Beautiful hotel built on the right-of-way of a former hosiery factory and good quality services as well as hospitality.
A 4th star narrowly missed due to a clutter on the room's availability schedule between the information given by phone in the morning and that distilled at the reception on arrival where we had the unpleasant surprise of waiting long ava take possession. The quality of service must also be found in customer communication.

Beautiful huge, clean room. Staff not efficient at breakfast, ow in topping up, if at all.

The room was great, massive room with good facilities, tea coffee making, aircon, shame the shower head would not stay at the top of the pole and the soap dispenser fell of the wall. The hotel bar is a little to be desired not offering much in the way of choice so go into the town for drinks and meals, breakfast was a little basic, have had better in some uk greasy spoon cafes so if it’s just a room you need this will do but don’t expect anything else.

Hotel in the city center, very pleasant in the furnishing. Very spacious rooms, and nicely decorated. Bed large and comfortable, very good sound proofing. Convenient access to the garage with the room card, for an honest cost of 10eur per day. The only flaw is the exhausting slowness of the Wi-Fi connection. I don't understand why give Wi-Fi and then limit the speed to the point of making it difficult even to just send and receive mails.

Looks good, Nice room, friendly staff, large parking in the basement shared with sister hotels from the Accor group. Straight in the center close to restaurants.

Stay organized for a working meeting the hotel is right in the center of Troy, rather pretty inside and outside, the rooms are spacious (although it is a bit too hot for my taste) The staff is attentive and friendly.

Large and comfortable room. Just the gym which is located in the other Ibis hotel.

Very good hotel in the center of Troyes very good location, 5min walk to the town hall and next to the cinema. Very nice entrance, well lit for Christmas. Very large privilege room, not great layout and for some will miss the bathtub. Otherwise impeccable bed. Service very well. And decent breakfast.

Fine accommodation — will try it again next August.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are tidy and stylish. The price was ok for a Junior suite.

Beautiful hotel well positioned to discover Troyes without the need of the car. Room spacious cleanliness impeccable. Small downside on breakfast whose value for money is not really justified.

Frankly a very appreciated hotel and we understand why… The area and the quality of the rooms and the bedding, the cleanliness and modernity of the rooms equipped with flat screen TV and beautiful bathrooms, … The reception, the breakfast very hearty and quality, I will return with pleasure…

Nice friendly establishment, what it takes to modern, often promos via Weekendesk. Extra Breakfast.

The net curtains were not clean. Hair in the bath. Needed own pillow there's needed washing pillow case clean though. Tried to get news in English. No channels at all not even sky news.

Lovely hotel in lovely area with lovely courtyard dead quiet at night lovely breakfast only problem is when Troyes are playing it seems commonplace if you look at other reviews rooms cannot be ready until 20.00 to accommodate the football teams. I was ring in advance about this and objected as had 7 hour drive in advance and a dog. Despite saying it would be okay when I arrived they again tried to tell me the room would not be ready till 8 pm. After objecting loudly got a room but it seems there is no offer of events free drink or discount for not getting your room for 5 hours. That is poor. My advice is check Troyes football fixtures! Troyes itself nice lively mixed town with good nightlife and good choice of restaurants of all nationalities.

Beautiful large rooms with chiller in the room. Staff very helpful. Breakfast to die for mainly continental but some hot food. Best continental breakfast I've ever had. Convenient for restaurants opening late.

Check in time was 8pm and no discount offered which was disappointing. However rooms were clean, modern and very spacious. Bathrooms very clean and the breakfast was delicious.

I stayed here three nights total with a few days away in-between. My first experience was four star second two. Hence the 3 stars. There's a huge amount of competition in this sector. It's on paper a good mid range hotel. My first experience was good as my room was a true double bed and my shower was in the ceiling and everything worked happy days. Not for my mother in law whose toilet kept flushing all night. I won't go into details but she told reception and nothing was done so she tried to flush the toilet with the waste paper bin. That didn't work. She also didn't sleep with the noise of the toilet. Bad for her. We were on a car rally and the underground carpark was welcome especially when you are in a classic car. However when we returned a few days later we were told the carpark was booked out and the prices we had agreed of the rooms had increased. I had two single beds loosely tied together and a terrible shower. It's a mixed bag this place. Our experience of it was exactly that. Sorry to be such a dull review but on the plus side breakfast (if you get it included in your rate) is great.

A good stay in its entirety, a junior suite sympathetic despite small misses (stains on the carpet for example).
The staff are attentive and smiling. Breakfast is very well provided.
I regret however a parking in addition (10 euros) and the exorbitant price of the products in the mini bar.
In short for 250 euros per night (Junior Suite + parking) we have little better…
To redo in the classic room.

Clean and very stylish. Close to the centre and all amenities. The service is OK. The rooms are spacious. Our family to loved. Loved.
