We have organized a business seminar for 25 people for 3 days in half board (breakfast, 2 days of buffet, 1 day with the unique menu, dinner prepared ourselves).
Our first contact with the owners was very positive since we asked them to test their internet throughput (it was a work seminar) and they informed us without worries (the debit is correct). The large room has a television well visible for all, so no need for a video projector in the professional setting.
The rooms are very clean and the bedding is good quality (the photos added by the owners are true to the reality). The rooms are well insulated and distributed which makes it possible to get up early or sleep late without disturbing the sleepers. It is possible to regret that only one toilet is available on the ground floor but it is compensated by the toilets in all the rooms. The surrounding area is very nice for the walk enthusiasts.
On the meal side, the price seemed a bit expensive at first glance (about twenty euros per person) but the food is worthy of a good caterer and the products used are of very good quality (the cheese in particular was excellent! ). We are not hungry in coming out and the people are very arrangeantes (we were left the leftovers in the fridge). We have suffered a little more for the dinners prepared by our care because the kitchen is not very equipped (no electric beater for example) and difficulty in parallelize for lack of knives to cut. I advise to stay on the simple kitchen if you want to do it yourself. The available griddle works perfectly but arrives fast enough to saturation for 25 people, so we put the cooker to contribution. It is a pity that the products of maintenance specific to the griddle are not available, we had some casting of grease that had to be washed in hot water and a paper towel.
The small game room with football and baby hockey is very nice and warm enough not to have to wear his coat. It was very nice. However, few activities are available in the immediate vicinity of the gîte. We opted for the kayak, which was a bit annoying because very flat river, and for the visit of the chateau which did not win a great success. Lovers of strolls will be able to enjoy beautiful landscapes.
