No complaints other than my room was a bit noisy (but it’s central Paris — so go figure). Clean rooms for 80€/night. Great location — the back streets offer many and varying eating and drinking options, all of a very high standard.

Apart from the bathroom quite small for the rest nothing to say friendly staff and helpful clean adequate breakfast buffet… good quality suitable price also the location close to the Metro and other buses.

Excellent location but in the bathroom there is a support x nothing and give only towel x shower x face Nothing you see that they wash themselves or evening or morning pity that you lose in this breakfast fee 8/90cent. There is no salty.

My family and I stay at this hotel for 3 nights. I must say it was ok not very bad neither very good. I must say Vathanan and Virgini and one of the housekeeping ladies (with short hair, seem older) very awesome. Having years of experience in guest relations I would say you all have the best personality and attitude suited at the hotel. I didn’t had to deal to with much others so I can’t say about them but there is a young lady that works at the reception in the mornings. My god she is so unfriendly disgusting and her bad attitude stinks. She is helpless… she is certainly not for the front desk put maybe in the kitchen not even housekeeping… we didn’t eat at the restaurant but it’s seems clean. A next main point, yes I know the housekeepers maybe busy at getting there work done but doing it an orderly way Is great. Every Morning we awake to go for our coffee the hall ways by the elevator is packed up with (dirty towels, sheets, detergents, etc… it’s look very messy for Guest to see… but I must say the cleanliness of the hotel is 5 stars.

Front desk was helpful. Good location to the gibus concert venue we attended as well as the nord train station.

The worst place to sleep I have tried. Noise from the street throughout the day and if by chance you have to open the windows because of the heat, no sleep for sure. Noise and bumping unceremoniously from 7 in the morning of the cleaning service, the rooms are tilted and are tiny, and the internet connection is lousy and very slow. Not sure I return to see the hair.

Big scam for the price pays no comfort. Empty cushions medium bed. It is a non-air conditioned hotel and for a month we suffered from heat even at night. The Windows did not fully remember. Plus c too hot and too noisy is not worth the price request c of the scam. Even free I will not return to this prison cell.

Terrific! Connectivity with all, by many close lines of metro, an alternative economic and comfortable, even after check Out they allowed me to leave my bags until I went to the airport which allowed me to give one last lap around the city.

No point in against to the hotel, we arrived a few hours before the check in and the room was already available. The person who greeted us speaks several languages and we knew how to give directions to transport us from the hotel to the centre of the city and by the most important monuments. Some advantages of the hotel: a metro station is located a few blocks away (gare de l'est), it also has important services to its surrounding area such as (atms, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants). Highly recommend the stay in the hotel.

Our stay at the hotel was good. The room when we returned from the street was always clean, the bathroom organized, in addition to having a bath tube. The staff is very polite and always helped us with any queries. The breakfast is good, ideal and with a very yummy croissant. The hotel is in an interesting spot, close to several metro stations and attractions in Paris. Will certainly stay again at a next opportunity.

The room was fine and the location is in walking distance to nearest metro train. But, the staff wasnt really friendly and helpful.

Room was small but cozy. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet was great. The Wi-Fi is very inconsistent and the elevator was frequently out of service (stayed on the 6th floor)

The rooms are big and clean. Breakfastroom is a little small, but very good selection of food. Staff very friendly and nice. Bathroom with bathtub is clean. The hotel is under renovation and everywhere is looking new and accommodating. The only complaint is the beds. They are very bad, and the only reason I don't give the hotel 5 stars for the value for the money ratio. If they keep the current price level we will sertainly come back again.

Good location for transport and amenities. Friendly staff. At least our room was clean, modern and in a good condition. As a minus, we discovered that the bedsheets had not been changed since the guest before us.

Very clean, room with heating, just a detail you can't rest, the girls that do the cleaning started very early and do not have the minimum decency or respect for the soil of the other guests.

If you are looking for a place to just crash overnight, this place is okay. It is not a great place to stay in. The rooms are extremely tiny and not that great. You cannot check-in earlier than 2PM despite of specifying your early arrival to the staff in advance. Overall this is just a cheap place to crash overnight.

A simple basic clean hotel where you can enjoy your holiday at affordable cost.

