I love this hotel. The environment is clean, staff is friendly and it has a great location.

Super quiet and clean hotel in the middle of Paris. The room has a kitchenette so that breakfast can be prepared by yourself. Bath small but sufficient. Curtains provide 100% darkening and we were able to sleep very long.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel. I took a room that faced the little courtyard where there are chairs and a table which is great for relaxing after a day out. Reasonably priced, clean and very courteous staff.

Very nice hotel, good value for money. It has a kitchen setting. Electric hot plate & kitchen utensils in room, fridge & microwave. Very comfortable.

A nice quite hotel with a good breakfast.

Full on value for money. Great location. Very safe locality. Restaurants were open till midnight. People were on the streets too. Two stations at walking distance from the hotel. One of them was a major station. Also perfect to get to Disneyland. Quaint interiors. Safe also available. Supermarket next door for your daily needs. They provide all amenities in the room including a fully functional kitchen. Very clean. Only negative point was no lifts. But they have helpers who will take your luggage to the room. Superb place.

Good hotel, the tool does not indicate that they are closed at the last minute… That is to say when you arrive, and this with a prior reservation…

Small noisy rooms if overlooking the street and poor quality breakfast for a three star but well placed and helpful staff.

Great hotel and friendly staff. Rooms have a small kitchenette with plates, cutlery etc and you don't have to buy the hotel's food. Good bus and metro connections to the city centre. Plenty of restaurants and bars just outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend it.

Lovely hotel close to the Metro. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants and Bistros all around. Rooms have a small kitchenette with plates, cutlery etc. You are not forced to eat the hotel's food. Would definitely recommend it.

For an American tourist, it was like travelling back in time. Very hospitable hotelier and delicious breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Old but reformed hotel, with careful crew. Thin walls that can let any noise get into the room. Very good anyway. Appreciate it.

Really enjoyed my stay here and was particularly impressed with the bath tub (rare in Paris) and kitchen hob, fridge and microwave provided in the room! Friendly staff and clean rooms with a decent sized TV. The only complaint I have to make was that the automatic doors hit me in the head upon arrival! Later on in my stay I noticed the doors were out of order so perhaps someone had highlighted a problem with them — a few signs would be nice next time! Overall, would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning.

Unfortunately I have to rate the room from the hotel badly. The room was not clean (everywhere cobwebs), it smelled moist and when it rained was a proper varnishes outside the door. It was also öffters that we heard our room neighbors and the fridge in the room was not exactly quiet either. The breakfast was OK and the reception staff super friendly.

Quiet, clean staff helpful. Convenient for travel because located in a very served area.

Hotel was sark and a bit miserable, but not awful, until I lay on the bed. The worst imaginable!

Fraud warning. Poor service. Booking, which was guaranteed and payed months earlier was cancelled just a few days before my trip. The hotel claimed that the room was not useable although they had sent me an email earlier asking wheter I needed some help getting to the hotel or had some special wishes. Had to get to a lawyer in order to get my money back as the hotel said they wouldn't refund me for the cancellation made by themselves. Still I had to pay for the flight to Paris I wasn't able to take for the trip.

When booking we looked at reviews and figured it would have been great!? Our family in Germany looked into and agreed best western has good ratings! (We come from NY)
BUT they must have put us up in the attic rooms!? (other rooms look bigger and so much nicer)! When we arrived the electric on one side of room did not work or refrigerator
Also a hole in the window!
We asked to fix and they did that night but looked at us like we were crazy!
The room was the size of my closet!
Then the next night was just the WORST bc our must have been a connect room but closed off the people next door we’re so loud and up till 4am! We banged on the wall several times but just so bad and they did not care!
Really not the surprise romantic feeling we hoped for!
I would have complained but when we asked for anything at the desk we were a bother!

Nice place. Quiet room. Lovely garden. But room had sharing door with next room and you can hear them. Also the room was clean but the carpet was not.

Charming high quality hotel, away from the noise but close to many metro, bus and RER lines. Rooms and beds are big and comfy, breakfast is a very nice buffet including freshly baked croissants and the staff is very welcoming. Only bad point would be the lack of elevators in the reception hall and in one of the buildings.

Then I'll start at the beginning. Home The lady took us up the morning and smile is not part of his duties. Then as such rang it we plant the and instead of telling us excuse me I'm up to you in a moment! In good receptionist because it still represents the image of the hotel! No, she's not. And C only when one colleague passes and who understands nothing has his signs tries to take care of us. Unfortunately room not ready se which is not serious in be but the or I tick it explains to us that there is no parking space available at the moment but is not serious we can come back to the evening and we will have one. So we o say OK no worries we're going to go for a ride. After he tells us for breakfast there is the hot option with a supplement we say no problem. Anyway we're in a best w we're going to eat well. Lol in the evening we do not get parking space! Then we were told yes then the room L Air Co which made noise all night. The ACCET has the room not easy at all with all its stairs. After it was C was clean but old the black knuckles thanks! For a BW c not the top the toilet we don't talk about it. The next day at breakfast we are limited yelled because we take eggs we do not understand what happens. At the reception there is no relay for breakfast. But suddenly a small breakfast very unpleasant with still a faith a Ghent lack of reception. When I asked for cocoa I had to limit the impression to piss him off.

Very disappointed this time. Error on the room I entered an already occupied room. The staff offered me another room and in the middle of the night another guest tried to get into mine. A let go on the unfortunate customer relationship for this hotel which level service and location is pretty good.

Very nice and quiet hotel. The street is not the best but the inside patio is a great plus!

We stayed for 4 night's. Great place, very close to Nation metro. There are many bars and restaurants around.

Nice place to stay. Tasty breakfasts, very good location near Nation station. Good price per night. Rooms are small but qute. One issue could be that you can hear almost everything in your room, but when I was staying here everthing was very quite.

Very nice hotel. The building is much than appears. Was able to check in 3 hours early as well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Located in a quiet and Nice is close to the Metro/Rer station Nation. One of the parameters of our choice.
The central area of the city is close by and is just a short metro ride.
For those who bet on the playground, always from Nation can take the train direct to Marne-La — Vallée Chessy.

The inside of the hotel is beautiful and well maintained as well as the rooms. Ours was for three people and it was very conveniently located overlooking the cloister.

Excellent home! Small hotel I like: discreet small and efficient! Only negative point: mattress in poor condition and all all, small small small mold in the bathroom.

Great Hotel! We had a big room with our very own kitchen, oven and fridge. Bathroom is spacious too with loads of toiletries which are replaced everyday. This made our first visit in the city of love truly a wonderful experience!

We were staying with my wife for 20 days in the hotel (10/07/15 to 7/30/15), we liked a lot. Attention to excellent reception, and always willing help and answer queries. The room with a rather small but very quiet kitchenette overlooking courtyard with greenery. Very good breakfast. Its location is very good, away from the Center, but with two metro stations very close.

A beautiful, suberes and modern Hotel is located in the City of Paris, good location! Nearest Metro and RER (S-Bahn) Station, about 10 min. I to Recommend! We were 4 days there. Paris is a beautiful city.

Cute little backyards behind the lobby. Haven't tried the breakfast but the staff was always very friendly and helpful.
