This is a great place for the price you pay! Right in the heart of Paris close to La Seine and tons of places for a good bite to eat! Front desk service is awesome! Especially Caroline!

Good Hotel. With welcoming staff and clean rooms. Good breakfast selection as well. And easy connections to all sights.

The bed was comfy and I never wanted to get up. Room was a little tight but it was manageable. I loved the marble bathroom. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms. If you need an iron, call ahead to use it or iron the night before because they have several that are shared with all the customers.

All the rooms have been renovated, very modern and sleek bathrooms. We booked two rooms, one executive (very spacious) and one for 4 people and we had a great experience. The one under the roof had fantastic views over Paris. The service was flawless too! Highly recommended! Great location.

After a long day of travelling the welcome at reception was everything one could ask for. It looks like some re-decorating is in process, but it proves they care about high standards, which include the decor. The room was clean and welcoming, the bed looks inviting. If what we have seen so far is anything to go by, then we are looking forward to breakfast in the morning!

I booked a deluxe room as they were cheaper than the standard at the time. The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. The location is convenient as it is a 5 minute walk to the Gare de Lyon train/metro station. Lots of good restaurants and cafes are within 10 minutes walk. Overall a very convenient location and nice hotel.

Very Close to gare de lyon station.
First thing that you will notice is the bathroom — it has been renovated recently, with an edgy concept (almost very posh). Secondly the bed and pillows are superbly comfy (something that most hotels forget to put attention to details). There is a kettle and a fridge in the corner with some tea and coffee selections. Enough drawer to keep your clothes. Tons of electricity plugs — which is crucial these days. Great Wi-Fi and heater. Equipped with hairdryer. Surrounded by mini market, chinese take away, etc. Staff are very nice, will definitely come back.

I was totally shocked when I went into the room, it was the nicest of our stay. Small like most European hotels but very efficient, clean and great ambience. Also had an awesome view back onto the street. Very convenient before taking the train to the airport.

The restaurant in this hotel is excellent; Both on the service plan and on the kitchen plan. Their Brunch is really great, with a choice of dish very varied. The room is very pretty and the atmosphere very nice. I recommend.

Great location — 2 mins walk from Gare de Lyon — with plenty of restaurants and a convenient store in walking distance. The room was good for its price, and the staff was nice. Would recommend for people who need to stay close to the station, and can use some late night food in the neighborhood.

We had a suite with a balcony with a view to the city. Good service. Good location, walking distance to everything in the city. A lot little pastry shops everywhere. Felt safe walking at all hours of the day. The room was equipped with Nespresso coffee machine. It was the cherry on top of a very nice room. The room was on the bigger size, making it very comfortable to move around. I would come back to this location.

A hotel of a traditional building. The room is also functional and comfortable. It is conveniently near from Gare de Lyon. There is a supermarket in front of me.

Beautiful room with a lounge, for a price that was thought more expensive coffee Machine! (PS some cupcakes would be nice with. ) Bed very very fluffy, on the other hand I do not put 5 stars because no heating in the bathroom! So in the middle of winter… I forgot wonderful breakfast with brioche with pink pralines and hot chocolate very creamy to do not miss.

Hotel a stone's throw from the train station. Clean façade. Staff welcoming and available. Modern, clean room. Very good quality bedding. Excellent value for money. Recommend it!

I just loved the place. Excellent services, helpful staff, clean and hygienic rooms and washrooms. The best part is location. Gare de Lyon, a major metro station is just few metres apart. So totally recommendable from our side.

I stayed 3 nights in the Holiday Inn. The spacious room has been renovated. Only downside: insulation! The room overlooked the street of Lyon which is very busy. The positive: breakfast which is varied.

For Paris, the rooms are spacious and with a nice design. The bathroom is luxurious. Good choices for breakfast. The hotel is just a few minutes from the train & metro station Gare de Lyon.

I was there to take a course. The premises are fine. The staff is a rider. I asked for a Vegan meal, no problem.

Excellent experience. Very nice reformed room, cleanliness, comfort and silence. Being Spanish could put a but carpeted floor, it would be nice to have a courtesy slippers. Highly recommended hotel.

Very good hotel, welcome smiling and Nice, good place to organize conferences, with different rooms of good area for groups of 50 people or groups of 20 people, the rooms are heating as it should in winter, Availability of snacks earlier varied a very good point (coffee machine, cupcake, tea, herbal teas, bottled mineral water, bottled water, apple, banana, kiwi…) Clean toilet, automatic shoe polishing machine, hallway Lit, seat available at the reception to take a break, possibility of smoking outside.
Restaurant with good service, I find that the dishes do not have salt and pepper, light dishes, small quantity in the plates, waiters to listen.

