Room spotless, perfect location, but above all staff is hyper nice! It is strongly recommended.

A superb hotel and a staff always attentive and very helpful with that it nice to discuss. Thank you for your hospitality during our visit in the month of November. If we return to Colmar we will go back.

We spent a very good stay in family,
Hotel is very well placed (we did not take the car during our stay) — Access to the centre of Colmar very quickly even with children. The hotel staff is very helpful and welcoming.

A nice hotel with friendly staff at a perfect location. The only disadvantage, that the hotel usually is fully booked. But that is fully understandable and with reason.

Hotel very well located a few minutes from the center and easy to get to by car. There is paid parking available and parking spaces in the vicinity. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are clean and modern. Breakfast is also all-you-can-eat with plenty of choice. Great stay in Colmar!

A nice hotel, clean and close to the center, courteous staff.
Unfortunately, breakfast is not very recommendable. There is a lack of freshness and choice. So we had breakfast in a coffee shop in the middle the second morning.

Avoid this hotel! Horrible customer service personnel and horrible rooms where the AC does not work in one of the hottest summers in Europe!?! And they are not kid friendly!

We were very lucky with this hotel as well. Apparently they took several historical row homes with the half timbered exterior in the style so unique to Alsace and converted the interior to a modern well appointed hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, located right in the heart of everything you will want to see in Colmar. Speaking of Colmar, I can not stress what an enchanting town to visit.

Newly renovated rooms, spacious and nice. Breakfast buffet is ok, but not excellent, with bad coffee, good juice, and costs extra.

Nice and clean hotel. The bed was a little hard and the air condition a little noisy. All in all a good stay. Nice and helpful staff.

Incredibly small and crowded room, despite being in a “triple” room. Front desk reception was cold and unwelcoming. Despite a decent location, we would not return.

Beautifully located hotel. Quiet even though a school is just across the street. Everything was clean, in good condition and the staff an incredible kindness. The price of breakfast is very democratic for good quality.
If you want a good hotel not far from the Christmas market, this one is for you!

Very well located totally refurbished little small rooms but good and very cozy. The negative part is that the bar is a Nespresso coffee and a few bottles of liquor in the corner of reception there is no TV room or cafeteria so there fails.

Fabulous hotel within a few minutes walk to petite venise and the centre of colmar. The hotel is very clean and our family room was very spacious. The staff were extremely friendly and professional and we look forward to returning to explore the region of Alsace some more. Can't recommend enough.

We got a two bed room and I was expecting two beds, instead we got a bed and a pull out bed. I slept on the regular bed and it was so uncomfortable I woke up sore everywhere. The room looked cute though. The breakfast was disappointing as well and I was glad we chose to go to a cafe instead. I would not stay here again as the bed is the most important part of room to me.

The new rooms are beautiful, small and fine. The staff is very friendly, multilingual. Dream location from the old town. The old be replaced, hopefully. Breakfast is standard and sufficient. Another. I was there a year on Assembly. Beautiful. Three stars! because you can not dinner. Sorry about, but restaurant there is enough. Thanks to the staff.

A very good property. Fault level cleanliness, the staff is super friendly, it responds to all requests! I would recommend it and would stay there again without hesitation!

Room description is not accurate. Smelly old carpet in almost all of the hotel. Thin walls/doors: you hear other guests snorring and your roomate in the bathroom — just let the door open. Everything is used but clean. The breakfast is good but the french can do better. We couldn't park inside the hotels parking, so we french parked close by ;) It's right next to the oldtown.

The staff always have to pick up the phone before all other things and complete the reservation with credit card number. So I was standing there for 25 minutes while the phone kept ringing.

Doesn't deserve a 2 star, but a 3! Excellent location near little Venice, room where great and breakfast was ok. Air condition and hotel carpark available.

The room was large and clean, but pathetic reeked of cold smoke. Cleaned though is a non-smoking hotel, which have but not all rooms of the old stench. For me, it was just disgusting. Breakfast is standard, it is enough, but doesn't taste.
