Consistent with the standing/price ratio. Well placed, lively neighborhood, near the platforms, near metro and RER. A big plus for the staff at the front desk which is really nice and who does everything to arrange the guests.

A very nice place to stay. The only problem is the narrow spiral stairs going down to the two bedrooms. We can't bring down the big luggages we brought with us and our handicap companion.

Location is very convenient provided you can take the metro/rer. There are great places to eat nearby and only a short walk to the river. On check-in my double was accidently 2 singles, but they were happy to help and moved me very quickly. The rooms have private balconettes with a good view, as well as kitchen facilities incl. Hob, fridge and microwave. Would recommend, nice and clean, incredible blackout blinds.

I appreciate this hotel and recommend it. I had a nice time there. The apartments are well landscaped and pleasant. Staff very attentive to our needs.

Quite dreadful. At 172 Euros a night they offer to clear your bins and change your towels once in 5 days. The front desk is remarkably nonchalant bordering on the rude. When we arrived they did not have towels. It took 2 days and multiple visits and eventually I had to collect it myself. Overall it seems as if we are living there on charity.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast rich for us very good. Room clean not in perfect condition. But ideal for a short trip.

Comfortable place to stay, great location. There is a supermarket and 2 bakeries nearby.

Check in is at 3 o'clock it is very late so prepare! Place… once you get in is perfect micro is fridge is tap is… Perfect for all people… workers… families and young/older people.

Asked for a room with a double bed, I find myself in a bed 90cm, the TV did not work, the floor of the room was high, just like the mattress of the bed. I will not go back.

My coworker and I are staying here for a business trip. We did not realize the quality of the place before coming here. If we had, we would've stayed somewhere else. When I first entered the room there were hairs on the bed and a noticeable hissing sound whenever you're in the bathroom. I suspect there's mold in the bathroom from the amount of water damage I've found. While the bathroom and bedroom finished are nice, clearly this is a frequented establishment from all the obvious wear and tear all over the room. The breakfast is tasty and the staff is relatively polite and helpful.

Arrived late at night and received a warm welcome. Room was perfect, clean, large bed and everything I needed. I had one question about an iron and this was answered friendly and efficiently. No problem recommending.

We took a double studio, the room was very clean no worries at the bathroom level as indicated, I found that for the price it was definitely worth it, the welcome was very nice, the only negative was according to the fact that the LI T double corresponded to two mattresses glued, so it is not comfortable if you sleep in the center.

It's probably better now, but they were repairing the plumbing when I was there. Our floor had water seeping up through the floor everyone we used the shower.

I booked 2 rooms for 3 weeks at Apart'City Confort Paris. Barely 5 nights, the director of the hotel (his room is next door to my children's room) already knocked on my children's door twice, telling them to shut up and threatening that if he hears them again, he will terminate our stay. I'm also next door to my children, I don't hear them, nobody else is complaining, and no one has ever knocked on my door to talk to me about my 2nd room. When I checked in, the reception was great. In my 2 rooms, there are many shortcomings I willingly overlooked, because life is not just about complaining. But when problems seem to stem from the top, it looks creepy… Seriously! My children and I are not comfortable and DON'T FEEL SAFE in here. Something needs to be done immediately! I'll post a follow up very shortly. Thank you!

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast good and plentiful and convenient to Metro and RER.

It's a really good studio, the bed is comfortable, and there is a nespresso machine that you can use buying pods from reception, which I loved.

I do not understand where the stars come from. It's small, hyper expensive, and nothing special at breakfast. It's really basic. However the hotel staff is very very nice! Thanks to them.

Comfortable and big room it has a bath tub and a kitchen with everything you need. The bed is good I can sleep well in it. The furniture has partially poor quality so it is very worn. I like the breakfast there a many possibilities and it has a good quality and taste. You can reach a Metro station in less than 400m so you are able to reach everything in Paris pretty fast.

Main electrical blinds stuck in the up position (got woke up by sunlight very early), room landline phone out of service. Wifi not for free. Tv remote volume buttons not working for some reason. A very disappointing 100 usd a night room.

3.5! Very happy with our stay here. The room was spacious. On the top floor with a large balcony. Can see the Effiel Tower in the distance. Although depending on how big the building is going to be next door you may not be able to see that soon. With the building work going on it didn't effect us noise wise at all. TV's weren't working when we were here which didn't bother us. A few nice places to eat or drink locally but at the weekend everything shuts early and it's very quiet. On the Sunday all trains from the local station weren't running but they laid on extra buses to help. Shower was comical as the shower screen or actually the bath has been put in the wrong way so when you shower it just makes the bathroom wet. Soaking wet. There was also no water in the vending machine one night and as everything around is shut… no water that night. A more than ok hotel for a Base to explore Paris. Good transport links, clean and friendly staff.

Verry bad experience and no good treatment. Its not good hotel. They are not have good postcode to the adress. I just change the hotel because im not happy with te personal and what it is there. If you want go to Disneyland chose other hotels 100%

Is a hotel that is is enough to them outside, the breakfast cost 16€ by person and the hotel by inside this quite made shredded. While it is true that sleeping great, quiet and close to transport public, although away from the Center.

Upon arrival, the reception is unpleasant. A couple went ahead without that it doesn't care the hostess. Despite the note it seemed far from paying attention. We booked a hotel apartment 2 people that doesn't even count 2 covered (only 1 knife, 1 one teaspoon). There is no sponge, washing-up liquid or Pocket trash). Otherwise a poor enough lozenge for a stay of 4 nights. The "cloth" is actually the towel for the feet (claimed by a host). Bedding is aging (soft Matress and squeaky). Finally, excessive tax, € 18 for 2 for 4 nights. Avoid.

Reservation by booking and not listed by the hotel. Incompetent receptionist. People from outside come and go at will without reservation and without being worried at the reception.

Very welcoming and comfortable rooms. Always friendly and helpful at reception. Rich breakfast. To repeat! Close to supermarket and metro.

Check-in really not effective, not found the booking, we actually 4 room, after a long wait, they forgot 2 rooms. Check-in speaking telephone, free Wi — Fi. Is strongly recommended.

I booked it for a weekend trip to Paris with 3 friend. This place is perfect. We stayed in the 2 Bedroom Apartment which was great and easily accommodated all of us. Beds were very comfortable. Reception service was brilliant as we arrived 3 in the morning. Location is good as the attractions are easily accessible from the hotel via underground or by rental bikes available from docks near by. Definitely recommended!

I took my pregnant wife to Paris for the weekend (I'm US Military stationed in Germany) and had a wonderful time. The Park and Suites Bibliotheque was a welcome place to end up after a weary day of walking around. The hotel room was spacious with a stove, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom was small (Toilet behind the open door), but the shower was full size. There is complimentary Ethernet (NO Wi-Fi) in the room, although we never used it. The bed was queen sized and comfortable. Everything looked and felt clean. The underground garage has convenient street access (not too steep, no bottoming out). The lobby looks prestigious and has complimentary Wi-Fi and an old computer for a solid connection. The breakfast service is delicious and presented well; that same area turns into a bar later in the evening. Drinks are reasonably priced. I dinged the quality to "Very good" because I couldn't figure out how to log on to the Wi-Fi — when I asked the staff they didn't have any idea on how it all worked. Being tech savvy like I am, I later figured out that some portable devices can't connect to their systems. Be wary — bring a laptop like I didn't. All and all, this is a great place to stay. It's right across from the metro station and costs about 1.50 euro to go to the main tourist spots. Cabs cost around 20 euro per destination (Tourist areas). Right down the street is the Frog and British Library — if you plan on staying at Park and Suites Bibliotheque, they have great food.
