We were very disappointed with this Bercy Square hotel the neighborhood. A water outage prevented us from taking a shower. Management refused to compensate for the inconvenience. Very poor performance.

I think, one of the quietest hotels in Paris.
Located on a passing boulevard, but nestled in an inner courtyard.
The setting is zen, soothing. The team is very smiling, attentive and very professional.
I highly recommend it!

Very clean hotel, quiet and really exotic (lots of greenery). The hostesses are friendly, attentive and very smiling. Our room was decent and clean. Lots of choices in breakfast, quality products. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel well placed and quiet thanks to the removal of the road, on the other hand the rooms are tiny. The curtains are not at all occultant, we see as in broad daylight! the courtesy tray is fun but lacks mini bar. Housekeeping done from 8am in the morning, without any discretion. In short, bad night, we won't go back.

5 stars for the friendliness of the hospitality staff and the quiet of the hotel located in a private courtyard off the boulevard. As for the room itself, very good compared to the price. A good time spent in this hotel.

In a quieter part of Paris. Not far from the metro. Nice place for an overnight stay.

Small room prepared with care. Cleanliness, small intentions to appointments for customers. Very warm welcome and personal at the top!

I put 1 star because you can not put zero… reservation made by phone with imprint of CB. When you arrive at the property, the reservation is not taken into account. Too bad:)

Best low cost option in the area! It is small, but comfortable… Good breakfast and nice staff in the reception!

Charming hotel close to the accordhotel arena.

Great small Hotel well located 15 min walk to Bercy, just a noisy air condition, but the room was very comfortable and the price affordable.

Very good reception. Very good location with transportation nearby. Haven of greenery and tranquility in the middle of the city. Everything's clean. I recommend.

Cheapest Price: small room but friendly and well equipped. Staff nice and smiling. Breakfast (buffet) correct. Very good value for money if booked on the Internet.

Very quiet hotel protected from noise by a garden. Good room good bedding, small bathroom. The staff are friendly and attentive. Hearty breakfast the hotel is clean, room as common space.

I am confused with this hotel. Since I always order hotel from internet, never paid more, but with this hotel I had to pay 3% tax more when I check out. How is possible?

Very nice hotel for 1 or 2-night stay. The room we got was small, yet very clean, modern and cosy. Near bus, metro and shops. Recommended.

Clean and very comfy room. Perfect for two for a short stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Situated in a great neighbourhood. Quiet safe area. 2 metro stations very close by for great access to the city. A few brasseries and places to eat close by. Woukd definitely recommend.

Good comfort, affordable price, full breakfast. But gaps in the room: curtain too short in the shower.

Excellent location, between 2 metro stations Doumenier and Dugomier of the line 6. Impeccably clean, excellent attention from Vanessa and Sami looked after us and were always very cooperative and with a smile. Besides that I speak Spanish. Around the hotel there are all local. The area is very safe and beautiful. The rooms and the hotel beautifully decorated in a modern and minimalist style. Impeccable. A hotel to recommend. No hidden fees in addition. Left our bags on check out whilst we went out for a while and no charge. Come back to stay when I return to Paris, in addition to that I would recommend widely. Excellent!

Good prices, adequate room, breakfast was a bit lackluster.

We are energetic people so even though it was pretty far out from usual attractions (eiffel tower, louvre etc) we still walked but there are metro stations very close by. Intimate room but very clean and with good facilities. Breakfast was average — bread, fruit, yogurt, selection of meat and cheeses as you would expect — but not outstanding. Reception was clean and crisp; had a pretty cool vibe as you walk through the bamboo garden to get to it. For us it was what we needed and wanted.

The hotel is very well maintained. The farm is a real eye-catcher and we were greeted very friendly (even in German). The room was very small but not unusual for Parisian conditions.
Unfavorable is the poorly made water splash in the shower, unintentionally resembled the bathroom, which is also very nice and modern, a giant puddle. The location is good, the Metro is very fast.
An employee was not so special, but unfortunately we were not allowed to put the champagne cold, whatever the reason. Not exactly great if there is no mini bar in the room. We did not find a hair dryer at first, however, which was changed after a demand. The breakfast was great, only the coffee had an unpleasant (taste) cocoa smack… and that every day.

