Great breakfast and great environment. Helpful receptionists. Really enjoyed staying there.

Hotel booked for a week's stay in Paris, quite out of the tourist center you have to walk about 20 minutes to the metro station. Quiet neighborhood.
When we arrived the sink was clogged, we reported it to the front desk the next day which resulted in the day.
Room quite clean but it was cold, we were told to plug the aeration with a towel (this one being located on the ceiling we could not …)
Correct breakfast.

The location is ok. The room was smaller than I expected, quite tiny but maybe that is price for Paris.
The breakfast was so boring but the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The price was reasonable for Paris and I mainly booked it due to a personal recommendation. The hotel is located well with 2 supermarkets nearby and easy access by bus, metro and tram. Due to the stroller we travelled by bus mostly and it took us about 45-60 minutes to the main tourist attractions — absolutely fine for a city like Paris. We were disappointed that the reception stuck to its check-in time at 15:00 without checking early availability at all when we arrived at 14…:15. We also wished — with a baby — we would have been given a room on a lower floor than the top 8th. We appreciate the baby bed and recommend baby bed linen along with it. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. While the hotel and the rooms with bathrooms are relatively modern, one corner of the shower was covered with mold — very unpleasant. There is no air conditioning and one side of the hotel faces a very loud main street. To be expected and surely bearable. The breakfast could be great, but lacks love to detail and better upkeeping. They serve continental with additional scrambled eggs, sausages, cold platters of cheese and meat as well as fruit salad. The small scrambled egg and sausage containers are a bad choice, the cheese and meat selection could offer more variety and be presented better than hidden in a shelf away from the main station. Fresh fruit and veggies would make such a difference! Great were the baby seats!

Location was far from metro station. Price was good but the room was dirty when we got the key. Management took quick action and cleaned it within hour. Breakfast was good bonus.

The breakfast is scarce and very un elaborate, the attention is very correct but very few speak Spanish. It is the outskirts but in a quiet and well connected area, I recommend it if you do not want to be in the center.
The room was spacious but we touched one without a view (more than a parking lot) the hard mattresses for my taste. I wouldn't repeat for the location.

Breakfast has plenty of options, just not what I'm used to, so that's more of a me problem. The eggs are the only thing I tried that I can say are genuinely bad, they taste like eggs, but the texture is awful. I'm assuming they're rehydrated or something, because I don't know how you'd get that texture from a fresh egg. The rooms are sparse, and they have no ac. I don't know if our towels fell off of the hangers or if they just take your towels all the time, but they would remove them, even when left hung up, but not replace them. Had to ask the front desk on multiple occasions for towels, and one evening they had no large towels, so we got a stack of small ones instead. These were then cleared the next morning despite half of them not being used and still sitting folded on the shelf. I really wish there had been a sign to request no service, but we couldn't find one and didn't think to ask at the front desk until the day before we checked out. Besides the mysterious towel situation. There was nothing that I could really complain about, except the lack of air conditioning because I am very much not a 32 degrees kind of person. There are no mini fridges or kettles in the room either, but a kettle and microwave are located next to the coolers where breakfast is served. In summary, a sparse but functional hotel, would be great in cooler weather, just don't eat the eggs.

The approach road to the hotel is quiet and tranquil. The receptionists were kind and friendly. The breakfast area was a bit chaotic. It was not so great. All the standard French breakfast, but without the fruits. The room was super clean. I loved the bathroom. Just that the shower head was leaking water. This leads to wastage. The beds were awesome. It was a bit hot. They could have kept just bedsheets to cover ourselves.

It's a decent 3star hotel with a gym, but the rooms are too hot (at least in the summer). The nearest metro station is 8min away. From there you need approximately 20min to get into the city center. Breakfast is okay even though not a lot of variety is provided.

It is a very smelly and far away from the city hotel. The breakfast is just a joke. Everything is not clean from spoons, mugs, dishes to tabels. Never ever again.

The breakfasts are on the other hand not very good and poor quality.
Moreover, the waitresses who put on gloves to serve the crescents do not raise their hair with the same gloves should be forced to wear headdresses.

