I took a chance and booked with Moris Hotel Paris last year for a trip in April. My flight out of France to Italy was cancelled by AirFrance and would like the hotel to work with me. Sadly they have refused any refund so far for my stay of 4 nights at a cost over $500. This was a birthday trip for a senior who turned 75. We don't plan on traveling to Europe at a future date because of his age. I understand cancellation policies but would have liked for them to at least offer a partial refund and work with their clients. I've booked through agoda and both properties have denied my request. During these uncertain and troubling times, Airbnb and other properties have opened up their hearts with understanding and worked with their clients. Unless I see even a partial refund I cannot recommend Hotel Moris or agoda and will continue to let others know who ask for advice.

Great hotel, nice and cosy with friendly staff. There are a few really good restaurants located just outside which is a must try. The hotel is a 3 minute walk to the metro and only 10 mins metro ride from Gare du Nord which is a bonus. Didn't have any issues while staying here. Room amenities are decent with a good minibar selection also, variety of drinks and snacks sat a decent price. Soundproofing is ok nothing amazing, you're more likely to hear your neighbour than people outside which is good I guess. The street outside isn't too noisy anyway so that's good also.

The hotel was in a very good location just over 100 meters from the metro, in the area of large boulevards. Attentive staff and nice rooms with newly renovated bathroom, minibar, safe and very clean. If I had to go back to Paris, I would definitely stay there again.

Very good value. Comfy, firm beds, big shower (for Paris) with great shower pressure. The rooms are a little small but it's really all you need. The staff is very nice and speak English. Location is really good too. Short walk to metro, lots of restaurants nearby too. The only cons are that it can get a little noisy.

Elevator is so small, only for one person with big suitcase or 2 persons without suitcase. Room is ok but a bit old. In my room, there is only one electrical socket. They only gave me soaps, no toothbrush/paste or other stuff. In the bathroom, there is bathtub shower. Staff is friendly. Can a bit noisy from the neighborhood.

Located on a pretty, quiet street a short walk from the Saint Martin Gate and the Metro 4 stop. Notre Dame can be reached with a pleasant 20-minute walk. Very friendly reception staff, modern, comfortable environment and with larger spaces than the accommodations of the same level. Comfortable and clean bed, elegant bathroom. Absolutely to consider for a stay in Paris spending a reasonable amount.

I stayed at this hotel, which is rather nice though high priced which is quite normal for the capital.
However, a garment (quite expensive) has "disappeared" from my room during the day (returning in the evening after my training, it was no longer there while it was resting on the backrest of the Chair when I left in the morning). I immediately reported it to the staff who informed me that the lingerie would be contacted to find him (I thought he had been inadvertently taken with the sheets) and that I would be kept informed. Result a few months later after several calls on my part, always the same thing: one must remind me and in the end I remind. On the part of a hotel which boasts its quality of reception of the client, I find this behaviour quite limited as far as there is no questioning, no excuses, accusing me of lying (knowing that I would not see well the interest for me to lie so for a garment, as expensive as it may be).
So the stay will be positive if nothing disappears from your room. For my part, I am exasperated to have paid a room to finally have a garment stolen or lost in their establishment and that my claim is not taken into account.

In A pedestrian street, very pleasant and quiet. The centre can be reached on foot. The rooms are comfortable, with parquet floors and a large bathroom. Only defect, the length of the bed.

Good hotel for family holiday.

Hotel located Porte St Martin, not far walk away. From the Grévin Museum. Room correct just a downside a little small.
But overall for Paris at 78 euros a room is accessible. Personal and Top Owner. Many restaurants around with bcp of choice.

Very clean, new hotel. On the other hand lack of sound insulation when noisy neighbors. Home to improve.

Rooms are old. Very tiny… and unless a person were not very friendly in the attention and solution of problems.

Hotel welcoming, clean, with pleasant rooms and professional staff, competent and friendly. Close to everything (subway, restaurant, show room), it is located in a pretty paved street with little traffic and quite quiet.

We spent two wonderful days in Paris; Not least thanks to this great hotel! The rooms are clean and functional; Staff always friendly and very helpful. The breakfast room and the buffet were exactly the same as our ideas. We like to come back again…! Thank you.

Absolutely loved our stay at hotel moris, the room was lovely, a decent size, comfy beds, free Wi-Fi, and it's located in such a great area, all the staff were very helpful and friendly, would stay again in a heartbeat.

Perfect! Typical Neighborhood. Rooms small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast in the cellar is Original. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location and easily accessible to the Strasbourg St. Denis Metro Station in less than 2 minutes by foot. Plenty of cafes and supermarket at this area. We stayed RM. 504 and it is a corner room so the room are quite spacious. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel if l visit Paris again.

Nice hotel, near to a subway station, notre dame and centre Pompidou. Friendly personnel. Nice and clean but small rooms.

We chose the hotel because of the price and the location. We also though it looked nice from the pictures. When we arrived something really unusual happened. The guy at the reception took my identity card and the credit card and was about to take a photocopie! I stopped him immediately and told him that it was not normal to take photocopy of a visa card! He seemed to be a bit uncomfortable afterwards and destroyed the paper. We then headed to the room and found it undone — it looked like someone just left the bed! I went down and complaint and we ended up getting a bigger and nicer room. I would actually recommend the hotel for its location and value — if it hadnt been for that credit card thing which is absolutely out of line. I also feel sorry for the other staff members (the cleaners did a great job! ) for giving bad reviews but I would not recommend anyone I know going there after the incident with the visa card.!

Modern, comfortable, reasonably priced, and in a great location. You wouldn't want much more from a budget hotel in Paris.

A little hotel in the center of Paris. A lot of sights and restaurants are in walking distance. Note that most rooms are smoking.

For the two days of the DroidCon Paris 2015, I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Clean, relatively quiet wherever possible since we're only in even in Paris. 5 mins from the red carpet where the DroidCon took place. Cool restaurants around. In short I don't give 5 stars because TV is a bit small and no coffee or tea possible in the room.
