Okay, not what it comes out for, either. It is far from the center of Paris. There is no parking. If you want it, there's one next door for 28 degrees a day. Rooms are small. Just like the sink. They speak only English or French. It is in front of a metro stop, which makes it easy if you want to get around without a car. If you want to have breakfast, 20 euros per person.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Great service. Great rooms. Great breakfast and great people cant ask for more then that.

We had a great time. Modern and clean rooms, water considered courtesy (and therefore included in the room) replenished daily in the fridge. Breakfast is excellent. You can also use the baggage claim service (also free) on checkout.

Everything here screams 5 star, from the breakfast to the staff or the amazing location, being literally just opposite the metro. However, the reason I have given it 4 is because of the room size. The sizes of the room compare similar to a Travelodge. Not suitable for a family of 3. However the room contains great features like a fridge, shower and bath. Overall I think that this hotel is great, not far off excellent, but the room sizes must be expanded for my family the come here again.

The facilities were okay. However, the experience was not the greatest. We arrived at 4pm and we still waited over 90min for the check-in process. The usual check-in time should be at 2pm. I wonder if there is any refund policy, since the customers would be charge for late check-out and the hotel could simply delay the check-in over 3 hours? Ps: in the bin, there was still some leftovers from the previous customer.

The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location. Located just 8 minutes (by foot) away from the long distance bus loop, and 5 minutes (by foot) away from the nearest metro station, the hotel is definitely worth it if you are catching an early flight, bus, or train. However, room cleanliness was my biggest concern. While the bathroom was clean, there were certainly particulate matter (i. E. Dust, spores, etc. ) in the air that irritated my eyes and nose. The circulation is also poor in units on the first few floors. So no, the units are far from being impeccable, as some other reviewers would claim. I personally would not crash here again given that some other hotels at the €200-250 price point are much newer and are similarly located near metro stops.

Comfortable room, clean and cozy, bathroom with shower and bathtub. Very good breakfast Every morning of the characters and games to entertain the children… Within walking distance of the Bercy Metro… Behind a very nice park.

Always as good and convenient with its proximity to the zenith Accor arena. Friendly and professional staff.

A quiet place to work while waiting to take a bus (Bercy Coach station). Good reception, reasonable rates, quiet… a place to recommend for the workers-its nomads!

… the asiatic lady of the breakfast is a really professional and polite, excellent really, but an other member of the staff is a really peasant and arrogant, inadequate for stay in front of customers! a very good hotel for the rest.

I have not stayed there, I was there for an interview. The staff are attentive to the new face and give the best welcome to everyone. The bar part is well managed, the work area its respected.
It's nice to spend a moment there as CC's for an appointment, a coffee, a meal.

Nice place, convenient location as it is very close to the Gare de Bercy and well in front of the subway. The access is now a little complex as they are repairing the street at that height and it is hard to find the income. The staff is very friendly, collaborative, attentive, and manage a good variety of languages. The breakfast is complete, although after a few days the variety is a bit sparse. In relation to the rooms, as the main negative point, or at least striking, is that the toilet is separated from the rest of the bathroom, which when washing your hands makes it a little uncomfortable. The bed is very close to the bathroom door, making it difficult to move. The cleanliness is quite efficient, although three occupants in the room only left us a soap, two towels, two shampoo, and two shower gel. It would be optimal to anticipate the number of guests in the room and leave enough amenities for these. The Wi-Fi service is included and is of good quality. In general, except for some of the aforementioned details of the room, it is a recommendable hotel for those looking for comfortable accommodation but without too much luxury and in an acceptable location. Don't expect wonderful views, yes.

Too good. Great welcome, warm, very nice room, quiet, plank of cold cuts and cheeses served after the concert too good. Subway and train station at the hotel gates. Everything to have a good concert and a good weekend. Thank you.

Staff very friendly, some speak Spanish, cleanliness very good, spacious and elegant rooms, prices accessible if booking with 4 to 5 months previous, line 14 and 6 to 100 meters of the hotel, with connection to RER and other lines to visit all Paris, highly recommended!

Clean, modern, spacious and plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Loses a star for the fact that I could not connect to the internet properly. I am assuming that I can get this sorted out if I checked with reception — am giving them the benefit of the doubt.

Hotel and staff at the top! Ideally located, it is a nice place with cosy and clean rooms. Buffet breakfast and bar with a very wide choice where small and large will find their account. Children receive special attentions. (Goodies, Game corner, Magician, Makeup…) An address to keep for an upcoming Parisian visit.

Clean, tidy hotel. Very friendly staff. Convenient location a short walk from to subway and Bercy train station. Next to fair-sized park. Not a five star hotel, but feels more genuine. They have someone doing something for the kids every morning. That tells me they care enough about keeping the youngsters happy.

Nice hotel, spacious and well-equipped room, friendly staff. However, part of the hotel and the surrounding area are under construction, which means occasional noises. Not many good restaurants nearby, the surrounding area seems to be not very active.

Location was in an area under remodeling so I won't hold that against them regarding the scenery. Located a short a very short walk from the metro which allowed quick and easy access to all the major attractions of the city. The service was very kind and helpful even to those who only spoke English (they spoke it well enough to understand and reply, it was very helpful). The executive room was cozy and had everything we could ask for in a room. We spent most of our time exploring Paris but the times we were in the hotel and room was very relaxing and comfortable.

Good price and comfortability.

Very welcome to the "hotel" of Paris Bercy (even for the start service "luggage"). The rooms are large and bright, very clean, and soundproof. Bedding is impeccable and the staff very nice. Smaller lunch complete, the buffet is excellent, nothing to say.
Next to the metro, despite the work, pleasant stay, I recommend.

The restaurant is closed to be renewed and I didn't warn about it. The room is too small for family, terrible, uncomfortable, similar to one star hotels. Be careful! You'll be on construction area at all.

Just good spot to approach the core of Paris.

Good services and hospitable staff. Strategic location near metro station of bercy and train station next to auditorium if you love concerts. Good food and helpful staff. Rooms are pkay sort of. If there is a concert yoi would be disturbed whole night. That is a major problem.

Great hotel very classy, clean and connecting rooms for families. TV with large chains (all TNT), internet connection, restaurant on the ground floor with view of the Sports Palace. The hotel is close to everything paris by metro.

The hotel is somewhat run-down, rooms & accommodation already somewhat older, Windows does not properly sealed (cold, noise). I think 4 stars too much.
Otherwise, the rooms were big enough, sufficiently clean.
The staff is very friendly, however, that there were no complaints in this regard.

We booked a room for a couple plus one child and were rather disappointed about the room. The bed sofa was very uncomfortable, you could sense various hard corners or springs. The double bed was too small for two adults, but well, that is not new in France. The room had no charm at all, it was just a place to be able to sleep in peace. In contrast to the room the reception area and the restaurant were nice, the staff was nice too, but next time we will definitely try a different hotel.

The Place is nice near the station. But the service, most of all in restaurant, is very bad if you have specific request. For example they are completely unprepared to serve babies. More than 40 minutes to' eat and menù only for 4 years old or more. They don't speck italian and just a little bit of english. The rooms Are food but small.

The hotel is located in a good location. The rooms are decent, but the staff does not know the Italian language and is quite indisposing considering then that a double costs 249 euros all year…
