Very quiet hotel. Pleasant welcome. Room a little small that deserves a refreshment. Main problem is the two big walking volleys to climb to reach the reception.

A lovely, albeit quirky, hotel that is perfectly situated for a stay of any length in Paris.

The location is good, close to the direct bu stop to Orly and of course, lot's of restaurants. You have to walk 2 floors to reach the reception, which might be difficult with luggage. But there are plenty of similar small hotels in Paris. I had an ok stay, it can be a bit noisy but that is because of the location.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel du Parc. The location is great, with many restaurants, two good Metro stops, and an open-air market on weekends. Kind staff, quiet and clean rooms. It is not super-close to the big tourist attractions, which I actually see as a positive thing, as it means the neighborhood is more relaxed (though still busy). I would stay again. I liked making Montparnasse my own neighborhood for a week or so. If I stayed again, I would probably have the breakfast — it would be a good value if you need more than a pastry and coffee to start your day. If you don’t need much, there are patisseries and restaurants nearby. Overall, I rate this hotel highly. It made my first visit to Paris a very comfortable experience. Thank you!

Hotel situated on a surprisingly pleasant green square with many and varied eating places very nearby. Walking access to Gare Montparnasse, just a few minutes by bike. Reception was up a steep staircase only, but there was a lift from there to the bedrooms. Staff were helpful. Overnight bike storage was in the cellar (steps down). Room comfortable, quiet situation though A/C a bit noisy. Good buffet breakfast though hot drinks were from a machine only. Would be happy to stay again.

Ein kleines sehr gepflegtes Hotel in Super-Lage un petit hôtel très soigné dans une position en même temps calme et au centre de toutes activités que l'on pourrait désirer. Notre chambre était bien aménagée, une salle de bains moderne avec des détails utiles et bien réfléchis. Nous y retournerons sans doute.

Small hotel small rooms but clean. Free Internet… Prepare to ride its suitcases on the first floor by a narrow staircase to reach the reception… Otherwise recommend for short stays…

The hotel is well located in a quite place, but safe and close to restaurants, supermakets and metro. Rooms are confortable and have everything you need, tv, air conditioning, safe and bed is confortable. Staff is very nice and reception is opened 24 hours. It was a good choice for our trip to Paris.

Hotel OK and well placed the room that NS had was small and the VRT miniature SDB.
The least: room and bathroom small breakfast a fair bit (orange juice to review…) and 1 little expensive the most: well placed good clean and staff pleasant relatively quiet good value/price.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Paris. Lively neighborhood with many nice restaurants, bistros, cafes, cinemas, markets, art, and near Le Jardin du Luxembourg, Saint Sulpice and Saint Germain. Very friendly people. Neat and nice rooms with good beds!

Very small elevator but not bad hotel.

A long staircase is necessary to access the reception, which is not practical and can be breaker for people with reduced mobility. The insulation is average but the hotel being on a square, it's not too disturbing. The rooms are OK without more. For about 100 euros we can hardly hope better in Paris. The hotel is well located in a lively area. The staff are friendly.

For people arriving At Montparnasse Station, super well located, 5 minutes walk, 1mn metro 6 Edgar Quinet.
Staff very well; very warm and helpful owner.
Immaculate bedroom and bathroom; comfortable bedding and very reasonable price.
The area offers restaurant, theatre, and seen the metro 6 nearby, access all over Paris quickly.
It's not complicated, every time I have to go to Paris, it'll be there!

Very bad cleanliness of the hotel, always asking for soap, lots of dust on the tables, there was a paper in the room on the floor and not cleaned since I arrived I think it will continue there right side of the Bed.
They offered you discount if you cojias directly with Them.

Good location, near train station and many cafes and restaurant around… hotel itself tiny with small rooms and bathroom/toilet. Breakfast not great while charged more than other hotel with same star.

Cozy place. The staff is very welcoming and the rooms are comfy and spacious.

Very satisfied with my stay, although it was really very short, to advise keenly, if I have the opportunity, I would return.
Only small downside, the group ventilated near the window of the bathroom, so a bit noisy, but it did not stop me from sleeping, it's just to find a small defect!

Location location location. 3 metro stations within less than 2 blocks. Lots of restaurants and bars in the area yet the hotel is amazingly quiet since it overlooks a little park. It's a neighborhood where the locals hang out, street market on Weds and Sat, lots of Creperie (typical to the neighborhood) and short walk or metro to many sights. Rooms of course are small, and my only complaint was no coffee maker as advertised.

Unfortunately the lift was broken when we arrived. Our room was on the 5th floor and we had heavy bags. The staff member at the front desk when we arrived late in the evening did not assist us, and we had to struggle up the narrow stair case. Apart from that, the rooms were clean, great location and friendly staff in the morning!

Calm and clean, but it is located in the first floor, with no elevator available at ground floor, you need to carry you luggage for almost 20 step till you reach the reception.

There is a staircase in two sections to get to reception. It is very important to know it. We arrived well, the location is very good, hand everything quiet. But having to climb the suitcases up to the front desk, was a downturn. Very small rooms, but for Paris, is a relationship quality price highly recommended.

Hotel very well located, a few steps from the Montparnasse train station, in a very quiet street and a typical Parisian district. Lots of charm! The décor is contemporary and very nice staff. My room was small but adequate for one night stage, alone, with a particularly low rate.

Years ago I was with my wife in Paris and when we arrived to this hotel we really liked the proximity to the metro. It is warm, quiet and with a beautiful park and shops nearby.

Excellent location, in front of the Montparnasse train station but quiet, modern and well-designed rooms, spotlessly clean, friendly staff. A good choice.

Not expensive, nice rooms, fast Wi-Fi and cool neighborhood. There are also some nice area in the lobby you can sit at. Feels a bit like a night club downstairs. The rooms are small but nicely appointed. This is now my go-to place when I need a room on short notice! The people working there are quite nice too.

Very good hotel situated in front of a little square, very quiet;the staff is realy helpfull;situation of the hotel is perfect, with metro lines enclose (Line 4, 6 13) I'll recomend this hotel to anyone wishing to travel in Paris.

I have seen several "reviews" in English and French but none in Spanish. Everything you said is true. For the price, the location (quiet in front of the small square), not, be wrong choosing this hotel. Policymakers are vigilant but do not speak Spanish in English can be understood very well. I recommend it highly. Next trip to Paris stayed there.