Minimal reception, even more minimal rooms. The device passed through the water room. The breakfast is not extraordinary but the merit to exist.

I don't think he'll come back. Very normal. A little bit away from the centre, eight minutes walk from the subway. Super Basic Breakfast: toasts or croissants with machine coffee, the sausage had a pint regulating. The staff at the reception were very professional and attentive. The neighborhood seems safe. We didn't have a problem.

The room was clean but the electricity thing in the room was noisy as long as you had your card in the electricity cardholder. The airconditioner was loud as well, however, we covered it with towel. The breakfast was very limited with no fresh fruits or veggies. Good metro connections and friendly personal, good hotel for a good price! The gym was nice and clean.

The experience could be frankly good if the staff were more rider, the rooms prepared with a little more rigour. For the price and the gym in bonus… it's still okay.

Great Value Hotel It has a small breakfast buffet which is fine. Hotal located 7 minutes from the metro and tram. Perfect to visit the city and save yourself some money compared to more centric hotels. If I go back to Paris I would go to this hotel.

The Hotel is good for business or a visit to Paris. Quiet Despite the device at the bottom of the building. It was a very clean room.

Request for address during the unhonoured Resa during the stay: result you have to manage everything by yourself.
Staff not friendly assenceurs for maintenance: Results 6 minutes to get off from 6 EME to the ground floor.
Hotel near several stations in theory but in practice the resorts are quite far and the path is labyrintique to access the reception.
Cleaning staff returning to the rooms early in the morning the panel "Do Not Disturb" and has to ask insistently to come back later. Add that when coupled do their TAF they ask you what they need to do to shorten their spot, they move the bedsides but do not put them in place, they leave the reassort of the bathroom on the bed… not very pro.
Decoration of the room partially missing (two faults on three for a triptique decorative) and safe deposit signal as present but to the large subscribers absent in the room.
Breakfast not very good: pastries of poor quality, choice restricted as no reassort of buffets, industrial products and crockery Debarasse a good half hour before the end of the service.
For the price, we pay the three stars. However the quality of service and professionalism of the team does not correspond to this ranking; In rigor is this acceptable for a 1 star but no more. In the future I will use AirBnB because it is a cheaper service, with better services and without the coldness of the staff of this hotel.

Always on the road, this is by far the worst hotel in which I set foot in France… and well beyond. Totally unsanitary, just good to fall really sick. Would deserve an immediate administrative closure for endangerment and swindling.
Three nights, with very bad odors in the bathroom, no heating or hot water despite an outside temperature of 3 °c, and a lamentable behaviour of the staff of the reception, responsible in the lead, which does not bring any response to such Situation, on the contrary the choice of denial, provocation and even offense.
After having exchanged with other furious customers, and contrary to the claims of the reception, no one is spared, from the ground floor to the top floor, common areas included.
Beyond these elements, in order to be the most complete and objective possible, I also remember the large common area rather pleasant but the facilities out of service (toilet, baby foot…), the few friendly receptionists and doing well their Work contrasting with their other colleagues, a real gym (but without hot water for the shower…), cleanliness of the rooms leaving to be desired, very low-end breakfast and therefore taken elsewhere. As for the sector, it proves to be very poorly served and far from everything, if not the peripheral. Its immediate proximity guarantees a permanent noise, even closed windows. The exhaust gases do not allow them to be opened anyway, despite the foul smell in the bathroom.

On 3 nights past, 3 without heating and 2 mornings without hot water and this for the whole floor, technical problem? Or rather energy saving at night? In short, 5 stars for Ecology and a Hulot medal for this hotel. Bring your jackets!

Great for a night stay. The kids loved the bunk beads.

Very good rooms. Clean. Modern. Bathrooms are great. Bed is comfortable. There are two lifts inside. Good breakfast. Microwave, hot water kettle and drinking water is available all the time. Definitely value for money. Cons: Far from metro stations so if you have too much luggage it'll be difficult.

