At first you'd think you're way out of the buzz, but as soon as you get to understand the location you're less than 500m from one of the main Metro stations leading to most all major lines. Did Eiffel and La Defence in one trip on the same Line with one exchange. For a first timer it was pretty good to navigate and experience how easy and central you are to going basically everywhere from here… Rooms small but neat. Temperature well controlled. Bathroom small but very neat. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom but I'm glad I brought my own as it has a bit more power. Construction underway in the surrounding area. Coffee may only be had in the lounge, but very good indeed! My only wish is to have a mini coffee area in my room, and a mini fridge for storing snacks.

Very nice hotel, clean cozy room, cleaning was every day. Very good breakfasts. The location is very convenient, up to 5 minutes underground, near McDonald's, Kfs and a large shopping mall which has a large supermarket.

Hotel well located in Paris, value for money very well!
Only downside, the room for 3 is still quite small, we barely circulate.
Other than that, it's still a good idea to stay in the capital.

Very small room as well as dirty water and WC, room flooded Orange suite and no solutions apart from towels for disgruntable bath for an Ibis hotel especially at the price of room €150.

The fact that it is near public transportation is a plus. And they also have public parking and private parking near the area. Just accross the street is a shopping mall. Also lots of restaurants within the area. Overall it is a very nice place to stay to explore paris.

Not the first time I've been here, but this time it didn't feel as welcoming from the moment we arrived. We arrived at 11 and we were coldly told that we couldn't get a room yet. Anyways, the room is overpriced with barely any useful amenities in the room. The liquid soap is multi purpose, face hand hair body floor and dish. So I recommend to bring your own if you care for your skin.

A nice hotel near the Metro.

Avoid the rooms of the ground floor which are very noisy (passage of all guests of the hotel to access the elevator). Unpleasant smell in the shower room.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Erwann :), great location; very close to Metro and Supermarket.

The hotel is located in a very quiet area at the bottom of the Parisian city centre. It has a few parking spaces in a separate, camera-controlled car park. Very tight, but sure. Our family room was decorated in a shift, but was enough for our short stay. For four, it was really very narrow and borderline due to an extra bed for the fourth person. But at least we had two small bathrooms each with toilet and shower. The breakfast is typical French not very big but tasty and fresh. Has also been perfectly adequate here. It was quite cheap for Paris.

Good location and clean rooms though small.

I cannot count the number of nights I've spent in this hotel. As a business traveller I spend, for several years, 3 to 4 nights every week in this hotel and I have never been disappointed during one of these many stays. The beds are outstanding, the rooms are quiet and very clean, the breakfast offering is more than adequate and the location is ideal for me, at the crossing of several important metro lines. And very important: the service is very correct, always with a smile. In other words, I can only give a very positive advise about this hotel.

Good location, near the Italian square, the room is small, but it's not bad for a cheaper price.

Comfortable rooms, staff at the top (from reception, to people who take care of breakfasts) and attractive rates…
For the rest of the capital, the hotel is 20min from the Louvre, and 20min from Notre-Dame de Paris by Metro.

Small double bedroom, otherwise acceptable.

Small room basic equipment, bed glued to the wall! As for the bathroom it the same ilk. To advise against.

If you are going to see the tourist items then I would choose a hotel closer to them. This is a nice quiet budget hotel away from all the tourist spots like the Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower etc. No more than 2 full size luggage and carry ons fitting in here with 2 people, for-warned. We had this hotel as a Groupon deal and it definitely meets the needs of tourists. You get a nice breakfast in the morning, a hot shower and nice toilet. The staff is more than helpful with suggestions and very patience with the language barriers. The rooms are much smaller compared to USA, but are average for Europe and budget hotels. Rooms tend to be on the warmer side with no A/C in the winter when we travelled but we just opened the window. We used Uber, anywhere form 10-35 Euros to get to our destinations, so no comment on mass transit. I would stay here again, the price is right, friendly helpful staff and quiet. Right Logistic site to visit paris, quite well connected by Metro stop with 3 Lines. The rooms are very clean. Comfortable Bed. Fourth small bathroom, but Enough. Shower Ok.

Hotel very well located, friendly and efficient staff, doing everything possible to make the stay enjoyable.
The hotel is maintained, the rooms are clean and the décor nice. The shower room is a little small and the hair dryer is low power.
Only downside, Hence the absence of the 5th star is the Soundproofing. Being in a room that could communicate with the adjoining room, we felt like we had the neighbor in our room but the staff immediately offered to change Rooms.

Convenient location near the Metro ' Place d'italie ' (paris south). The staff was very helpful Rooms clean and tidy up every day. The Ibis standard is always a perfect choice in relation to Quality/price. Recommended even if not central.

