The reception is very good, the room is clean.
On the other hand the bed a catastrophe, mattress dig in the middle one rises the back in bulk and it is prayed that it breaks every time we turn around. In short we will not come back because we pay to sleep and we slept very badly…

Well equipped room with air conditioning. Ideal for a pair with two young children. Small water Point. Very good breakfast. Ideal for a night for a holiday break.

Very bad reception. Despite a renovated hotel the rooms are dilated. I do not recommend for families. Looks like a locoqte.

The price is good as well as the service but the room was not super nice a few tasks to the floor, paint that picked up next to the small bathroom.

Ideal for sleeping in a stopover. Comfort to the bare minimum but that is what is sought. Hotel a little old.

A difficult review to write — this is a one star hotel after all! This hotel is tired, needs a lick of paint but has comfy beds (bring an extra pillow), heating that works, a TV & provides a great ensuite option for the budget traveller. Rooms were reasonable clean & we weren't kept awake. As a reviewer who works in the accommodation industry, three things are unforgivable: 1) the room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Really strongly! 2) no plates or bowls are provided at breakfast. It makes eating the provided cereal quite difficult. 3) the surrounding landscaping is littered with loads and loads of cigarette butts and the odd condom. A great alternative to a hostel or a campsite. If your budget stretches to an ibis, go there instead.

Night staff Welcoming first impression: a strong smell of cigarettes very unpleasant, for cleanliness nothing to complain about.
Decent room if not a mattress with a hole in the center, unpleasant and non-restorative sleep.
Morning Surprise: Awakened by the housekeeper 1h before making the room, this intrusion into intimacy is unacceptable.

If the reception is rather friendly, the rooms deserve a serious blow of refreshment: torn curtains, missing night table, tasks on the floor and I pass… for one night only! And again…

State of the premises own staff always as friendly but for not changed always as noisy some outside company employee does not hesitate to make noise has quite late not respecting what this raises early it surely do not have his home.

Clean and renovated hotel. Friendly and friendly staff. Channel + available. Little attention to the folding of the towel… I would recommend it very warmly.

The day and the cold air passes in spite of the closed door. Dust and a big hair on the top bed, BOF BOF. The walls of the room are quite damaged. Very good breakfast I do not recommend.

We are stayed for a stage on a business trip, on our way back to the Belgium. We are used to the first class and in general everything is good.
Have tells us here in grand and wide "new deco". SERIES HERE IS NEW! It was a day of course but here. Small class 1 clean room was here really dilapidated, unusable shower faucet, deep rust on the door jamb (shower). IMPOSSIBLE to have hot water in continuous, dirty room, hair in the bed, Wi — Fi unusable etc etc.
Night it's clearer in the House and in the middle of the day. Indeed gave us the room 32, room located on the 2nd floor just in front of the advertising spotlight, of blinds slat curtains er too much Court for assorir room? In short, sleepless night!
I don't expect a 4 star book with class 1 but this is tt even exaggerate.
Last tip: avoid to take the breakfast! We arrived there early in the evening and all the breakfast the next day was already ready (juice, bread etc). If you need to re ^ make the road, I advise you to stop at the first service station on l A10, the buns are fresh at least.
