Very good welcome, staff at the top, great location, 2 steps from the sea, I recommend.

On a weekend for two… Pure happiness. Zenitude reigns there! The room at the top! The very nice staff, the care a marvel! A great hotel thank you for everything! This bubble of happiness has rejuvenated us!

It’s a relaxing pur in a great and professional atmosphere ♥️ we are already 3 times here and will come back again… it’s hardly recommended.

A very nice hotel, the room is spacious and very clean. The home is excellent, when we arrived at the reception, they offered us access to the Lagoon for our wedding anniversary, a small attention which we very much appreciated. Please do not hesitate to test the thalasso, it is a moment of absolute relaxation. I even think that this is the best spa that I have been able to do until now!

The staff were excellent, very helpful and cheerful. An excellent choice of treatments and activities. The Lagoon is good and I feel totally relaxed.

Lovely pool, I enjoyed opening the door to swim outside! felt amazing afterwards really helps arthritic aches and pains. Friendly welcome on arrival. I can't can't to go back.

But a big need for refreshments in some place because for a 4 star it's a fair level of local condition and cleaning damage.
But our stay at this property deserves a 4-star rating.

The hooks in the bathroom lack strength, and SURTOUT. There are no cotton swabs. For the rate, it's a bit disappointing.

Never seen that! A "four-star" by the sea, and in the middle of the season, which no longer serves dinner to its customers at 21:20!
I am oriented to the 2nd restaurant, whose menu offers snacking. And there I stand for a quarter of an hour in front of the entrance, without anyone worrying about my presence.
It's 9:45 p. M. I finally arrive in an unpretentious restaurant, by the sea, but that welcomes its customers with a smile and really welcomes them!
But how can we expect the French economy to recover?

Seafood buffet on Friday night very good.
The care we did during our stay was very nice and the staff very welcoming.
On the other hand we were staying at — 1 and the floor swears with the brand new decoration of the lobby, everything is very aging, Placo not painted in the hallway.

My spouse gave me for christmas a good gift to "care back purifying" that I made on the 27/05. It seems to me that this treatment includes a head massage or feet while the mud is. Gold during my treatment the esthetician is a party. She came back 20 mins later and did a back massage and that is all. It is certainly pleasant, but it is missing a part … I don't find normal to be a part of the care. In addition, for a moment of relaxation, I had more the impression of being in a flamenco festival in Seville rather than in an institute of zen in the view of the music playing in the cabin! I sent an email to customer service on the same day and still no response… Pay too dear a treatment in a "spa quite top of the range" and only have half of the care made to the chain it really is a shame. In short, it was my first and definitely my last time home.

We spent a week at the terraces (room too small, correct restoration) to visit the area and then went down to the Atlanthal for a week of care. The location of this hotel is exceptional because near the ocean, the surroundings allow beautiful walks while being close to the city centre of Anglet (bus). Excellent reception of the staff at the hotel and good in general at the SPA (small flat for some). The care is very well executed, professional! The schedule is well ciblė according to the needs of everyone! Ns can changed the bathrobes and bath sheets at will. Note: The direct access by the elevator of the rooms to the lagoon and to the area of care! We are very satisfied with this establishment compared to the others we have visited in France or abroad value for money. On the other hand it would be better to have the possibility to take only a dish or a salad composed in the restaurant the "Gulf Stream" in half. Pension What would be perfect when we want to refine our silhouette to finalize the results of the cure… That said we came back and we will return! Jocelyne and Claude Mercier.

I don't think it's a four-star. The little + is missing, so it deserves. The hotel is very good, the staff too. Disappointment anyway since we had taken a trio room and paid all three the same price, but the extra bed was really not up to the other two, as we had the products in duplicate but not in triple, just two lenses etc…

Breakfast in room to review. Very expensive for what we got.

Very nice hotel, always very well received by the evening receptionists (I only had the opportunity, to go there only in the evening for workshops work) and I hope next time to test the restaurant which seems to be really nice.

I went only for thalassotherapy and we were not on it with my companion. It's like the pictures on the site. The little Plus is that the basin has an outside part with a waterfall. Divine! What better winter to be out in a hot water.

The very nice and professional staff will take you in hand and you will be pampered. The rooms are spacious and well soundproofed. The breakfast is very nice Very good stay.

The room is spacious but accuses a little of its age (dilapidated) without being intolerable for all that.
On the other hand, various noise nuisances of a 4 star hotel: Flushing of the Upper room, chairs of the meeting room underneath, chatting customers in the hallway, heating clim-reverssible… all this is a little too noisy.
Given the seniority of the establishment, it is obvious that management is already informed. So there… what should we think?

Nice place to stay for a professional event.

That superlative… c'is at the top! Restaurant staff, hotel landscape, 5 stars and more! Evening very nice around the Basque with songs. Output free to visit the surrounding area with a guide to extra… a living encyclopedia. In short, a stay super hyper nice.

Good hotel but not 4 stars. The rooms are too small, the separate toilets have not been renovated like the Sdbs and it is a pity. The staff is nice as a whole. The restoration is average and lack of quality in detail. Serve a plate of smoked salmon without butter and without toast for example. The prices are correct but this is not enough to hide the misses.
In the final Good 3 star hotel well presented.

Friendly staff and clean room. Breakfast was too expensive and the room was small although the bed was large and comfortable.

The organization of care is at the top, so are the stakeholders.
Small downside regarding the pelvis: signs indicating the benefits for the body would be welcome.
For care, the rooms are rather well designed, but quite poorly insulated so you hear too much people in the waiting rooms and corridors.
But overall, that's fine.

Disappointing care, not identical to that paid, sloppy and without choice of scent of oil. I really do not advise, compared to other places. It's definitely not worth the price.
