated in English I learned a little bit of French now. Merci!

Tour Eiffel hotel is located in the center of Paris, a grand scale. This historic hotel, the facilities can be said very well. Staff perfect, very friendly hospitality. From the hotel you can easily walk to many attractions and restaurants, and attractions including the Eiffel Tower.

From the Eiffel Tower, very recently, in Eiffel, Metro, very nice location. On viewing, my room is in the room, the bed and pillows good, bathroom for me, it's good. It's small, but compared to my previous stay. Location is not bad, but I think if you just want to stay away from the subway recently, you can find a price better good hotel.

This hotel makes all the guidebooks not so much for its style or luxury but because it's so conveniently close to the Eiffel Tower. It's also affordable and good value for its rates.

Everything was very nice, clean sheets towels, friendly service, great area.

What a great hotel and not to bad of a price considering the location, the staff was great, the room was a bit smaller than expected but not bad if you are only sleeping there and the bed had plenty of space. I really enjoyed the bar there it's an honesty bar and you help yourself the tab is charged on the checkout and you can pay in cash keep in mind though that pretty much anywhere you go in Paris a coke is four euros so the price for a few drink were not that bad at all.

Good value. Convenient. Spacious. Décor is a bit tired but the room is spacious, and bathroom recently updated. Was surprised to have a king size bed.

Great hotel! We pre-planned our booking based on tougher research and affordability and this hotel was brilliant. Staff were all very friendly and accommodating, taxis usually parked outside, close to two outstanding restaurants and of course 5 mins from the Eiffel Tower! I'd highly recommend for couples on a budget.

Very good staff excellent, from Jean who speaks some Spanish, but does everything to help you. The manager, who greets you and asks what you need and until Madelaine the dining room very nice close to everything if the rooms are small. But if you are solopara sleep spare. Have electric kettle and a minibar more three days alone but come back without hesitation in spite of the details of the 9 points.

Great place to stay, close to all main attractions, cheap and clean. Breakfast was less to be desired. Cafes all around. Friendly staff, only down side was it was remodeling time when we were there.

Be very careful before booking a reservation with this hotel. My wife and I were screwed when the Air France strike occurred in September. We could not get a flight to Paris and this hotel would not issue us (or Travelocity) a refund with advanced notification of our travel problems. They stated that they were not responsible for the Air France strike and would not issue a refund on a fully paid reservation. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Paris.

We recently spent four nights at the Hotel Eiffel Seine and LOVED IT! The room was smallish, but spotlessly clean and very functional. Since we were only sleeping there, the size was not an issue at all. More importantly, the staff was fantastic! They truly went above and beyond in meeting our expectations, and could not have been more helpful or gracious. If we have occasion to visit the beautiful city of Paris again, you can be sure it will include a stay at the Hotel Eiffel Seine.

We loved it. The place to stay in Paris if you'd like to be near the Eiffel Tower, Metro, RER and the Seine River with 24/7 monitoring from the front desk for security. If you can, go for the club room offer with a king size bed. The lift is small so use it twice. Breakfast is very good and lots of it. The hotel is clean and friendly. Loved the decor and we would definitely stay there again.
