Room quite small but clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and varied breakfast. The area between two train stations is not the best used but the hotel can't help it.

Home correct. Baggage can be left in storage outside arrival and departure times. We reported a problem with the draining of water from the sink and the fouling of the bathroom ventilation grate as well as the bathtub faucet that was poorly secured. Our comments were appreciated. Decent breakfast with all-you-can-eat buffet. External context not very secure.

Basic hotel, small rooms, does not have air conditioning, was clean. Location is amazing and within 5 mins of walking distance to 2 train stations. Lots of East Asian restaurants and shops nearby which are open till late night. The hotel has a decent breakfast every morning including breads, croissants, coffee and eggs. You can leave your luggage in the hotel if you need to, outside of checkin or check out time. Overall we had a comfortable stay. Mostly used for sleeping at night after hectic day of sightseeing.

Good hotel for short or convenient stay. Near Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est. Better options available for tourism. Clean and friendly.

Freshly renovated and clean room. The bedding is good. The soundproofing is not good, however, you can easily hear the sounds of the hallway, the elevator and the adjoining rooms. There is no air conditioning in the room. Breakfast is simple, nothing out of the ordinary. The staff are discreet but helpful. I came here for the lower rate than the hotels around.

Small but comfortable rooms, bathroom cleaning and daily room, I was expecting maybe a richer breakfast.

Very good value for a hotel in the middle of Paris, very close to the subway and the station of the north. The rooms are all refurbished and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing between the rooms.

I had read the review of this hotel prior to booking so I had prepared myself what to expect in the room and hotel when I arrive. We were an hour early to check in the receptionist kindly welcomed us and gave us room key. Room was clean and tidy. It's a basic small double bedded room. In room we had tv, safety lock, kettle, hair dryer, free toiletries and room service everyday. This hotel is close to gare du nord train and bus station. You have plenty of restaurants near. The surrounding is noisy and filled with men always. Not a safe surrounding to be honest. The receptionist had slight English knowledge. Staffs didn't know English. The room had heater which could be controlled by it's knob. It was handy as we didn't want the heater to be on always. Overall it's a basic hotel with good service. For the price and benefits I highly recommend this hotel. Not all hotel would be ticking all the boxes you want.

The hotel is wonderful. Very good location. Everything easily accessible. Moreover reception staff is very helpful and cooperative. Provided us room b4 booked time and even after d booking got cnxlld. Thanks a ton.

It was good stay with extremely good location, but their early check-out policy is pretty bad. We had to checkout early in the morning and had requested for either early breakfast or refund of the breakfast charges for the day as we had prepaid the charges online, but none was provided.

Nice and clean hotel. Rooms are pretty basic, but provide everything you need.

Clean room and bathroom, though very small. Close to metro stations. I enjoyed my stay here until two nights before I was to leave. I had a gold gift bag on the table with receipts from my trip. When I came back for the night, it was gone. I'm 100% sure the cleaning lady threw it out, even though she denied it. I guess partly my fault for leaving stuff out. It didn't occur to me that they might not be trained to not throw anything away, especially something in a gold gift bag. I went to the front desk to see if the trash had been thrown out, and the person there barely spoke English. I don't expect everyone to speak my language, but if you work at a hotel dealing with tourists, you should know basic English. I had to use Translate to get my points across, and at the end, she just said "too bad for you. " I get that it's her bad English, but that's another reason why you should be able to communicate well in the hospitality business.

Hotel located halfway between the North station and the Gare de l'est. The area is not extraordinary but the hotel is renovated, the rooms are beautiful, the bedding is good and the bathroom very functional. Only small defect, soundproofing could be better but this is the case in many hotels for this price range.

Small but comfortable room. Very convenient for one or two nights in Paris.

The hotel was exellant, very close to gare du nord and east, helpfull and polite staff clean and comfortable room. I enjoy too much for staying there.

This is a 1 to 2 star hotel. No air conditioning/heat in the room, freezing room on a day where temp outside was 11 deg. Celsius, staff said no heat until winter. Vent from bathroom is in the room, you can also hear the water down the pipes in the ceiling when someone from the floor above is flushing the toilet. Overrated by saff in the reviews most likely.

3 star hotel great value and nice staff.

Great locations when taking trains or airplanes Rooms are fine, there is however always something that does no work (blinking light, TV…). Clean. Great personnel.

Everything there is good can improve the facilities for disabled person so will be perfect…
