Small but everything very clean! Breakfast OK, 24h bar, but unfortunately overpriced! Very dense windows, were right next to the street but hardly heard anything! With open windows, however, it is impossible to sleep. By and large have been very satisfied!

Why are we getting a four-star? The carpet leaves folds that to be desired, the space in the bathroom is more than tight. My bed linen had tears on the cushions, when cleaning the rooms the cleaners cut the air conditioning while the outside temperatures are close to 40 degrees Celsius. A room that is too hot to cool down before falling asleep. Lots of screws on the courtyard. Breakfast is a buffet where you are not too reassured about the quality and freshness of the deli arranged on a wooden board not covered for several hours.

Great location in up and coming area. All in all a good value. Maurice at check in is very helpful and knowledgeable. You can get some of your activity tickets from hotel. Small but very clean rooms. Nice continental breakfast.

I really liked it. Very cute hotel, very nice location for young couples and good prices. Don't expact for more than a nice place to rest. Clean and have nice style.

Basic hotel with tiny but cozy rooms, the infamous French carpets and a decent bathroom. Wi-fi is capped down for some gaming destinations and video streaming. Quiet and peaceful, not the nicest staff on Earth but no rudeness either.

Happy with both the room and the service. The staff was very friendly, and I did not find the rooms particularly small. Specially enjoyed the bathroom which had a really good shower.

Many musicians stay here and like the hotel and area around it. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very good reception and very good location in a lively and accessible area. Small but modern room, clean, small bathroom also but modern and clean, powerful shower, soft linen, very comfortable bedding… The most: candy bar (yet we came without the kids/teens who would have thrown themselves on;-) but also enjoyable for adults… The least: small glass at the bar in the evening before going to a show and no lemonade to make a Monaco or a simple cooler… too bad. So took a syrup with water! And the next morning, more normal butter at breakfast, just half salt… must love… and sometimes if you have a special diet without salt for medical reasons for example… no butter half-salt… orders to review;-) Nice staff (too bad the agent Housekeeping/restoration was "reprimanded" in the morning because of the butter in the dressing room next to us because the walls are so thin (rather the partitions) that we heard everything during our breakfast… not pleasant for us… and poor employee…

Not sure how this hotel has a 4 star rating. One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the rating. First, the lift could barely hold 2 people, plus bags. 4 of us travelling. Hallway very narrow. Cleaning cart in front of our room. No one around to move it. Room very small. Had a queen size bed. No room to move around, and no place for luggage except floor. Bathroom tiny. Lift did not work when we checked out. Had to carry bags down stairs. Breakfast included with room rate, however, that's an additional 10 euros per person. Don't let breakfast included fool you. The only reason I give a 2 star is the fact that the staff was very nice and helpful, and the hotel is very clean. Would I recommend this hotel. No. Sorry.

Hotel in a complicated area but once the door is passed everything becomes easy, clean, warm.

Everyone is sup nice and speaks English. I broke a plant and they were cool about it.

Great location close to transportation.
The room was very clean with everything needed.
But sleep is subjected to harsh test with the noise of the air-conditioning/heating despite its standby mode. Thanking our neighbors for not making too much noise as our room was quite secluded.
The great breakfast catches up!
Finally, the staff is at the top! They are accommodating, pleasant and discreet!

There are two best reasons for this: cleanliness and friendliness.

The room and bathroom are smaller than I've seen, the shuttle service to the airport was painful, in a van, dirty and a driver eastern very rude and lousy driver.

Good option to choose near Paris Nord station… It is a small hotel but it's located near Paris Nord station (5mins) We choose this hotel keeping next day journey in mind… Metro station is very near hence making it easy to travel around Paris Has very good and many options for food near hotel.

Welcome to the top, the rooms are small (normal in Paris) but well renovated, the bed is comfortable and the breakfast perfect. The staff are friendly. Great location.

Clean and tidy. Convenient facilities. But rather small so I had to find more space for my suitcase by using the space under the desk.

Nice rooms, they were a bit small though but that's typically French, the bed was good, so was the shower and the bathroom. It all seemed a bit cramped but good. The hotel had a nice French vibe to it.

Young man who checked us in was wonderful and extremely helpful! Elevator and rooms are extremely small but bed was comfortable. Check your bill carefully as they tried to charge me for two days of breakfast that I did not eat! If you're looking for a place to sleep this is a good place to go. If you want anything more than to sleep and shower this is not the hotel for you. We were out all day site seeing so this place was fine for what we needed and there was a safe in the room so that was helpful too.

Clean, decent sized rooms, professional, knowledgeable staff, close to the metro, restaurants, grocery store, and a laundromat. Overall good, modern vibe. Would recommend.

We had a great time in Paris and this hotel although not the newest was actually a great location and the staff were a pleasure to deal with. We'd stay there again for sure. We experienced at least 5 different front desk staff and all of hem were interested in helping us enjoy our stay. Thanks guys! Thanks breakfast ladies!

We spent a week here, the staff is exceptional. So helpful and friendly. The rooms, while small (It is Paris, after all) were perfectly cleaned daily. The location is excellent, we managed the Metro and also the bus into the heart of Paris with ease. The price is reasonable, and we would stay here again!

Small spaces is expected in Paris. But a disaster is that the cold water is missing, just in June. To brush your teeth, you can take the lukewarm Begrüßungsevian to happiness. (No fridge)
To the room not very clean.
The area highly interesting (and loud), especially if you like to even loosely together mixed see arms, bums, tourists, supposedly cool young people and rodents. Unique. But for about 200 euro charge?

Hotel very well located close to theaters near the Porte St-Martin. The decoration of the hotel and rooms out of the ordinary and is well worth the visit. The staff is very courteous and attentive to your needs. Ideal for a weekend in Paris.

The neighborhood is very popular and little clean, but the perfect hotel.
Close to all the sites, and well connected with Metro.
Small as all the area, but well equipped and clean rooms.
If you go with children rooms are connected.
They have air conditioning and heating.

Good value for money. The room is small, the wardrobe, but it is clear, has television, dock for Apple devices with old connector, television (channels in French) and, most importantly, free Wi-Fi for customers. The room in which we stayed was quite quiet and inner. The exterior don't know how will be the district has enough environment.
Speaking of the neighborhood it is a little reserved and is quite multicultural (style Lavapiés in Madrid), it has a lot of services around, is quite safe, avenues are spacious, and has about 4 and 9 subway lines.

Were in Paris with her daughter in may 2008. Have read bad reviews about the hotel, but was pleasantly surprised! Immaculately clean, helpful, clean, very миниатюрно! (Cubicles, lockers, corridor! ). The staff is very friendly and unobtrusive! In some withdrawal read that it is impossible to sleep — disco under Windows? — very quiet! No discos not see! Soundproofing Windows — on the level, air conditioning works! — no need to open the window! Outlet, however, hardly found somewhere under the table! and the soul is very uncomfortable — water on the floor flowing! In General, a normal condition — week stay and relax after an eventful day.

First the good news. Staff responsive and understanding, quite clean and tidy. Furniture, linen, facilities in order. The size of the room is small, but the bathroom is a decent size. There is everything for recreation on the evaluation of 3* super. Location of the hotel is full of shit. Range of cheap eateries, where day and night thumps and carry «black people». Feeling that they simply have nothing to do. I'm not racist, but I am the type of product воротило. Night had to close the window, not to hear the loud communication and noise of passing motorcyclists. The room in the hotel daily something worked. Chemical smell knocked down. Covered pillows towels to sleep. People! If there is желение go to Paris, find a hotel in a more suitable living place.
