Good location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Take it easy.

The staff was very nice and the location was great, right next to a train station, metro entrance, restaurants, and a convenience store. They upgraded our room and put us in a quieter part of the hotel which was nice at the end if the day. The only complaint I had was that when we first got there the room smelled musty but we opened the windows and got some air freshener and we're fine.

A cozy clean hotel near the East Station.

Very nice place to stay. The location was great for us, as we were taking the train next day, and the decoration is cool. The breakfast was very good, with many options and great coffee.

Definitely recommended. The place was ideal for a short stay (4 nights) — ideal connection by metro, comfortable bed, very clean and tidy, renovated rooms and bathrooms. Everything in perfect condition and very friendly staff. We had the nicest view from the 5th floor. A minus point would be that the rooms are small but given that they are only for sleeping that's totally acceptable and the breakfast was a little poor for the price (but nice places for breakfast are around for having a basic breakfast, especially by the Quai de Valmy 10 minutes walking from the Hotel).

The hotel was unique and just off the beaten path with access to everything. The team was professional but not stiff and robotic. Adrianna was kind and attentive like an old friend wanting to make you feel at home.

Very well maintained hotel 5 minutes from the train station. Nice staff, small but modern rooms. Wireless. Moderate prices. We haven't tested breakfast, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance with breakfast deals that are cheaper. Or just.

MINABLE service! Refusing to refund a cancellation to a loyal customer does not demonstrate great management intelligence! A lost customer! The Holliday'Inn is right next door and at the same price, with superior service!

Very bad reception racist limit with remarks: "We are in France here we speak French", Price of the night announced €212 while on the reservation sites The price is maximum of €70, it is a shame! It is better to be a wealthy Saudi or an Asian tourist to be treated in a civilized way, to vomit.

Not the most expensive hotel, but for a short stay as we did it is very good! Comfy bed, nice view on the train station, helpful staff, clean, new rooms, I'd go back there again!

Great stay… Very comfortable and value for money.

We were there in December and, to be honest, I didn't like it at all! We spent a sum on a hotel that doesn't count! First of all the friendliness: except a black and the night gentleman, no one greets there! The cleaning does not exist: we arrived in the room that there was a cap on the ground and that cap remained there throughout the stay! The shower we do not talk about: the water came out all out and the liquid soap was finished, which had not been replaced during the probable "cleaning". And the TV just got a few channels… In short, I strongly advise everyone to go there as they are located hotel mile at a much lower price.

All in all quite tidy. Close to the Gare de l'est.

Small rooms but cosy and clean… staff professional and polite … cable TV need to be improve wall are not soundproof neighbour next door was too noisy listening to music or watching tv.

Very small rooms and none of the rooms were sound proof. We complained to reception about a noisy next door neighbor who would keep talking to herself/phone until the early hours of the morning and security did absolutely nothing. We stayed 2 nights here resulting in little sleep due to the noisy rooms and proximity to the train stations. The rooms were the size of a shoebox. Never will book this hotel again.

Hotel well located near the two stations that of the east, the nearest and 5 minutes from the station of the north. The room was clean with mini-bar and safe and the bathroom clean although small but super functional, with spacious shower. The hotel is quiet although you feel the subway pass. Efforts to improve Wi-Fi.

Very attentive to the reception staff, all nice and super clean. Cozy. A few steps from the metro and bus stops. The bus leaves you in 15min in the Eiffel tower and its vicinity.

Room where nicely renovated. Very good location if an early morning train to catch. Too bad breakfast is so so expensive!

A clean cozy hotel. Near the metro station and the East Station. On the ground floor is the Monoprix store. Nearby are McDonald's, a bakery and several cafes.

Decent hotel, not perfect but not bad either. Rooms are cozy but clean. Street side rooms have a nice view of Gare du Est.

Bad, impolite as all French Hospitality stuff. By mistake of booking system payment interruption, they took 2 times money for one room from my account. Cheap, bad location in bad area of Paris, impolite stuff, in generally no value for money, better to stay in hostel than in this weird hotel, or pay more for nice feeling and accommodation. PS miserable room, the smallest one, I ever stay,. Each closet or cabinet is bigger one.

Decent quality, good price, great location. Small room but didn't mind as only stopped over for a night.

Rooms are very small. Wifi is free but very slow. Tv is paid extra, anything from the minifridge is extra cost. The hotel is located about an hour walk from most major tourist attractions in a very dirty area of the city. Walls are paper thin and pocket doors to bathroom do not create full privacy. The parking is not affiliated with the hotel, you will have to park at Gare du l'est underground where you will spend €34 per night. We were on the 5th floor and could feel the train pass underneath every few minutes. Positives are there is a good pizza place two doors over and a grocery store right beside it.

Beautiful location. View from our room was amazing. Both room and bathroom had a balcony. Shower was exceptionally large for hotel standards. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were VERY clean.

Right next to Gare de L'est so easy travel and easy quick shopping. Nice rooms and service. Both English and French easily spoken.

The hotel looks good and the staff are friendly, rooms well kept but. I found a lot of spiders… Nothing terrible, quiet and the temperature you can choose comfortably. Kettle only with an infused king and no chamomile.

The room and the bathroom we are not especially large but completely i. O. Were Zufrieden. Freundliche staff. To give tasty food, Metro, or Bus are directly directly. Was a great time. Therefore to recommend! Merci!

Are only a few small things to complain about, (shower head not clean, breakfast coffee only against payment) but all in all, OK.

I travel a lot and this is one of the more clean I've seen. The rooms are very good. Breakfast also. Small flat, one-time problem at the power of the percolators the morning of the breakfast. Wi — Fi also function very well.

This is a noisy hotel. There is street noise. There is adjacent room water pipe noise. There is loud footstep noise. And the elevator has a "knocking" noise every time it moves. Difficult to sleep at night.

Good hotel however the room that I had been struggling entrenue bcp route on the duvet of the brands and even a tear not to mention the toothpick back on the lamp the light in the office dessu. Receptionist very competent and serious.

They're clearly in the process of renovating, (no work at the time we were staying) so the lobby was nice and new. The gentleman we mostly saw at the front desk (Gauthier) was VERY sweet and we enjoyed his helpful ideas and resources. The room was small (but, on par for Paris) but very new and very clean, and had many efficient ways to store your personal belongings and clothing. It was very quiet. The breakfast in the morning (a small extra charge, but very worth it on the mornings where you don't feel like searching! ) was a great variety and a healthy spread of hot/cold items, plus fresh juices and coffee. The hotel is steps away from Gare d'Est which was great to access trains and Metro (though made the surrounding area a little run down. ) A very nice little hotel, we were VERY satisfied with the value we got for our money. Would stay again/recommend to friends and family.

Nice hotel, but expensive for what you get. Currently under construction so there was lots of noise and dirt around, but should be comfortable once the renovations are finished.
