Our stay was great! Room was beautiful, it had everything you needed and bathroom was well planned and had lots of room. Location is great. Close to metro. The hotel has been beautifully restored and has kept it's Art Deco charm. Breakfast was yum and they had something for everyone's taste. Staff very very helpfull and friendly and happy in there work. Room was spotless. Take away coffee cups in the room was the only odd thing. Would stay again… Virginia.

I stayed at this hotel for a long weekend with my family in Paris. I was expecting cramped rooms and lots of street noise because it's Paris. This could have not been further from the truth. I booked the Deluxe suite because I have two children. The sleeping areas were insulated well enough where my wife and I could enjoy each other's company while the children slept. There was also no noise from the surrounding area in my room. There was a delay in having my room ready when I arrived, but it was well-managed. I was greeted with an apology and free drinks while we waited. I checked my bags, enjoyed the drinks and chose to return several hours later. The service was exceptional the entire time, and they were very engaging with my children. This added to the "magic" of being in Paris. I had no complaints about my time at the hotel, and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone that asks about Paris.

I organized a 2 day seminar, and was very pleased. The rooms, the restaurant and meeting room are very nice and our guests loved the place. Excellent food at the restaurant and a very professional team. The location of the hotel is also very good. I highly recommend this hotel if you want your guests to have a Paris "vibe".

Strategically located near two metro lines, and many buses not far from important monuments and train stations. Simo stayed five days and we enjoyed it, I was positively impressed by the attention to the customer.

Great boutique style hotel from M Gallery by Sofitel (Accor Hotels). We've stayed here twice. Excellent, well sized, newly renovated and very quiet rooms. Walking distance from Bonne Nouvelle or Strasbourg St. Denis metro. Good dining options nearby.

This place is a very good hotel I am surprised that this is not a 5 star hotel Exceptional service Extremely fast check in and check out not to mention the delightful waiting room Staff were kind and knew what they were doing All and all a very good place to stay if you were staying in Paris I highly recommend it.

Nice Bar Very nice and tropical setting! Prices of drinks and cocktails a little high but this is due to the hotel setting.

Greatly enjoyed my stay. The rooms have memory foam pillows. The showers come with both a ceiling, rainfall faucet and a detachable, handheld one. The provided robes we're super cozy. Fantastic breakfast service, both delicious and with wide variety, available starting at 7am. Finally, had an excellent location; was super easy to either walk to where you wanted or there was a Metro station just one street away.

Very nice hotel located in within walking distance of so many of the best restaurants in Paris. The next time I visit Paris I'm definitely going to try to stay here again.

It's a solid 4* experience, from the guestroom configuration to the breakfast buffet. Everything is very well done, and service is mostly solid. There were some times when receiving service was delayed a bit (e. G. No bartender or server at tea, long wait for water at front desk, confusion over ordering a taxi) but they were not the norm. Only facility complaint is the guest bathroom: toilet is very uncomfortable, and shower cannot support simultaneous use of the main head and hand wand. Pretty small stuff. I'd definitely return at the right price.

Love the extremely friendly staff, they went above and beyond for us, giving us helpful tips on visiting Paris Most if not all the staff here spoke fluent English, in fact they had a better command of the English language that than the people in london … friendly, friendly, friendly… Thank you much! The hotel is doing a little bit of a renovation, nothing to be concerned about, my room had been recently renovated and was more than satisfactory, strong Wi-Fi, that you can make whatsap phone calls toll free from. We were intrigued by the vintage small elevator, very fun to ride in, I had always seen elevators like this in old movies … 1/4 mile or less than 10 minus stroll south west seems to be the happening place for Americans to eat. There is a eclectic mix of French cafe's and … cuisine that English and Americans are used to such as Hard Rock Cafe', Chipotle, McDonald's and the like, important if you have fussy kids along for the vacation. The French Cafe's seem more lively at the night hours, and the menus seem more understandable too, a little bit more down to earth and approachable than the others we had seen in other parts of Paris.

The hotel is very conveniently. You can quickly reach all Metro. The hotel is a small city hotel. However, the rooms were cold in the winter, there was no functioning heating system. The bathroom has mold and smell rises through the drain. The rooms are very thin so you can hear his neighbors. The breakfast is disappointing against the here many good reviews. The dining room is so small, that the people have to wait until what is free. There's only a coffee machine, which regularly is a snake. The scrambled eggs consists only of egg powder, the rest is very Spartan. All in all a rather bad hotel, only the central location convinces.

Very nice hotel, the price is seen in the quality of the service and the place. Ideally located in the Middle, the street does not mine but the inside is very nice. If you are passing on Paris and want to relax somewhere chic and well located, this hotel is for you.

The kitchen of the restaurant of the hotel is good but the service is slow and sometimes rough. We ordered two dishes and not given difference seeing them happen. However the dishes were very good.

This is a very nice restaurant. The food was very tasty and the service very good. We can recommend it for a relaxing, quiet and beautiful evening. The photos correspond to the reality on the Internet. Excellent price performance ratio. We had a very nice evening.

Spent six nights at this hotel. For five of them, neither elevator worked. When I checked in, one was already out, and then the first full day the 2nd one went out. I was on the 6th floor and had to walk the steps the entire time. No apologies, just excuses. They also missed my wake up call on the day I checked out. I blew my stack and they got me a cab to the airport. Location is great, but other than that stay somewhere else.
