Bad. The room is so dirty, there are endless piles of dust. Then, on the last day, we were told that the exit was at 12, we went out for a ride at 9 and on the way back, at 10:30, were already in the room those who make the room again despite we still had luggage there, and they blissfully threw in the trash all the bread and the macarons. You don't go there at all! srecommended.

Hotel well located a stone's throw from the train station. Very modest in the service, do not expect great luxury but still impeccable on hygiene. The value for money is therefore very good.

Be aware, the parking is pay parking, there stands that parking is included, but it is not. A fine place, indeed, just be aware of that.

A modest but very flirtatial place to stay. The rooms are very spacious, the cleanliness is quite acceptable and the staff is quite attentive. Well located in the heart of Paris, from here you can easily move around the city, very well connected in terms of public transport. I can't comment on the food because I only slept in the hotel. I must stress that it has a nice patio with chairs, tables and quite a few plants where you can sit and smoke a cigarette or have a drink. From this patio you can access the rooms, type corrala. Recommended.

The place is really cozy. You really get a bang for your buck. Though the internet is kind of shaky at times.

Unfriendly employees and I was staying at a big room with my family but there was many issues. The room had one big room and connected by another. So basiclly you had to go through a path in the middle, to get to the other room. The rooms loses electricity often and the toilets are very gross. When my family needed to use the shower the eletricity didn't work. I opened the door to get light in the bathroom whitch sucked. On top of that it smells awful and it was very hard to breathe due to the bad air conditioner. Many mosquitos were found dead on the floor and I would rather sleep in a dumpster rather than staying at this place. Sadly you have to give at least one star at reception, STRONGLY DON'T RECOMMEND NOT EVEN TO YOUR WORST ENEMY! STAY SMART!

Very expensive and very small room. A lot of restaurant on the street. Go up the smell in the rooms on the courtyard side. Good breakfast for 12 euros.

Very good attention. But the taxi that took us to Orly charged us 62 euros and after telling him that that was not the price we were informed by the hotel. We were told about 35 euros, we charged 50 euros. Thank you for your great attention and for the beautiful Paris.

The hotel is clean, but too cramped, and quite expensive. No restaurant, except for breakfast. The worst is Xperience too disgusting that I had with the reception on arrival.

We love it there! AFFORTABLE (when not in season)! Great location, big comfortable bed (for a standard room) so we (husband and 10 month old baby) shared it comfortably!

Hotel to hurry Absolutely… Tele that does not work bulb in less above the bed. Bad smell in the lobby. We reported all the malfunctions nothing was done. Tiny room. Water room and especially dirty shower cabin. This has to be renovated faster.

Very warm welcome from a friendly team that always does everything possible to meet your needs. Very well located hotel surrounded by several metro lines and buses. In the lively heart of Montparnasse with restaurants, cinemas, theatres, shops… nothing misses.

Horrible room and bathroom. Nonlo recomidno or come back. Very poorly maintained. Very expensive with respect to their services.

Rooms are way too small… Very claustrophobic. Considering to what I paid through booking. Com it was a complete rip off. The shower cubicle is too narrow to even fit in.

Too noisy and small. Top location though and comfortable bed. But noise is a real problem.

It's a shame this hotel, I agree with some reviews that appeals to the hygiene department for the closure of this property. Yuck.

Pleasant and quiet hotel well served.
A pleasant and available staff. On the other hand an unpleasant chef with are personal in front of customers.

Staff very friendly but there are worries in the rooms (ex there is no hot water The air conditioning is extremely noisy…). They say they have remade breakfast and it is the same as before.

Great location On the other hand, quite amazed by the very welcome (too! ) Warm. I almost thought we knew each other long ago! Too much cronyism, lack of standing of the blow. BOF room, hair dryer of the years 80. No breakfast buffet. Fortunately it is extremely well located…

David at reception is the nicest person ever… so friendly and so helpful.

This hotel is 3 stars and that is probably all that it deserves: a) It has climatisatisation but it is difficult to access b) There is no place to put the towels after using them. Small problem, easy to solve and typical of the place. c) We have two electrical power plugs nominally available in front of the table. Problem only one is available, the other one is blocked by a wood panel. d) The breakfast place is served instead of self-service, but I prefer self service which is the common solution in all other hotel I know. e) There is no way to have your clothes washed if you need to. f) Magnetic cards sometimes do not work, but that is a common problem. In summary, it can be an acceptable, if expensive, solution. The personnel is competent and all ok. But there is a lack of direction behind and it feels like if not for some revamping, things could become much worse.

Well equipped and cheap hotel in the heart of Paris.

It's pretty cheap (we got our room for 4, stayed 3 nights for total of 432 Euro) and the location is awesome! Beside some good Asian restaurants and a block away from train station.

It was not the best, although they have new facilities, it is poorly maintained. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was very bad. In our piece, it seems that it occupied just the one that was the top floor and when they bathed, (I suppose) water fell from the sky Razo of the bath. The claim was made and they did not give a solution. The most amazing thing was when we retired at 4:00 in the morning the concierge was lying on the couch covered with a towel and did not get up. Pathetic image. I do not recommend.

The insides of the room feel cramped but very clean and professional service.

Unic Hôtel must be the place in the opening chapter of Patrick Modiano's The Black Notebook, where all the characters used to stay. Lakhdar, the hotel manager, Paul Chastagnier who used to park his red Lancia in the next street, and of course both the narrator, Jean, and his heroine, Dannie. Where does the name Unic come from? Perhaps from the name of the car makers UNIC of Puteaux, Paris in the first part of the twentieth century? I feel sure the Unic Hotel will find its way onto the literary walks of Modiano enthusiasts from the UK and US now that his novels are being translated.

Clean, friendly staff, quiet, elevator. Small room, small bathroom, good bad. Perfect location (4 metro lines 100-200m from the hotel), the area is vivid all day and late at night, full of cafe, bars, restaurants from all kind (tons of them), ice cream, supermarket and much more. Two market days, art market. To sum it — the hotel is ok, not more, but the area is safe and fantastic!

What a disappointment!
A sequel, with cracked paint, humid and poorly ventilated bathroom that smells musty… What to say more that dated style! and say that it is a three stars.!
More than disappointed by this institution, to avoid!

Bad and dirty would be an understatement!
The hotel is run down. The price is wrong ratio at all. The bathroom full of mold and dirt!
Also, bottled water was not there…
The images corresponding to the States not suburb!
Would have paid not even €5 for it!

Very nice well located hotel very nice and fine luxury apart from the SDB (bin room) which are slightly abandoned
But this hotel and beautiful especially if you are lucky to have a room of series 1 you will have the view on the Montparnasse Touré

More than 55 rooms and only 12 parking spaces which are also very expensive. The breakfast was very good. Never again!
