Excellent location to stay, as prominent places are easily accessible. Good connectivity for metro. Hotel was not up to the expectations. It was dirty and uncomfortable.

Horrible Place there is no A/C and the bathrooms are dirty and have bugs crawling everywhere, the carpet smells like pee and the TV’s are the size of an IPAD. There is also no appliances such as a fridge or microwave. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone staying here.

Excellent & convenient location with many Metro stations and cafes within walking distance. Helpful & Friendly Staff. Family Friendly. Room is very well cleaned with acceptable amenities. Great Place!

Nice room with a view of the buildings (but good it is Paris). View on the top of the tower if you have a little luck. Bathroom small but very functional. Breakfast is equivalent to that of a campanile but qualitative. I recommend.

Very unpleasant I went back to my room The maid was spanking her needs in the toilet she shamed.

The price-quality ratio is not good. The location is excellent, but it's not enough. I ordered ice to take to the room and they didn't have any. The bathroom was very small and the shower had no curtain, so the shower was filled with water. Also we were on the 5 floor and we were 3 days without elevator, but at the time of check out, we were charged the same without taking into account that part of the service hired was not provided. Location.

Well placed but dated, or even a little run down. A door outside the incredible noise made me very rotten my night. Wholesale renovations to consider quickly.

A nice hotel, the room was rather small and simple but it was clean. Friendly and friendly reception staff, with whom I have treated speak good English. The best thing about the hotel is that it is located in a good neighborhood, full of restaurants, shops, with the Metro to 2 minutes and the Champs de Mars a 15 minute walk.

Small rooms are ok but they were not very clean. Wi-Fi ist available free of charge but very slow, reception is opened 24/7 but you need to leave your key when going out, location was good — close to the Eiffeltower — though.

I guess it's OK for the price which is one of the lowest in the area. There is no elevator (or it wasn't working) so it's not fun if your room is on third floor and you have heavy luggage. My room had cheep furnishing and that was expected for the price but still, adding a simple painting on the wall would not hurt much their finances but would surely shorten this rant post :)

It was OK! Bed was very comfortable, rooms were extremely small and there was no view at all… no balcony… was a bit depressing but we tried not to stay at the hotel for more than a sleep overnight.

Nice little hotel near the Eiffel Tower (only 15 minute's walk away) and 5 minutes from the Dupleix metro stop. Great benefits such as an elevator, 24 hour reception and optional breakfast. Great value for money and the single room was a fair size for 2 people!

Just around the corner from the Dupleix metro stop and a 10-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower for an amazing value, couldn't ask for better! Stayed here for 3 nights, room and bathroom are fair sized and the hotel staff are incredibly kind and helpful! Would highly recommend the place!

Checked in late, staff was nice on arrival but did not give enough information regarding our stay.

Dark, old and little taste in decoration but well located near Eiffel Tower.

Excellent location. He's walking to the Eiffel Tower. You can eat relatively cheap in restaurants and boulangeries in the area. The rooms are quiet and clean. Nothing extraordinary as a hotel, but the value for money and its location outweigh the lack of other services.

Small functional and clean room. Good soundproofing. Breakfast very decent for the price with fresh and croissant bread at will. Friendly staff. An address to keep for those who spend a night in Paris for work.