Like the location as it is near the China town. However, I am not impressed with the stay this time. Come back to hotel after a long day out. Floor was wet which is right below the air con. When I started to sort out my camera chargers and I noticed some of them have water drops on it. I looks like they were trying to dry them off with tower! I was furious. I then went to the reception to find out and was told by Florian (one of the staff on duty) that there was a water leaking happened in my room and air con techinician was trying to rectify, however, floor is still wet. Very disappointed experience!

Clean rooms, very friendly hotel staff that also speaks english. Make sure to not put your magnetic key card next to your phone otherwise it deactivates the key card. Note to US travelers: hotel rooms here are smaller than typical US rooms.

The lift wasnt working, apart from that the hotel is fine.

Hospitality not very pro and even less enjoyable… a cellar as a place of breakfast… and the pompom especially do not forget anything in this hotel… You never get it back your business… So personal not honest at all!

First time staying at a hotel in Paris. Pleasant, helpful staff. Room was small by American standards, but what I expected. Close to the metro station and a nice selection of restaurants nearby.

The staff were very pleasant and it is in a convenient location with the metro. The room was clean. However there were some disappointments. There was a tile missing in the ceiling that exposed the dirt and dust in this area. The bathroom was a disappointment too. The toilet was placed right up against the wall and so close to the sink you could not sit on it unless your were sat 90 degrees off straight. The hand gel next to the sink was placed directly above the toilet paper so whenever used it would drip on the paper and ruin it. The shower was so small and the taps so large that you literally could not turn around in the shower without knocking the taps giving you a sock of boiling or freezing water depending which way you turned! The bed was comfortable, but there was no back board and the mattress would move away from the wall meaning your pillow would fall down the crack! All in all a poorly designed room that was uncomfortable. If some thought was placed on how to best make use of the space in the room rather than just trying to squeeze in the standard ibis fittings then this review would be much better.

Very good hotel, you'll have everything that you need. Bathrooms also have hair dryer and shower gel. They clean every day and change the towels. In the neighborhood is the metro station Place d Italie which is directly conected to the Orly Airport.

Very good welcome from Whitney on the other hand, not soundproofed … not slept the first night because of a woman above who trotted and this until 3am… not to mention all the noises with each movement… no carpet at least to attenuate. Our room overlooked the busy street so very noisy… sirens, discussions of passers-by etc. In short, I had to buy earplugs for the second night.
Of course it is an aging hotel and the rooms are very very small.
The air conditioning system didn't work, or even heating for that matter. Broken TV download box.
But the big problem remains their parking: ridiculous, impassable; half an hour to park and leave and in addition my husband rammed our rental car.
In short:not my favorite hotel if not that it is actually ideally located.

This is the hotel where we do not hesitate to book during our stays in Paris, even with our 7 year old daughter.
It is ideally located in a quiet & nice neighborhood a few steps from the Place of Italy.
Easily accessible by public transport.
The reception is good. This, nice & friendly staff. The room & common are very clean and convenient.
The breakfast is properly busy.
One thing missing: a second outlet in the room.

I have just spent a week at this hotel. Great location – in the vicinity of metro and buses but not far from the centre. Safe & quiet area conveniently close to a shopping mall. Well done to housekeeping for the level of cleanliness, also to the breakfast staff. Having worked at Hilton Malta I can appreciate the effort of all those concerned to ensure guests feel ‘at home’. Front office staff are very helpful especially Fatima and Whitney. Will surely return and recommend.

I am an Accor platinum member and they treated me like an idiot. Avoid. Most horrible ibis management ever.

For three adults, our room was a little small. But the room was clean and comfortable. Great location, next to a shopping store, you can go to buy food, there is a grocery store nearby, you can buy water and other things. Metro station only a block away and walk half a block to the bus station. Train station 15 minutes away. Location was very good.

Stayed here twice, same price given a very small room for the first time, little more than a bed. Second show was bigger, but is full of the smell of smoke, and I verified my credit card, so many hotels, unprecedented request! Change sheets, said every day is changing at the front desk, no results returned and found the sheets change! Just spread a bit. Trash Hotel I will ever live again.

Room rather small as well as the bathroom. But great bedding, quiet, of the classic renovated ibis. It does the job.

Very clean room and very comfortable. The new bedding is comfortable. However:
-A single power outlet
-A bit noisy ventilation when she goes on the road
-Hot water that becomes quickly tempered
-No pressure in the shower.

Clean Room, Convenient Location, Close to restaurants, Shopping Center and super market! But they don't have freezer in the room. I got 3 nights for 220 euros. Worth mentioning!
