It's not a 3 star property, it is smaller than a matchbox, lift are like ghost rooms suffocated, accommodates 1 person at a time, it's like those times when lift would have been invented. The furniture of the room is very old and no space to walk in the room. When we checked in the man at the reception didnt ask for our photo ids it was the funniest and craziest thing. So it's quite risky to stay at the hotel. Definately walking distance from metro and eiffel tower but it has no amenities of a 3 star.

It was a good stay at this hotel. It is located near to Eiffel tower and also you can have a view of Eiffel tower from the 6th floor balcony. Breakfast was also good. And price was quite good. So, allover it was a good stay for me at this hotel.

Pleasent stay. Easily accessable location, small tidy room with nice breakfast. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Two minutes walking distance to metro which made the commute easy to all tourist attractions. I would certainly stay here on my next visit to Paris.

Perfect for a midweek Paris visit. Hotel location is ideal if you are willing to commute with metro to see all attractions. Hotel itself is easily accessable, small tidy rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. I would certainly stay here again for my next visit to Paris. Recommended if you are going to roam around Paris a lot and come in the eve to hit the bed.

The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean. They have a mini-bar, fridge, and in room safe. The rooms away from the street are quite. We got to Paris before the check in time after an overnight flight. They let us leave our luggage in a locked room for a few hours, then check in a little early to rest. It's a decent hotel in the middle of Paris for a lower price. It is within walking distance of several restaurants, small food stores, a laundromat, and subway stations. As an American tourists, I wasn't familiar with the custom of leaving the room key at the front desk when we left the hotel, but it wasn't much of an inconvenience, since there is always someone there. There is a breakfast but it is expensive and didn't look so good compared to near-by local bakeries.

This hotel was a solid 2 stars. Everything about it is below par but very little was unacceptable. Note: I stayed in a single person room, the others may be better. The TV was mounted slightly to high so that glare prevented you watching it from bed. The bathroom was so small, you couldn't sit on the toilet and have the door closed at the same time. The light would flicker on and off if left on for more than 5 mins, caution epileptics. The hair dryer in the bathroom was clearly broken. There was only one free power socket in the entire room. None of these things made the room uninhabitable, and they aren't really an issue when you are travelling alone, but none of they are a list of simple flaws that spoiled the hotel in overall. To it's credit the staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English.

They're thieves! Never pay by card! I had the case, I was told that I would have that day taxts to pay and I was removed €30 more without warning me! There were some drinks in the room I thought it was offered as in other hotels (eg: Mercury) while not and we are not told at the reception! They're liars and thieves! When I called the manager she told me that it is indicated in the room, but already 1 I have not seen anything indicated, then I do not have that to do to make a discovery of the walls and posbreasts of the room when I'm tired and I just want to rest Er! There are many hotels where we are warned of everything! So that here employees are paid to steal! And the person in charge!

The hotel is very centrally located with cafes, metro stations and even a washing place very close by. Is a budget hotel so easy on the pocket. Rooms are super small with not even a wardrobe available. Just a few hangers to hang some clothes. Staff is ok except for one person at the reception named Traffic or something. Had a problem with the air conditioning for the 1st 2 days and finally after complaining to the manager and Expedia got it in writing from the manager that it will be fixed for sure. Breakfast was included in our package but has a very limited spread.

A decent hotel with the noise of the Metro in bonus frankly there is better at the same rate.

Very good location. A few minutes to the Eiffel Tower. Nice staff. Not very helpful and partly rude. The ladies in the kitchen are very nice and polite!
Our Superior Room (203) was not as expected. The curtains were filthy, just like the Komode and the carpet. The bathroom had hair zauf the floor the furnishings were old and ailing. Mold on the ceiling and dirty faucets.
When booking we were told that we can park near the hotel. No one mentioned that the safe area costs over €80 and the 30min in front of the hotel €2 cost. We found a parking garage for 18 €/day nearby.
I can't recommend it to anyone! Sorry…

Good hotel, with excellent location, close to the Eiffel tower, and 200 meters is the metro station Segur. Nearby there are supermarkets and other options to eat.

The room is smaller than the picture. I think we can do better for a 3-star.

Hotel Baldi This restaurant is small and fine, there are some. Although the space is not big, but for us such as the late evening passenger, can have a good rest is very good. The restaurant offers a water cooker, which is a good news for Asian guests with a bubble noodle to snack on. There is a subway to the Eiffel Tower, there are also the subway to the Saint-Germain area, there are buses to the Louvre, it is really convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable. The breakfast in the hotel is very good, a simple continental breakfast, with French bread, a song, a variety of ham and cheese, coffee juice for you to drink, really is the value of things.