They were able to accommodate us on a walk in basis last minute after another place didn't work out in Paris. All The staff was wonderful and super friendly. The Rooms served us well and had all we needed while in Paris. Close to both Est and Nord train station. Front desk clerks were awesome! Good bakery around the corner. Supermarket right down the street. Super safe hotel and location.

Not amazingly located, yet still a great little hotel within walking distance to enough metro stations to get you anywhere in Paris. Prices are surprisingly low, especially when compared to the exorbitant fares of crappy Paris hostels. We got a spacious room with super comfortable beds and a huge window. Power points next to each bed, small but functional bathroom, NO CARPETS (I could not accurately describe how much I hate carpets, especially in hotels) … All in all, a surprisingly good hotel for its category.

Looking for the Metro, Gard du Est.

Well located, friendly and predisposed reception, clean rooms. All good overall.

Stayed in Est Hotel for 4 nights, it was basic, but comfortable, clean and had all the amenities. However the Wi-Fi was terrible and only did the basic formats. The nice young lady working in the reception was always bright, cheerful, always helpful, is a true assit to the running of the hotel. Thank you very much.

Great location near transport services, staff very friendly and always present, room not very big but always very clean and great value for money.

It is a hotel with high prices from Paris, but services are lousy. Connecting to the internet is mission impossible, the corridors are half-finished, there is dust, small rooms, baths, minimal and very little responsiveness to the needs of the tourist. The location is good, and that justifies me only star. Do not ask for photos. I didn't want to ruin me, camera or take me the wrong impression that house… Never again.

Nice and comfortable little room. The staff was friendly and able to speak English. The room was clean; towels, hairdryer and soap were included. The hotel is located not too far from the Metro and the train station.

We had a reservation, when we arrived they had the room. The skinny was at that time or be bothered to find out what had happened. Wave gave us a room in a subsoil for the night. The other day the manager told us that it was a mistake of them. We did spend a moment of shit because we didn't know if we were going to be able to go or if we had to pay again. They gave us a new room, demasíado small for a marriage and a baby. The bathroom is tiny. It was very well set, very good cleaning and very good breakfast. The location is excellent near the metro station.

Concierge who is friendly but long to relax. Renovation to be planned in all the communes: cables that hang in the entrance, crooked ceiling slats, in the hallway in front of our room there was carpet on the ground only a few meters, badly carved and laid.
In the room the lighting was not working. We had to use the bathroom lighting to move around.

Why two stars.

Stayed for 6 days. Room was well furnished with a rather grand bathroom. Shower gel, hand soap, towels, and even a hair-dryer was provided and restocked during daily room cleaning (between 10am-2pm). Location is close to Gare du Nord station, which makes it really convenient given the immense number of transport options there. Many good bakeries and patisseries around as well, most of them are just a short walk away. They also have a breakfast buffet for less than €10/day, but I recommend going out to buy your breakfast from the nearby bakeries instead, as it's cheaper and the pastries are nicer. Receptionists were warm and friendly, and able to speak English. Only downside is that the soundproofing between rooms isn't that great, so you can sometimes hear people in other rooms.

Location of the hotel is very good as you can walk the subway in the direction of Eiffel Tower or Louvre. They then go through without a Switch. It is also close to the Gare du Nord. The rooms are small but functional. The cleanliness of the bathroom was good. I didn't try Breakfast. We stayed here one night.

So noisily and many criminal persons around the block. Smell of disinfection liquid inside the room. Small room, tiny toilet and shower. Steep and narrow upstair and no elevator. But clean and not far from center. And cheap price. And unexpected breakfast for free.

Fantastic location which is situated 10mins (walk) from Gare du Nord station and a 1min walk from Gare d'lest station with access to all the tourist areas. On the downside the hotel is very old and really tiny with lots of defects. This hotel needs a massive uplift. It's a real budget for a few nights only! Tiny lift and thin walls which means you can literally hear everything that's happening in the next room even when the people next door are having a shower tuts tuts.

If going a few days to Paris and want a cheap hotel near the Center, near a major train station (Gare de l'Est), metro and buses, quiet district. This can be yours. Acceptable breakfast, fair facilities. But we have said that we're just going to go to sleep, no? They have rooms with bathroom and TV, or we saw it.
There are many signs that are not responsible for missing things. It is not a good sign. Do not leave anything valuable in the room. OK for what it is worth, not more.
