Very nice location, perfect staff, very clean, but too small rooms for that price and the same breakfast all 5 days of my staying…

➜ We spent only one night in this fabulous hotel! Ideal to be close to the AccorHotels arena and the place des Vosges the staff were very welcoming and friendly (especially Matthews) we found the room clean and cozy, the bed was very comfortable (good choice of pillows) the room overlooking a quiet and charming courtyard, for me who never gets to sleep well in a hotel I was delighted. Although we could not try the 24hsur24h room service it seemed to be worth the detour. Absolutely recommended.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms of small surface and room of water narrow but well equipped and clean. Comfortable bedding. Sound less efficient so expect to be awakened by your neighbor. Ikéa furniture without any style but pragmatic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-out quite effective. For those who come by car: Beware no parking nearby except places in the street. Only problem encountered: refusal to order me a taxi in advance which obliged me to wait for the taxi for 15 minutes.