Very nice location, few min walk to gare de Lyon (transportation hub). Very comfortable bed and pillow. Good breakfast, that come with 4 type of hot food, but it same everyday. Just 1 down side, second floor was having some renovation and it make some drilling sound. Other then that is it very nice hotel.

The rooms have a certain French charm in the architecture. The comfort of the bed is very practical and functional, with the command post and lights.
Details in the halls of the old original architecture of the building.
Charming is the word.
Next to it are several bars and restaurants, pharmacies and a Monoprix.
It is literally less than 5 ' from the Gare de Lyon. You can see it from the same door.

Absolutely ok given the rates. Unfortunately, they didn‘t have the same quality mattresses as other Hiliday Inn. Otherwise fine. Great breakfast! And close to main train station and walking distance to city center.

Great location, great services from front desk and restaurants. If it is not because of the cleaner, I'd have given 5 stars. The cleaner who missed replacement of toiletry, did not apologize the she missed cleaning my room, she always said… we have schedule to clean room…

In Paris for business and traveling by train from the Gare de Lyon station. The hotel is a block from Gare de Lyon and about half a mile from the Bastille circle. Just like anywhere in Paris plenty of restaurants within walking distance. My room was a little small but it's to be expected. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. I did not go to the restaurant or bar. Hit a restaurant right by the hotel. Will more than likely be staying her for future trips.

Excellent hotel. Clean comfortable room with excellent lighting, plenty of power outlets, a good TV, and a really cool Bluetooth system for playing your own music.

Good location, 5 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon train and metro station. Big rooms, clean, modern. USB chargers for phone and laptop, also located at both sides of the bed, very convenient. Very friendly stuff.

Very nice hotel. Located near bus n train station. Basic facilities, friendly staff. Rooms are bit small.

Decent hotel for the price and for Paris standards. Would rate it a 3-star hotel due its consumed furniture and below average housekeeping. The location is good due to its proximity to public transportation and restaurants/cafes. Would suggest providing at least one bottle of free water and install better sound insulation in the future.

Ideal location. 1 minute to the entrance of the Metro and the
Lion races, cleanliness, friendliness, comfort.

I had to travel to Paris at very short notice to see a sick relative in hospital close to the Gare de Lyon. I had stayed at this hotel before and fortunately they had rooms. I think the location is perfect with lots of cafés and boulangeries very close and a Monoprix supermarket just across the road. The river and The Arsenal marina are very near and its an easy walk to the Place des Vosges, one of my favourite places in Paris. The hotel rooms aren't overly large but have everything you want. The hotel breakfast is too expensive at 18 euros and was a little disappointing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Arrived late for an unexpected night in Paris. Enjoyed so much the warm welcome from the staff! The room was excellent, enough space and VERY quiet! Glad I found it, and would love to come back.

I've been training and I must say that the place is very nice: spacious, bright and well placed (RER and metro nearby). It gives the impression of being brand new. I have not tested the rooms, but if they are identical to the framework, it must be very nice!

Very warm and skilled welcome. Staff also understands some jokes and does not look at you as if you were an Alien. Very nicely decorated room, a bit small, but much larger than the Standard in the inner cities. Large LCD TV, very good bed, proper and clean bathroom, and even much bigger than many others I have seen so far in Paris. Excellent Location, five minutes walk from the Gare de Lyon and to the Place de la Bastille. Wi-Fi works perfectly, without doing twenty+ login's and Password requests and all this cumbersome blablabla. Absolutely recommendable place. Will be there again soon hoping to have the same experience as one month ago. Merci beaucoup au staff de l'Hôtel, tous disponibles, sympas et efficaces! Very nice. Great staff, great internet, good conversion of an old Parisian building to a clean modern hotel. Recommended — just wish they also offered food on the premises.

I booked a room at this hotel and really the service is top!
First of all, the hotel is very close to everything (station subway, train station, restaurants) and especially the rooms have been redone. The quality is impeccable and breakfast is hearty. Friendly staff, classy, good bedding.
I'm going regularly in hotels of other chains in Paris, I found this hotel by accident and I'm thrilled!
I highly recommend it.

The Hotel is pretty well the room I was a little small, but comfortable, good location, very close to the place de la Bastille, and has the metro M1 line very close, in this line are going to all the sites more tourist in Paris.