The hotel itself is more of a motel, small and the rooms are definitely motel like in the sense of the quality of the rooms. The rooms themselves are small. Our room did not look like the pictures posted on Expedia. The shower had mold in the grout and my allergies were going crazy throughout our stay there. There is a small fridge and locker in each room. The basic amenities are provided. Since the hotel is right next to a metro line, it can get noisy with the windows open. The heat is radiator based, so it's a bit hard to control and can get hot at night. The bed was very hard, was very disappointed as I barely got restful sleep during our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. They serve a simple breakfast, which you can choose to pay to have. They have a small elevator that takes a couple trips if you have lots of luggage and people. They make a copy of your passport for security purposes, just FYI. Overall a solid 3 star hotel, no more no less.

This hotel is very well situated for the tour of the Eiffel Tower as well as for the exhibition of Agriculture Porte de Versailles. Very good breakfast, very nice room I'll be back with pleasure. The gentleman at the reception at night is a connoisseur of football…

Really small shower and thin walls. Could hear the guy coughing all night long from the next room. Enjoyed the breakfast each morning.

Chalereure room, impeccable, always clean, ergonomic.
Comfortable bedding, they also provide pillows in the room if needed.
Bathroom, top with bathtub and everything needed in product! (Cream at the Aloe-Vera is a real plus! )
Hearty breakfast, always of choice and until 10:00.
Only downside, but of which it is not responsible, the subway passes in front but the insulation is pretty well made to not hear too much!
I'll be back from my next stay.

The neighborhood is absolutely not alive, fortunately there is a subway station not far. The rooms are nicely decorated, but lack of aeration. The staff is not especially nice and the breakfast is quite simplistic.

Great location, close to metro station and food places. Its kind of loud if your room is close to house keeping storage.

BAD! 1. I was on my way out and went to reception to ask if someone would be there in the morning to open the safety deposit box which I couldn't seem to open after I had put things in it and locked it… When I returned that night, someone had entered my room and opened the box without me present… Everything was in place but NO ONE should have done that without my being there… 2. I think it's soooo cheap that you dont't replace Coffee etc. When 'tubes' of Nescafe are used. 3. My bath towel and floor matt were not replaced after 2 showers. 4. No Kleenex in the room (? ). When I left I told the person at the front desk all this — he was appalled by the safety deposit box story, told me coffee was decision by the directors and that the rest was just odd… You asked…

Well-located hotel close to the Gare Montparnasse and on the metro line number 6. The rooms are small but clean and quiet. The staff are very welcoming.

Ideally located the theatres "the Parisian food" and the "13th art" I was able with line 6 and line 8 to get there in 10 minutes.
The correct room makes available a kettle which is nice when returning in the evening. Breakfast is offered in a small nook that makes you feel like in a cocoon. A certain refinement for the presentation of fruit juices, hot beverages. The pastries are excellent. The reception is professional.

Great location. But really really small rooms. And the entire night the air-conditioning wasn't working. They "supposedly" repaired it but it didn't work the next night too. One of staff at the reception was very helpful but the other and the one at the restaurant were inattentive. It's a hotel right out of the 60's.

Small is an understatement. I was not able to comfortably sit on the toilet without the bathroom door opened. The bathroom smelled moldy and there were visible signs of mold in the shower. There was also a used cup left in the room, leaving me to question the quality of cleaning.

Hotel Baldi is nice place to stay in average price. Close to two metro stations. Very helpful staff.

The only nice thing was the view that if it saw the tower.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the decor was a bit 60's that gave a nice touch to the place, the staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and close to many restaurants and pubs.

Good location close to metro, comfy beds, and AC:) also there is an elevator so getting to your room with luggage is a breeze.

Very clean, hotel staff was very nice and accommodating when we needed additional things for our room. Rooms are small, but again clean and they have air conditioning.

Rooms were bit small than projected in the photo, but it's quiet neat and clean. Very compact breakfast. Most important thing is location of hotel, easily accessible to Eiffel tower by walk…

Last year I had the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Baldí, cozy hotel, excellent service, the hubicacion in the city is perfect the attention of Rosalie excellent and the rest of the boys at the reception, excellent breakfast, very good price. I really recommend it one hundred percent.

The hotel sucks! They will not be able to use the elevator because it is really small, so I do not recommend it for travelers with large luggage.
I also do not recommend it for large people (and by that I mean measure 1.70 and weigh more than 60 kg), since their showers are extremely small, barely and you can breathe inside.
To think that there is a staff member who speaks your language, is like believing in fairy tales.
IMPORTANT: I recommend not to make any disbursement of money advance since upon arrival, the person who will attend them will force them to pay again (no matter even if you have carried the receipt, you will be forced! ). The hotel takes advantage of the non-French-speaking tourist and knows that once you have returned to your country, you have no place to claim.
In my case, the hotel ignores my statements, where it is clearly shown that there was the debit twice and refuses to return my money. I don't know in France, in my country that's SCAM and ROBO.