A hotel in which we did not hear the car in Paris! Awesome. However small flat on the household of the chamber… but the direction to be taken into account in this note. Not far from the metro and small restaurants nearby.

The room we were assigned is in the DRC with a strong presence and traces of humidity… on the plinths, the walls, the paintings are décrépies… very disappointed.

Staff unprepared, structure not so good.

I am so disappointed to say this place turned out to be a bad experience. I really enjoyed it here. Perfect place for me to rest my head and close to the metro. All things were going well until I arrived back at the hotel at the end of my last full day. When I arrived I was standing behind a small group checking in and I noticed that they just gave them my room key (you hand them in when you go out). I thought I had heard wrong so when it was my turn I asked for my key. They… gave me a confused look and went into the office to see if there is paper work. As she walks into the office I notice sitting there my suitcase! They actually cleared my room! They said they thought I had checked out and was still coming back for my things! It is lucky my bag was packed up and locked. I always do that when I travel. I said that how could I have checked out? I have another night booked. I was absolutely shocked and taken aback. They said they have no idea how this happened. They upgraded me to a bigger room and that was that. Then… I come down this morning to check out and they say I have to pay 45 Euro. My trip is completely pre paid! I knew I had to pay the small hotel tax in Paris which should come out to 7 euro but not 45! I say I am not paying. She gets on the phone and figures it out. This is all after another dispute she had with the person checking out in front of me. All in all I had a bad experience with this place.

Quaint hotel set back from main road.

A good location for a good value for money. A very professional service and complete equipments. I was room 105, not very large but well located on the courtyard of the entrance well vegetated and quiet. Lack maybe a little personal touch decorating question in the room.

Two lovely and quiet courtyards. A small oasis. Very neat and modern rooms. Breakfast was more than standard Paris hotel breakfast. Convenient location, not right in the centre but very close. For location, price and quality a definite winner.

Quite, clean, friendly staff, moderate price.

Its a wonderful little hotel. Valerie could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was great. The place is clean and well-decorated. Only one issue: no elevator and I just had sergery… but Valerie, a tiny little slip of a woman, grabbed my luggage and ran up the stairs with my bags.

The management treat guest like garbage, and the staff is being treated even worse! I worked for them for a month during night shift in July 2016 (5 years of experience in the industry working for big cie: Hilton, Marriott, Starwood), I have never seen a management staff that peculiar… On my first day, I was told there was no TV (and it started a month ago! ). They were not offering compensation or even apologize… The front office manager was being really agressive (almost physical) toward a guest who was complaining for that issue during check-out. PLEASE BE AWARE that if you reserve to this hotel you might get a chance to be verbally abused at the worse or ignored at the best. I tought about leaving a comment for quite a time (I am not bitter person I've moved on for a better hotel) but I think it's fair sometimes to get the "background" opinion.

I was victim on the part of the no hotel refund of booking of two nights that had been paid in full. I said that I have to cancel my reservation due to a strike SNCF. This is for me a characterized flight.

Nice hotel, close to the Arena decided (practical concert nights, 15 minutes on foot). Small room but clean, comfortable. Hair dryer, kettle, tray with cups, coffee and tea in the room. Even if we have been bothered all night by a noise of water flowing (reported to the reception so I think that will be solved), I recommend this hotel and will definitely problem during concerts.

Very small rooms. TV is not running. Reception does not understand and a very rude. Never again this hotel.

Very clean room. Good breakfasts. Polite personnel (also English speaking). Easy transportation by metro. In Tuesdays and Fridays there is a nice market just on front of the hotel.

Very nice, little design hotel. Ok, the room is small, but this is Paris, isn't it. All elevators and the rooms are small in 2 or 3 star hotels in Paris. But the beds are fine, the bathroom is tidy and well equiped. There is TV, coffee and thea facilities, a hairdryer and you can charge your batteries and phones. The breakfast buffet is nice and good, the staff is helpfull and can speak English and it looks more expensive than it is. The Dugommier metro station is within 200 meters of the property. Quiet surroundings, with a charming little market on Friday's. You can park your car at the Bercy Sport Palace — a 12 minutes walk of 3 minutes by Metro — for 22, 50 per day.
