Rooms are small and lobby smell is very bed.

A very expensive hotel for what it offers, as it is far from luxury. To get to Paris, you have to go over the ring road. It's creepy, dirty and polluted. Around the hotel, this is the area, and there is not much except a Courtepaille restaurant with random service.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very poor. Small bathroom. The room was very noisy. First card/key defective. No fast food, if you arrive late. Four stars?

Really disappointed a 4 star service where you are placed just above the boiler room of the blow impossible to open the window without being disturbed and as the air conditioning is only brewing and conditioned nothing C sucks… On the other hand you are told Yes yes you have the chains being sport I report 1 time then 2 times I do not pick them up, we answer you "we send you a technician" but nobody comes… And when I talk to the reception it's borderline if you insult me… The night watchman is rude… It is not a bed kingsize but 2 beds side by side (classic) … Fortunately the breakfast is good it goes up a bit the level… In short I would not put my feet.

It's a beautiful hotel with extremely helpful staff. Rooms are perfect size. Beds are comfortable. Showers are decent size but takes time to adjust.

Business hotel. Shortage of bar staff. Good breakfast. Room clean and fairly quiet.

Liked: Availability and perfect home. Attentive to the customers and particularly friendly and helpful. Great TV in the room with lots of channels. Bravo.
Mons Aimé: Noises in the rooms near the elevators. Unbearable. I had to change rooms. Book at the end of the corridor. No double door on the hallway. Damage.

Frankly I am a very loyal customer of the hotels Accor but this establishments nor not worthy of a hotel Accor the staff very unpleasant is and as the cleanliness zero I recommend you really stayed in this hotel.

I recommend this establishment for the organization of seminars and banquets. The very professional team of seminars.

The overall experience is good but to be a 4 star hotel has enough shortages, I don't know how the competition will be but it has left me a taste of gherkins and I expected something better.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and nice room, quiet hotel, but bathroom a bit old-fashioned! Restaurant of the hotel genial, they adapt meals to food allergies it's top. Very nice staff.

Rooms that would need a little refreshment. But the bedding is good, nice sized Philips ambilight screen.

Surprising restoration. The quality of the kitchen, the precision of the cooking are sublimated by the table service. The smile and the thoughtfulness of this place is a moment of grace.

Not worth 4 * of the price also, poorly soundproof, old-fashioned, 6:00 the brooms of the wagons start for the cleaning impression of the passage of an airplane. Good point restaurant, breakfast. I will not come back to that. Work upstairs, scented fresh paint, impossible to take the stairs, … I'll let you imagine. It is inconceivable to leave open a floor in such circumstances to the detriment of customers.

For 2-3 nights quite ok, but no more either. Breakfast is quite ok. The room view would be very good, but not cleaned very carefully here. Also, an extremely unpleasant smell of smoke in our room, though and was said we would have a non-smoking room. What a pity. The position is quite good, is in 15-20 min in the Center. Installation and Metro were very good.

A real journey in space and time… Finally East Germany in the years 80 was not the destination that I thought would reach by taking a 4 star a bit disappointed.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast.

No false advertising, helpful front desk and employees, breakfast is paid, but they told us that when we asked. Good location for public transportation, air-conditioning is lacking some, we have it cranked all the way to cold and fast fan speed and the room will only get to 23c. Over all, very happy with our stay.

Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy walking distance to the metro and shops for snacks and quick meals. Standard exorbitant prices for soda and snacks at the hotel. While the staff was not overly friendly they were helpful when asked. Overall a good place to stay.

Room and hotel as all the others. What I did like is that you can see the other person take his shower through a glass. Decoration awful. Hideous red lamp. Lot's of noise byr good staff.

English communication is a problem. When I check in, a staff informed me that breakfast starts from 6:30am. I asked her "Is breakfast included? ". She replied "yes, it is included. " When I check out, talking to the same staff, I found out that I get charged for breakfasts. I told her that I thought breakfast is included. She said, "Breakfast is included, but it is not free. " … sigh. Honestly, for 18, 90 euro, the breakfast is good. I tried all the food, and ate a lot on the breakfast of my first day of stay. But for the next 4 days, as a tourist, I want to try variety of food in Paris. So, I only ate a little, because thinking that the breakfast is "included". For a cup of juice with a couple of boiled egg, 18, 90 is not worth it. I would not go there for the next 4 days if I was correctly informed that breakfast was NOT INCLUDED.

Very good hotel. Highly recommended. It's not close to the city centre but the metro will get you anywhere in no time. Breakfast was excellent. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff helpful and pleasant.

Room corect but restaurant very limited: pavé of cod that is not cooked for many hours… ; Breakfast outdated yurt! Efforts to make to look like a mercury.