Found hair all over the bathroom when we got there, when complained to the reception they told us that they were completely booked and couldn't swap our room, also said that there's no one that could clean the room, so we would have to wait until next morning. When I said that it was not acceptable the guy at the reception told me that if I don't like it I should go to another hotel.

The hotel is good but the sink had a smell unbearable. Our room had the shower in a corner of the sink without any protection so it gets wet all. The breakfast very disappointing.

Room could have been cleaned better. The hallways were not vacuumed once the four overnights we stayed and were pretty dirty. A lot of noise from the highway right next to the hotel. However, the breakfast buffet was a lot more than the average French hotel; they had baguettes, mini croissants, cold cuts and cheese, yogurt, and a wide variety of juices and types of coffee.

Good place to spend the night. Good service. The breakfast is the right thing to do but what is necessary. A little bit away from the attractions but with good combination of public transport. Cozy.

The rooms are an average size, and the metro is within a short walking distance. The highway next to the hotel can be noisy. The breakfast bar is laughably French, consisting almost entirely of various breads. The rooms are clean, modern, and overall well-kept. They don't have a great view, though, at least from my room. So if you demand a picturesque panorama of the City of Lights, you may want to look elsewhere.

A nice and modern hotel with a couple downsides. The hotel is located next to a highway so the rooms especially on highway side are pretty noisy even during night. Also there is no air conditioning so the rooms can get very hot during summer and you can't open the windows either because of the highway. I'm writing this review as I'm sitting on the edge of the bed of this hotel sweating bullets unable to sleep because of the heat. Must be at least +27 in the room. This is going to be a long night…

Welcome to review slightly to feel expected. Smell of litter in the toilet (can be the maintenance product) coffee not good at all to change quickly for a small lunch frolant the 8/10. Good value for money all the same.

The location is good. It includes breakfasts that are really delicious and varied for this hotel category. Not far from the Metro, which is good.

Establishment clean and in very good condition. The night was very quiet. The unlimited breakfast was very varied.

New and cheap to be Paris. It lacks a little more thorough housekeeping in the rooms and some extra services, but for the price they have this very well.

Very nice room but could do with a kettle and some air conditioning. Breakfast was an experience when the waiter decided to use our little table as storage for dirty plates and mugs, whilst we were still sitting there eating!

Nice hotel, close to the metro. We had no hot water for two days, and breakfast has few options. Clerk did not find my booking when we checked in (even though it was there) and instead of trying to figure out the issue he kinda said that we did not reserve. Simple as that. He then looked further and found it. I would probably not stay here again in the future.

Comfortable hotel near the Francois Mitterrand Library. The price is quite reasonable for the neighbourhood. However, note that the hotel is very close to the Boulevard Périphérique (basically a highway), so the rooms can be a bit noisy.

Everything was great, except for the power outage sometimes (at least back then when I stayed in September 2016). Would love to be back when visiting Paris again. The Vietnamese Receptionist and her colleagues were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this place and their excellent customer service. The common areas are spacious and cool. The room, however, needs to be upgraded a little bit to improve its looks, decoration, and comfort level. Housekeepers and maintenance crew need to be more respectful of our quiet enjoyment during our stay.

It's been a year since this hotel built. So all is clean and tidy. So I really like this hotel. And breakfast is nice. Everything in this hotel was good. But it's situated a little far from attractions even if there is metro in 8minutes on foot.

We were scammed! We stayed at this hotel from 14 to 16 July 2016. We had made the reservation through Hrs, where we had left the credit card number just to stop the room with the deal to pay to check out, which we did and in cash, pity that the next month we found ourselves a charge even on the card. We opened a protest and we came to discover, after several ups, calling the hotel that by mail did not respond and with obvious embarrassment of the accountant, that the staff who worked at that time at the reception, had been fired! Obviously you have pocketed the cash money and you are registered the card number and then make the payment with that. Now we'll open a complaint!

Courtesy, cleanliness of the room, breakfast abundantly. The only thing I did not like is the little ventilation, we stayed six nights and I am very pleased.

Very clean hotel. Partly a slightly cheaper touch. For Germans a needy breakfast. But it's probably not at the hotel.
All in all recommended.