I asked for a quite room, but the room they provided me was terribly noisy out from the walls. I faced many problems, made complaint, but the staff was irresponsible, careless about customer. I was wholly disappointed.

We stayed in a different hotel the night before we came to Hotel Baldi so I emailed asking if they could store our luggage since our room wouldn't be ready yet, they responded yes. When we dropped off our luggage they told us it would be put in a locked room. When we got back to the hotel later that night to check in and gather our luggage they pointed to their breakfast area where our bags were just sitting, not locked up with a piece of paper and our room number. The hotel was loud with people running around and yelling all night. Not so impressed.

Cute, cozy, quiet and relaxing hotel in a wonderful and safe neighborhood. To metro Segur — 2 minutes walk to the Eiffel tower — 20 minutes walking. To the station Montparnasse, where 15 minutes by train to Versailles — about 20 minutes and is also walking distance. Sea, shops, restaurants, in the neighboring yard — ATM. I lived in room 701 with a great view over the rooftops of Paris. The room is small, but I had enough space for themselves and for their things. ) In the shower very closely, it took me a few days to get used to the realities, and then I just didn't notice it. There is a kettle, sachets of coffee, tea. No Cup, and ask for some reason I was too shy, so just bought for 1 Euro 10 disposable cups and they were perfectly done. The room daily and efficiently cleaned, the staff — welcoming, friendly but not Intrusive and always willing to help. If I am fortunate once again to visit Paris, I will not tempt fate with other hotels, but again stops there.

Visited Paris in mid-September 2015. The decision by myself and my wife to stay at the Hotel Baldi was curious since we didn't know what to expect. It turned out to be an excellent decision. Although, the rooms were smaller than we expected. However, we did not visit Paris to stay in the hotel room. And, it was reasonably priced. The room was cleaned everyday and the best part of the hotel was 1) a 10-15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, 2) the train station across the street. However, sleeping was no problem. 3) the best hotel staff!. They helped us with all of our visitor's needs. Thank you Mo (Muhammed), Rosie, Ivan and all the other staff members who helped make our stay pleasantly memorable. Providing translations in numerous languages… We plan to come back next year!

Good hotel, well located, comfortable bedding, Wi — Fi Ok, post in free access to the staff, friendly, quiet and clean room. Good breakfast with eggs, cheese, cold cuts, pastries.

Very clean with good shower bathroom recently refurbished very small room but we came to look at and soak in the amazing atmosphere of this city not sit in our room. Staff very pleasent and helpfull. This hotel is very central 5min walk to eiffel tower. Plenty of bars and good cheap food very close. It is a quaint very french hotel with a funney little elevator. We stayed in a many hotels in 2months in europe they all blend in to each other but we remember everything about our stay at this hotel with a smile on our face.

Our stay at Hotel Baldi was very pleasant. Hotel staff is very friendly and helping all the time. Rooms were neat but very small. Two metro stations in just 5 mins walking distance which connects the central Paris very well. Wifi worked fine on third floor. We only felt the lack of few facilities in Room like Electric Kettle which is necessary during winters. For ironing the clothes we have to come down every time since we are not allowed to take Iron in room. Overall its a nice small hotel at a very good location and perfect for a short stay of 3-4 days.

The room was reasonable and was situated where I needed to be. It was affordable and was decent for the money. Merci.

Great Hotel, Great Location (10 min walk from Eiffel), kind and helpful Staff, hotel and rooms are very clean. Close Metro station (Metro line — > 50 meters). I stayed there for 4 nights and this is the best value for money I could ask for. The only minor comment I have is that the rooms are quiet small, but I used it just at the end of the day for shower and sleeping so it didn't bother me.

Very good location, Eiffel Tower and Trocadero 25-30 min walk, Notre Dame 15 minutes by subway.
However the room I occupied was really expensive compared to delivery. For example, €100 night expected to provide close the bathroom door when you're on the toilet! Or even to be able to shower in remaining right standing (the shower is installing under the slope of the roof) but I'm not very big!
So nice but pretty bad quality-price ratio.

Advantages: hospitable staff, great location, clean and comfy room. When we come we were checked-in before official time Disadvantages: there was construction nearby and when we open the window we could hear noise from the building area. But with the closed window we didn`t hear anything annoyed and at night construction was stopped, so we could open the window and enjoy fresh air.

This is a small but very nice hotel. Everyone was very helpful and the location is very near to metro stations as well as Eiffel Tower. I liked staying here and would definitely recommend it if you are not after a fancy hotel.

Great very good B and B, close to good cost and free croissants delicious! clean and comfortable met expectations, and also good attention, just might know a little more about the metro.

The hotel is very well located, just one block from the metro, there are restaurants nearby, you can go to the Eiffel Tower walking, rooms are clean, cosy and well complete the value — benefit is excellent! The super recommend.
